GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
- Before using the device, read the instruction manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by using the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
- The device is for domestic use only. Do not use for other purposes incompatible with its intended use.
- Connect the device only to an outlet, with a voltage of 220-240V \~50/60Hz. In order to increase the safety of use, multiple electrical appliances should not be plugged into a single circuit at the same time.
- Be especially careful when using the device when children are around. Do not allow children to play with the appliance do not allow children or people who are not familiar with the appliance to use it
- WARNING: This equipment may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental ability, or persons without experience or familiarity with the equipment, if this is done under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or they have been given instructions on the safe use of the equipment and are aware of the dangers associated with its use. Children should not play with the equipment. - WARNING: Use caution when handling the cutting blades, and when emptying and cleaning the device.
- WARNING: Turn the machine off and unplug it from the power supply before approaching parts that move during use.
- WARNING: Always disconnect the unit from the power supply if left unattended, and before folding and unfolding or cleaning.
- WARNING: Do not move the device during operation.
- WARNING : If the unit's housing is cracked, turn off the unit to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
- WARNING : Improper use of the device, may result in injuries, such as cuts, abrasions or electric shock, among others.
- WARNING: Do not use the equipment if the rotary blades are damaged.
- WARNING: Before replacing equipment or approaching moving parts during use, turn off the equipment and unplug it from the power supply.
- Always remove the plug from the power outlet after use by holding the outlet with your hand. DO NOT pull on the power cord.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug and the entire unit in water or other liquid. Do not expose the unit to weather conditions (rain, sun, etc.) or use in high humidity conditions (bathrooms, damp camping houses).
- Periodically check the condition of the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a specialized repair facility to avoid danger.
- Do not use the device with a damaged power cord or if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way or is not working properly. Do not repair the device yourself, as there is a risk of electrocution. Return a damaged device to a competent service center for inspection or repair. All repairs may be made only by authorized service centers. Improper repair may cause serious
danger to the user.

Place the appliance on a cool stable, level surface, away from hot kitchen appliances such as electric stove, gas burner, etc....

Do not use the device near flammable materials.

The power cord must not hang over the edge of the table or touch hot surfaces.

Do not use the device near water, e.g.: in the shower, in the bathtub or over a sink with water.

Never wash the device under running water or in such a way that water drips into it

Do not allow the device to get wet. If the device falls into water, immediately pull the plug from the power outlet. Do not put your hands in the water while the device is plugged in. Before using it again, it must be checked by a qualified electrician.

Do not grasp or use the device with wet hands.

The device must be turned off each time after operation.

Do not leave the device plugged into an outlet unattended.

To provide additional protection, it is advisable to install in the electrical circuit, a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of not more than 30mA. In this regard, consult a specialist electrician.

Before you turn on the device, make sure that all parts are installed correctly.

Use the device only when the safety interlock is closed.

Do not touch the small blades of the grater.
-
Use only accessories supplied by the manufacturer.

During operation of the machine, do not put your hands or any objects into the feeder opening. Use only the pusher for this purpose.
-
Fruits and vegetables should be put into the feeder opening while the machine is running, you cannot fill the feeder opening with fruits or vegetables while the machine is stopped.

Be careful not to overload the grater, do not use too much force
to push the products through the feeder.
- Always disconnect the device from the mains if it is not in use or you want to start cleaning it.
- Do not disassemble the grater if it is plugged into a power outlet.
- Do not use harsh washers or caustic agents for cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor part of the machine in water or any other liquid.
- The maximum operating time of the device is 3 minutes.
Description of the device AD4815 vegetable shredder:
A. Pusher
B. Grinding chamber / feeder C. ON/OFF button
D. Blades / Grinders E. Housing
Blades:
D1. Coarse grater (dark red): carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, boiled potatoes, radishes, peppers, hard cheeses, chocolate.
D2. Fine grater (orange): carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, boiled potatoes, radishes, hard cheeses, chocolate.
D3. Fine slicer (dark green): carrots, zucchini, boiled potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, red cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese.
D4. Coarse slicer (light green): carrots, zucchini, boiled potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, turnips, red cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese
D5. Coarse grinder (yellow): dry bread, hazelnut, walnut, almond, parmesan, chocolate, cookies, cookies
Before first use:
- Before first use, unpack all parts of the device and remove all packaging material, then clean the device and all its parts with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft, dry paper towel.
Assembly:
- Hold the grinding chamber/feeder tube and gently insert it into the housing. As shown on page 4, figure F1
- Turn it a quarter turn counterclockwise until it catches on the housing. As shown on page 4, figure F2
- Select the appropriate cap (see the Blades section). Hold the plastic edges and insert the cap into the grinding chamber. As shown on page 4, figure F3
- Turn the blade clockwise. Make sure it is properly positioned on the drive shaft. Insert the food pusher into the feeder. As shown on page 4, figure F4
Disassembly:
- Hold the plastic edges of the blade and turn it counterclockwise. Remove the blade from the grinding chamber. Remove the food pusher from the feeder. As shown on page 4, figure G1
- Turn the grinding chamber clockwise. As shown on page 4, figure G2
- Remove the grinding chamber from the housing.
Using the device:
- Place the bowl under the grinding chamber (B).

Connect the appliance to the mains power supply and briefly press the ON/OFF button once or twice before inserting the food into the feeder to ensure that the cap has locked onto the drive shaft and is securely fastened.

Turn on the machine by holding down the ON/OFF button (C).
- Pull out the food pusher (A) and place the sliced food in the feeder.
- Gently press the food with the pusher (A). Please do not put too much pressure on the pusher. This may damage the blades and the machine itself.
- Let go of the ON/OFF button when you have finished grinding.
- Unplug the device from the power supply and remove the blade (follow the cleaning instructions).
NOTE: DO NOT TOUCH THE BLADES OR THE INSIDE OF THE GRINDING CHAMBER WHEN THE UNIT IS ON. THIS CAN LEAD TO INJURY, CUTTING YOUR FINGERS OR HANDS.
CAUTION: Do not use the appliance without food.
CAUTION: Make sure the food is cut into small pieces before putting it into the feeder. Otherwise, the machine may stop and break down.
To protect your fingers, always use a pusher. Never put your hands or utensils into the feeder or into the rotating blades of the attachment.
Use the salad appliance only for slicing and grating normal household foods, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, chocolate and hard cheeses.
Cleaning:
- Before cleaning the appliance, turn it off and unplug it from the mains power supply.
- Remove the blades, pusher, feeder and clean in warm water with mild dishwashing liquid.
- Clean the housing with a damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth.
NOTE: MAKE ESPECIALLY SURE THAT THE PARTS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH FOOD: PUSHER, FEEDER, GRINDING CHAMBER AND KNIVES. ARE CLEANED ESPECIALLY THOROUGHLY. LEFTOVER FOOD CAN CAUSE BACTERIA TO GROW AND LEAD TO ILLNESS OR INJURY.

For the sake of the environment. Dispose of cardboard packaging and polyethylene (PE) bags in the appropriate containers for separate collection of municipal waste according to their description.
