Notice Facile is a free directory of manuals, user guides, and operating instructions for household appliances, multimedia devices, vehicles, and other consumer products. The service allows online consultation and downloading of PDF documents.
2. Access to the service
The service is accessible for free and without registration. Some features (asking a question, saving manuals) may require the creation of an account.
Notice Facile makes every effort to ensure continuous access to the service, without being obliged to do so. The publisher may suspend, interrupt, or limit access without notice, particularly for maintenance or security reasons.
3. User Behavior
The User agrees not to:
- use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes;

The structure, design, databases, and original elements of the site are protected. The manuals themselves remain the property of their respective publishers; they are made available for informational purposes. Any request for removal is processed via contact@notice-facile.com.
7. Liability
Notice Facile shall not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies present in the manuals provided. The User remains responsible for the use they make of the information consulted. Notice Facile disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages related to the use or unavailability of the service.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Notice Facile has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content.

10. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
