  • The hydraulic system for leakage.
  • The oil level. Checking the oil level (g. 13) The hydraulic unit is a closed system with oil tank, oil pump and control valve. Check the oil level regularly before every use. Too low an oil level can damage the oil pump. The oil level must be within the centre mark on the oil dipstick. The splitting column must be retracted before the check, the machine must be level. Screw in the oil dipstick fully, to measure the oil level.
