The user is liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the device.

CAUTION!
- Please use the machine carefully: If the machine is dropped by mistake, the collision may cause the shape of the frame to crack and damage.
- In case of accidental drop or collision, please make a full check before use and confirm the safety before use. If there is any abnormality, please take it to repair immediately.
- Holding the wire to carry the product or pulling the wire from the socket can damage the wire, resulting in broken or short circuit. Please do not make the wire and sharp objects, high temperature things, chemicals and other contact. If the wire is damaged, stop working immediately and take it to repair.
- The wind window of the machine is a necessary part of cooling the motor, do not block it because of dust flying. If it is blocked, the temperature of the motor will rise, which will be the cause of burning out the motor.
- Please clean the machine often. Keep it in the best possible condition, especially the motor part and switch part of the ash.
- For dust, not only should be wiped when dirty, but also should pay attention to wipe after each use. In addition, please clean the wire at any time, so that it does not deteriorate due to the role of oil or chemicals.
- Always maintain the die to ensure it remains sharp and in good working condition. If the die becomes dull, avoid use until it has been properly sharpened.
- Machining only the surface can lead to motor overload, which may cause malfunctions and reduce work efficiency.
- To give full play to the power of the machine, please tighten the bolts or screws after each 300-500 times of punching. Please check the bolts of the sealing part between the bracket and the cylinder.
• This machine has a motor, do not use in the rain or snow. - When working at night, please set up sound insulation wall or other sound insulation equipment when using.
- Please keep the machine and its accessories in the following places:
A. Out of reach of children, or place locked.
B. Normal temperature and dry place.
C. No rain, no moisture.
D. Where direct sunlight does not reach.
E. Where there are no corrosive substances.
Hydraulic oil
- It may cause inflammation when entering the eyes, so please wear protective goggles before operation to prevent hydraulic oil from entering the eyes.
- Contact with skin may cause inflammation, so wear protective gloves first. If you drink hydraulic fluid, it will cause diarrhoea and vomiting, so do not drink it.
- Emergency treatment:
A. After entering the eyes, please wash with clean water first, and then accept the doctor's diagnosis in time.
B. After contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
C. Do not force the patient to vomit after accidentally ingested. Please accept the doctor's diagnosis immediately.
- Treatment of waste oil:
Do not dispose of waste oil in the sea, near rivers, lakes, other rivers or in drains. There is not only a danger of fire, but also pollution of the environment.
Operation

WARNING!
- Please check the oil level before operation.
This machine is based on hydraulic oil and work. The reduction of oil will lead to the reduction of power, and performance cannot give full play, so please check the oil before operation. In addition, when the temperature of the body reaches above 70C, the power decreases, so please rest for a period and use it after the body cools down. In summer, especially the aluminum part (pump shell part) will form high temperature, so please pay attention.
- Please carry out preheating operation.
In winter, the hydraulic oil sometimes solidifies and is difficult to start, so please carry out preheating for about 30 to 60 seconds without load before punching.
- Please turn off the switch once.
When the switch is kept in the state, the plug will sometimes be in a continuous; After confirming that the piston reaches the top, please be sure to disconnect the switch once before using.
Preparation before homework
- Organize and confirm the workplace.
Please confirm that the site to be performed is in the proper condition as stated in the notes.
- Extension of the conductor
When the power supply is far away and the conductor needs to be extended, to enable the machine to operate at the highest power without trouble, please use the conductor with enough thickness as short as possible. Please take the wire to repair it if it is damaged.
Precautions before use
- Make sure power is used.
Please be sure to use the power supply recorded on the label.
- Confirm whether the mounting bolts of the punching die are loose.
Whether the positioning bolt (hex socket head) of the mounting die is tightened. For prudence, please tighten it with hex stick wrench. When used in the loose state, it will not only lead to the damage of the body and the punching die, but also cause accidents.
- Check the power socket.
If a plug is wobbly or easily pulled off when inserted into a socket, it needs to be repaired. If used as it is, it will overheat and cause an accident.
Operation instructions
- Please select the die according to the diameter (long hole) of the workpiece.
- The steel plate to be processed is laid flat and connected to the power supply.
- The piston moves forward and punches. Please turn on the power so that the piston will return automatically when it comes to the top. If not once If you go to the top, the piston will not return.
- After reaching the top, disconnect the switch and the piston returns.
- When the piston completely returns to its original position, the switch on does not move, because the valve is open, and the next hydraulic pressure does not come.
- During punching operations, if the piston of the punching machine does not return to its original position, use a steel plate or similar object to gently push it back. Take special care to avoid damaging the piston or the die of the machine. Additionally, if the piston has not fully returned to its original position, switching on the machine will not activate the piston. Ensure the piston is fully retracted before initiating another punching operation.
Inspection and maintenance
1. Check the oil level before the operation.
More than 70% of the reasons for power shortage are due to the lack of hydraulic oil, so please check the amount of oil before operation. The comprehensive replacement of oil should be replaced according to the pollution degree of oil.
A. When punching (the steel plate is the maximum diameter and thickness of the machine), switch on, so that the piston moves forward about 4mm.
Please cut off the switch in the middle of punching, stop the advance of the piston (due to the relationship of the air bag, oil adjustment is necessary).
B. In the case of pressing the steel plate, the oil injection mouth up, loosen the oil plug from the oil injection mouth bit by bit until it is filled. If you open the oil plug when the body is hot, the oil will sometimes spout out, so please open the oil plug when the body is cool.
C. The full replacement of the oil should also be removed from the bolt plug, upside down, after all the oil inside is poured out, and then pour it back. Please use oiler to slowly fill from the top. Fix the bolt stopper temporarily where the oil initially spills, and then use the oil replenishing method.
D. Sometimes there is enough oil but no power; this is because the parts in the pump (piston, delivery valve) wear out. Please talk to the purchasing office.
2. Please clean the piston around the punching machine regularly.
Please clean up the steel plates, iron scraps, and garbage around the piston of the punching machine regularly after use.
A. Dial the power cord.
B. Wear epithelial gloves.
C. When using compressed air nozzles for cleaning, steel plates and iron filings can pose risks similar to sharp needles. Wear protective gloves for safety. Avoid using compressed air nozzles directly during cleaning, as particles may enter the eyes or be inhaled, posing a hazard.
3. Tighten the mounting bolts and check the punching die before use.
When the mounting bolts of the die become loose or when the die is consumed, broken, or deformed, punching will not only damage the bracket and piston but also be dangerous. Tighten the mounting bolts before use. If the die is not good, please replace it with new ones.
4. Check the carbon brush.
When the power is not enough and the motor part is abnormally hot, check the carbon brush. (The length of the brush should be less than 5-6mm). Please replace the brush with a new one after using it for about 200 hours. If the length of the brush is less than 5-6mm, the armature rectifier will be damaged, and the power of the motor will decrease.
5. Long-term use, or long-term placement of the state, although no load is not used, before use or purchase.
For machines that have been in long-term use or idle for extended periods, consult with the sales shop before further use or purchase. In some cases, internal components like springs, seals, and other parts may need replacement.

CAUTION!
- Before inspecting, replacing parts, or repairing, and whenever the machine is not in use, ensure the power plug is disconnected from the outlet.
- Use only the specified voltage. Using incorrect voltage may prevent the machine from punching properly, damage the motor, or cause other malfunctions.
Operate within ±5% of the specified voltage. If using an extension cord, voltage may drop; connect a booster and maintain 220V.
- Do not punch steel plates or articles of hard material that exceed the specified thickness.
A. As a standard, when punching items equivalent to A3, please make the punching centre to both sides not less than 3mm.
Ensure the material does not exceed the specified hardness and retain the length of both sides.
B. Place the workpiece on top of the lower die and aim it at the centre of the hole.
- Keep fingers away from the die during operation, especially when engaging the switch.
Avoid using worn, damaged, or deformed dies, as they can harm the machine and pose safety risks. Replace with a new die as needed. Disconnect the power plug from the outlet before checking, cleaning, or replacing the die to prevent accidental start-up.
• Hydraulic oil is highly flammable; avoid exposing it to fire sources. Follow these precautions:
A. When the machine is in operation or when the body is hot, do not remove the oil plug of the pump housing.
B. Refill hydraulic oil only when the machine has fully cooled.
C. Hydraulic oil supply should be selected around the place without combustible and avoid oil spills. Clean up immediately if oil spills.
D. Do not smoke when hydraulic oil is replenished or in operation.
E. Begin operation only after moving away from the oil refill area.
- This machine is designed specifically for punching tasks, such as setting up steel structures, billboards, and working with steel, copper, or aluminium sheets. Use only for these purposes, and do not permit operation for unintended uses.
Keep out of reach of children and prevent children from accessing the machine.
• Please pay attention to the following points for height work:
A. Confirm that no personnel are below the work area before starting.
B. Please take special care to avoid accidentally pulling or hooking the wire.
C. Please place the unit in a safe and stable place.
D. At elevated worksites, attach a safety rope to the building or scaffolding, securing it firmly to the machine's central part to prevent falls.
• Do not use this machine on materials that exceed the specified punching capacity.
• When moving the machine, securely grip it with both hands and manage the power supply properly.
