USER MANUAL RollPilot X12 Laserliner
Completely read through the operating instructions, the „Warranty and Additional Information“ booklet as well as the latest information under the internet link at the end of these instructions. Follow the instructions they contain. This document must be kept in a safe place and passed on together with the device.
Function / application The mechanical distance measuring wheel is designed for use on straight lines and curves. The mechanical measuring wheel delivers accurate measured values when measuring distances of up to 9.999,9 m. The moving pointer shows the exact start and end positions. The folding design and transport case make the measuring wheel easy to carry. General safety instructions – The device must only be used in accordance with its intended purpose and within the scope of the specications. – Keep the measuring device away from children. – The structure of the device must not be modied in any way. – Do not expose the device to mechanical stress, extreme temperatures or signicant vibration. – Avoid moisture and sand; clean thoroughly after use – Note risk of crushing when assembling from the transport position – Please ensure compliance with the safety regulations set out by local and national authorities with regard to the correct and proper use of the device.

The mechanical counter is set to zero by pressing button 7 or lever 8. To achieve accurate measurement results, the guide bar must be held at the same angle during the entire measurement. A vertical position is recommended.
To measure from wall to wall
1. Position the device with the rear of
the measuring wheel against the wall.
2. Move the measuring wheel straight
3. Read off the measured value and

Measurement Information on maintenance and care Clean all components with a damp cloth and do not use cleaning agents, scouring agents and solvents. Store the device in a clean and dry place. Calibration The meter needs to be calibrated and tested on a regular basis to ensure it produces accurate measurement results. We recommend carrying out calibration once a year. EN08
