Concerning certain groups of persons
This appliance can be used by persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental abilities, or insufficient experience and knowledge, providing they are supervised or have been instructed in the proper use of the appliance and understand the risks involved.

About hot steam

WARNING!
Hot steam and hot surfaces! Risk of scalding.
Never direct the steam jet at people, animals or plants. Point the steam jet downwards towards the surface to be cleaned only. Even then, be sure that no body parts are exposed to the steam jet.
Never point the steam jet at electrical appliances, mains sockets, cords, etc. There is a risk of electric shock.
Do not use the appliance to clean pressure vessels, tanks filled with liquids or tanks whose content you do not know. There is risk of bursting and explosion.
Allow the hot appliance and accessories to cool down before touching them. Only use the handle to carry the appliance.
Make sure that you do not use the appliance too long in one place or with a moist or wet microfibre pad. Otherwise, the surface could get damaged. Ensure good ventilation during and after cleaning.
If you are not sure whether your flooring is suitable for steam cleaning, consult the manufacturer first and have him confirm compatibility. Otherwise, the surface could get damaged. Test the appliance on a concealed area.
Information on the power supply
The appliance is operated with electrical current. Thus there is always a risk of electrical shock. You must therefore observe the following:
Never point the steam jet at appliances that contain electronic components, like the inside of an oven. Keep the steam jet away from mains sockets and the power cord. Do not allow mains sockets and power cord to come in contact with heat or steam. Otherwise, the power cord may be damaged, which can lead to electric shock.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
Fill the dual tank only after cleaning is completed and plug is pulled. Ensure that other parts of the appliance remain dry.
Pull the plug from the mains socket after use and before maintenance.
Never carry the appliance by its power cordappliance unsafe.
Completely unwind the power cord before use.
If you want to pull the power cord out of mains socket, always pull directly on the plug. Never pull on the power cord.
Make sure that the power cord is not kitted or run over, does not come into contact with heat sources or become a trip hazard.
Always check the power cord for possible damage before using the appliance. Do not use an appliance with a defective cord or plug.

About proper use
This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It is not suitable for industrial or commercial use. Use the appliance only to clean normally soiled surfaces that withstand the high temperature, pressure and moisture of the hot steam. When handled in a cautious and skilled manner, the appliance can also be used to freshen carpets, curtains, clothing, etc. Any other use is considered improper use and is prohibited.

Unpacking and assembling
Check that the unpackaged contents are complete. If you notice any transport damage or if anything is missing, contact your dealer immediately.
Attach the telescopic tube onto the steam base (fig. 3). Attach the appliance body onto the telescopic tube (fig. 4).
Assembling the wall mount
The wall mount can either be assembled with screws or the adhesive strips (fig. 5 - 7).
Assembly with adhesive strips
1 Position the steam cleaner on the wall. Make sure that the steam base rests flat on the floor. 2 Remove the adhesive strips (fig. 5). 3 Latch the wall mount to the steam cleaner. 4 To attach the wall mount, press the handle with the wall mount against the wall (fig. 7).
Assembly with screws
1 Latch the wall mount to the steam cleaner. 2 To determine the position of the wall mount, hold the wall mount with the steam cleaner against the wall. Make sure that the steam base rests flat on the floor. Now remove the steam cleaner while holding the wall mount in position. Use the screws included in the scope of supply to attach the wall mount (fig. 6).
Filling the dual tank

Hot surface! Fill the dual tank only after the appliance has cooled down.
Removing the dual tank
1 If the dual tank must be filled during the cleaning process, switch off the steam cleaner (fig. 2/7) and allow it to cool down. 2 Press the release key for the dual tank (fig. 1/2) and remove the dual tank from the appliance body (fig. 8). 3 Place the dual tank on a level surface.
Filling up with water
NOTE:
Only fill water in the water tank. Do not add detergents or any other additives to the water tank.
1 To open the tank lid of the water tank (fig. 9/2), pull on the tab of the tank lid. 2 Fill the water tank and close the tank by pressing the tank lid back in place.
Filling up with detergent

Use only the detergent ordered from us.
1 To open the tank lid of the detergent tank (fig. 9/①), pull on the tab of the tank lid. 2 Fill the detergent tank to the filling line with water. 3 Add the detergent until the tank is full. 4 Close the tank by pressing the tank lid back in place.
Inserting the dual tank
1 Make sure that the water filter is correctly inserted, (fig. 10). 2 Position the bottom part of the dual tank in the appliance body and push the dual tank into the catch until you hear it click in place.
Connecting appliance to power supply
1 Make sure that the steam cleaner is switched off (fig. 2/7). Unwind the cord completely from the quick releases (fig. 1/12). Insert the plug into a mains socket.
Steam cleaning

WARNING!
Be particularly careful when cleaning stairs.

CAUTION!
Vacuum your carpets thoroughly prior to steam cleaning and make sure that your hard floors are clean and free of grit and debris.
NOTE:
The steam cleaner will turn off if it overheats: Turn it off and allow it to cool down for at least 2 to 4 hours.
Cleaning hard floors

CAUTION!
The steam poses a risk of slipping. Before entering the cleaned floors, wait until they are completely dry.

CAUTION!
Never use the appliance without a microfibre pad attached to the steam base.

CAUTION!
Not all flooring can withstand the exposure to steam and moisture. Consult the floor manufacturer and have him confirm compatibility. Otherwise, the flooring could get damaged.
1 Place the microfibre pad on the floor with white side pointing upwards. Place the floor nozzle on the microfibre pad and make sure that it covers the entire steam base (fig. 11). 2 Insert the plug into a mains socket. 3 Place the On/Off button in 'On' position (fig. 2/7). The steam ready indicator is lit. The steam cleaner starts heating up. As soon as the steam ready indicator lights up in green, the steam cleaner is ready for use. 4 The steam cleaner is automatically set to maximum steam jet without detergent. To change the steam jet, press the program selector key (fig. 2/6) until the corresponding program is lit (fig. 2/1 - 4):
① Low disbursement of steam and detergent;
② Maximum disbursement of steam and detergent;
③ Low steam; ④ Maximum steam.
Place foot on the steam base and pull handle backwards (fig. 12). Press the steam button to produce steam boosts (fig. 1/10). To prevent excessive moisture on the floor, do not press the steam button continuously. Move steam cleaner slowly forwards and backwards across the floor (fig. 12). If you need concentrated steam, activate the steam booster (fig. 1/14) and press the steam button. The best results are achieved in "Maximum steam + detergent" mode. To deactivate the steam booster, press the steam booster (fig. 1/14) again. After cleaning, place the On/Off button in 'Off' position (fig. 2/7). The steam cleaner cools down, the steam ready indicator goes out. Pull the plug out of the mains socket. After the steam cleaner has cooled down, hold corner of microfibre pad down with your foot and lift steam cleaner to peel away. Air-dry or wash microfibre pad.
Using compact brush
The integrated compact brush can be used to reach corners and difficult to access areas. Fix the outer glider with your foot and pull the steam cleaner from the outer glider (fig. 13). Clean floor on difficult to access areas, see > "Cleaning hard floors" auf Seite 22. To reattach the glider, position the glider and press the steam cleaner with compact brush onto the glider (fig. 13).
Refreshing carpets

CAUTION!
Never use the appliance without a microfibre pad attached to the steam base. Use carpet glider only to refresh carpets.
See > "Cleaning hard floors" auf Seite 22. In addition, use the carpet glider.
Push steam base with microfibre pad into the front of carpet glider (fig. 14). Then press the rear part of the steam base into the clip. After the steam cleaner has cooled down, press the clip down with your foot and lift steam cleaner to remove the carpet glider.
Using steam cleaner without steam base
1 Activate the release pedal of telescopic tube (fig. 1/13) and remove telescopic tube with appliance body. 2 Assemble the desired accessory > "Using the accessories" auf Seite 23. 3 When using the 360^ adapter, turn the 360^ adapter clockwise onto the telescopic tube until you hear it click in place (fig. 16). 4 The telescopic tube can be used at different heights and angles. Clean the desired areas, see > "Cleaning hard floors" auf Seite 22. 5 Press the
steam button to produce steam boosts (fig. 1/10).
6 After cleaning, place the On/Off button in 'Off' position (fig. 2/7). The steam cleaner cools down, the steam ready indicator goes out. 7 Pull the plug out of the mains socket. Remove the accessory after steam cleaner has cooled down.
Using appliance as hand-held steam cleaner
1 Activate the quick release of the hand-held steam cleaner (fig. 1/5) and lift the appliance body from the telescopic tube (fig. 17). 2 Lean the telescopic tube with the steam base against the wall.
Install the desired accessory > "Using the accessories" auf Seite 23.4 When using the 360^ adapter, turn the 360^ adapter clockwise onto the handheld steam cleaner until you hear it click in place (fig. 16).5 Clean the desired areas, see > "Cleaning hard floors" auf Seite 22.6 Press the steam button to produce steam boosts (fig. 1/10).7 After cleaning, place the On/Off button in 'Off' position (fig. 2/7). The steam cleaner cools down, the steam ready indicator goes out.8 Pull the plug out of the mains socket.9 Remove the accessory after steam cleaner has cooled down.
Using the accessories
Using 360^ adapter with jet nozzle or soft brush
1 Firmly press the jet nozzle or soft brush together on the 360^ adapter until you hear it click in place (fig. 15). 2 To change the angle of the attachment, pull the rotating collar forward and turn the attachment in the desired direction (fig. 18/1 - 4). 3 To remove the attachment, activate the release tab.
4 To remove the 360^ adapter, push the release button forward and turn the 360^ adapter counter-clockwise (fig. 16).
Using spot jet nozzle
1 Assemble the spot jet nozzle without 360^ adapter directly on the hand-held steam cleaner or on the telescopic tube (fig. 15).
Storing the appliance

CAUTION!
Never store the steam cleaner with microfibre pad attached. Store it on a moisture-proof surface.
1 Place the steam cleaner in the wall mount (fig. 7). 2 Pull plug from the mains socket and wind cord around the quick cord release hooks (fig. 1/12).
Maintaining the appliance
Emptying the dual tank

WARNING!
Hot surface! Only empty the dual tank when the steam cleaner is cooled down.
1 Remove the dual tank, > "Removing the dual tank" auf Seite 21. 2 Empty any excess water into a sink.
3 Rinse detergent tank with water and close both tanks again. 4 Reinsert dual tank in steam cleaner.
Washing microfibre and textile pad

CAUTION!
Do not use bleach or fabric softener when washing the microfibre or textile pad.
1 Wash microfibre pad in the washing machine (max. 40^ ) or hand-wash textile pad. 2 Allow the washed pad to dry completely for at least 24 hours.
Cleaning compact brush
1 Activate the release for the telescopic tube and remove telescopic tube with appliance body.2 Pull the compact brush from the glider.3 Wash the compact brush under running water (max. 40^
4 Allow the washed brush to dry completely for at least 24 hours.
Replacing water filter

CAUTION!
Use steam cleaner only with water filter. Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, the filter must be replaced every 3 to 6 months.
1 Remove the dual tank, > "Removing the dual tank" auf Seite 21. 2 Pull water filter off towards the front (fig. 10). 3 Insert the new water filter by pushing it into the opening. 4 Reinsert the dual tank.
Clearing blockages

CAUTION!
Do not use any sharp objects to clear blockages.
1 Place the appliance body on a flat surface. 2 Insert the cleaning needle into the nozzle and move it forward and backward to clear the blockage
(fig.19). After clearing the blockage, remove the descaler rod and carefully tap appliance body in upright position against a hard surface to remove dirt residues (fig.20).
