How to fill the water tank?
Remove the water tank (10) by pulling on the handle. Open the silicone flap and fill with clean tap water up to the MAX line. Do not exceed this level. Close the flap and reinsert the tank.

Device description:

Before first use:

  1. Remove all packing materials
  2. Wipe down all parts with a damp cloth with water.
  3. Check if any parts are missing by consulting with page 2 of the manual.

Using the Rotating mop attachment:

  1. Install the handle (1) by pressing the buttons on the bottom part of the handle inwards and firmly pushing it into the upper part of the telescopic rod. As shown on page 4. To dismantle also make sure to press the buttons and pulling firmly upwards to pull out the handle.
  2. Stick the Mop Pads (12) onto the rotating mop head (11). Make sure the pads are firmly attached and in the middle of the circles. If you do not install them correctly you risk scratching your floor or damaging the device.
  3. Press the main device firmly down onto the rotating mop head, making sure to press the button on the head so it clicks into place on the main device, as shown on page 4.
  4. To uninstall the rotating mop head, make sure the device is cool and turned off. Press the button and pull firmly upwards to release the device.
  5. Pull firmly on the handle of the water tank (10) to pull out the water tank.
  6. Pull on the silicon flap on the water tank to open the water inlet, as shown on page 5.
  7. Use tap water without any added scents or detergents. Only clean tap water is allowed.
  8. Make sure not to fill the water tank beyond the MAX line.
  9. Close the silicon flap by firmly pushing it back into place, and reinstall the tank into its place.
  10. Plug in the device into the wall socket or extension cord.
  11. Press the On / Off button (9) to turn on the device
  12. Press the steam select button (7) to choose the intensity of the steam. The Steam indicator icon will change color.

a. No light – Steam generation turned off

b. Blue light – Low steam generation

c. Green light – Medium steam generation

d. Red light – High steam generation

  1. After selecting the desired amount of steam generation grab the handle firmly and press the mop motor switch (5)
  2. The device will now begin rotating the head making cleaning easier.

CAUTION: The device is now emitting steam. DO not point at people, children, animals or other heat sensitive materials.

  1. Once you are finished using the device, turn off the steam generation and the motor, and unplug the device. You can turn off the Mop and Steam generation function at the same time by pressing and holding the steam select (7) button for 3 seconds.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE DEVICE HAS COOLED DOWN BEFORE REMOVING THE MOP PADS.

  1. Remove the mop pads and wash them.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE FLOOR WASHER WITHOUT PADS. IT WILL DAMAGE THE DEVICE AND FLOOR.

Steam cleaner function:

You can use the device without the rotating mop attachment and use it as a steam cleaner in a much easier to handle form. To do that, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Remove the telescopic handle from the main body by pressing the button at the back of the device and pressing the release button as shown on page 5.
  2. Remove the rotating mop attachment by pressing the button near the main device steam outlet as shown at the bottom of page 4.
  3. Attach the steamer handle (13) in the place where the telescopic rod was placed.
  4. Attach the main nozzle (21) by pressing the button at the base of the attachment and pushing it in place as shown on page 7.
  5. You can also add any of the other attachments on top of the main nozzle or use the main nozzle as is.
  6. To add the other attachments, please choose the needed attachment and inside you will find a groove; it will correspond with the peg on the main nozzle.
  7. Insert the attachment onto the nozzle and twist for the peg to fall in place and so the attachment does not move during use.
  8. You can now use the Steam select button (7) to choose the intensity of steam generation.

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE MAIN STEAM NOZZLE OR THE ATTACHMENT DURING USE. TURN OFF THE DEVICE AND LET THE ATTACHMENT COOL DOWN BEFORE REMOVING.

  1. To remove the attachments, wait for them to cool down and turn them in the other direction and pull them off.

Attachment descriptions and suggested use:

a. Main nozzle (21) – Used for hard-to-reach places such as between cupboards or corners.

b. Curved nozzle (14) – To reach behind something or under something like behind kitchen faucet.

c. Round Big brush (15) – To clean bigger surfaces, for example, kitchen counter.

d. Crevice brush (16) – Best used to clean between tiles.

e. Window scraper (17) – Used for windows or big tiles. Can also be used with the towel on to collect the water or on more sensitive areas.

f. Scraper attachment (18) – Used for iron pans or removing old dirt and grease.

g. Round small nozzle (19) – Used for smaller areas.

For which floors is the device suitable for:

The device can be used on sealed hard floor surfaces. It is recommended that you first test the device on a piece of flooring that is not visible and consult the maintenance instructions of the floor manufacturer.

The device should NOT BE USED on: Leather, waxed furniture, synthetic fiber, velvet or fine materials sensitive to steam.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE ANY CLEANING SOLUTION, PERFUME, OIL OR OTHER CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES TO THE WATER USED DIRECTLY WITH THIS PRODUCT. IT MIGHT DAMAGE THE PRODUCT OR MAKE IT UNSAFE TO USE. USE ONLY PURE WATER.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

  1. Device does not generate steam:

a. Check if the power plug of the device and if the device is turned on correctly.

b. Make sure the water tank is filled and inserted correctly.

c. If the indicator light is on and the device should generate steam.

d. Please wait at least 30 seconds after turning the steam generation on.

e. After checking all the above points and still no steam generation is occurring please contact the customer service.

  1. When using the rotating floor cleaner the steam is not consistent.

a. Change the steam generation to High.

  1. The rotating floor cleaner does not rotate.

a. Ensure the device is plugged in and turned on correctly.

b. Make sure the rotating floor cleaner is connected correctly.

  1. The mop pads do not rotate or sway.

a. Ensure they are properly attached to the cleaner and are put on the correct way.

  1. Vibration or swing of the steam floor washer.

a. The mop pads are not attached correctly.
