For correct operation and to reduce environmental impact: Turn on the hood at minimum speed before starting cooking and let it run for a few minutes after cooking is finished. Increase the speed in case of large amounts of smoke and use the boost speed in extreme cases. To maintain high efficiency in odor removal, replace the charcoal filter(s) when necessary. To maintain high efficiency of the grease filter, clean the grease filter(s) when necessary. Use the maximum diameter of the ducting system indicated in the instructions for optimal efficiency and minimal
Use
The hood is designed for use in extraction mode, exhausting air outside, or in recirculation mode with recirculated air.

Extraction mode
When extracting air outside, connect the exhaust pipe to the flange connection.
WARNING!
The exhaust pipe is not supplied and must be purchased separately.
The diameter of the exhaust pipe must match the diameter of the flange.
WARNING!
If the hood is equipped with charcoal filters, they must be removed.
Connect the exhaust pipe and the exhaust outlet with the same diameter as the air inlet (flange connection).
Using exhaust pipes and outlets with a smaller diameter will reduce extraction efficiency and significantly increase noise levels.
Tomy Mm 3Himaem0 3 Ce6e 6yDb-ky BiINOBiJaIbHiCtB no Bnuecka3aHOMy.
Use the exhaust duct with the minimum number of bends (maximum bend angle: 90°). Avoid sharp changes in the cross-section of the exhaust duct.
The hood is designed to be used indoors and must not be returned to the room. To use the hood in recirculation mode, it is necessary to install a filter system with activated carbon.
Installation
The distance between the lower part of the hood and the cooking surface must be at least 45 cm for electric hobs, and 50 cm for gas or combined hobs.
It is necessary to take into account the distances specified in the installation instructions for the hob.

Electrical connection
The voltage in the electrical network must correspond to the characteristics indicated on the label located inside the hood. If the hood is supplied with a plug for the electrical network, connect the plug to a socket that complies with current standards and is accessible for disconnection after installation. If the hood is not supplied with a plug (direct connection to the electrical network) or the socket is not accessible after installation, install a reliable two-pole switch that ensures complete disconnection from the network under overvoltage category III conditions, in full compliance with installation rules.

WARNING!
Before reconnecting the hood to the electrical network, check that the power supply is correctly connected and that the switch is properly installed.
The hood has a special power cable; if the cable is damaged, replace it with a special cable available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
Installation
Pre-installation checks:
- Check the dimensions of the hole you have made to ensure they are suitable for the chosen installation method. Remove the charcoal filter if present (see also the relevant section). The filters will be reinstalled if you wish to use the hood in recirculation mode.
- Check that the inside of the hood has not been damaged by objects that may have fallen into it during transport (e.g., packaging materials, warranty documents, etc.). If any, remove them and keep them.
The kit includes all necessary components for installation, designed for most types of ceiling systems. However, it is necessary to contact qualified technicians for verification.
The suitability of materials depends on the type of ceiling. The ceiling must be strong enough to support the weight of the ventilation unit.
