3. Usage safety

3.1. Electrical safety

4.2. Preparing for use

The temperature of environment must not be higher than 40^ C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance between each side of the device and the wall or other objects.

The device should always be used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that you always have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to the technical details on the product label.

Disassemble the device and all its components and clean them before the first use.

4.3. Device use

ATTENTION: Before usage please remove the adhesive tape from the mixing arm which is located inside of the bowl.

ATTENTION! After reading the manual, before first use, please turn on the machine for 30 minutes making sure that the room is ventilated. The appearance of a small amount of smoke and the smell of paint is a normal occurrence of a new product in the process of heat up. Open the machine and ventilate, also clean using the cleaning agent dedicated for contact with food products. Machine is ready for use.

OPERATION

1. In order to switch on the heating range and the light turn on the switch (Power & Light).
2. Turn on the switch (HEAT) and pre-heat the bowl for 5-6 minutes (for the model RCPC 16E: set the desired temperature by using the temperature regulator – recommended temperature for popcorn preparation is between 210 °C and 230 °C – and turn on the HEAT switch). Put 50 ml oil (coconut oil would be best), 150 g corn and 50 g sugar into the pan.
3. Please note that during the production of popcorn, the door needs to be closed so that the hot popcorn cannot escape and cause burns.
4. By turning on the stir function (TURN-switch) you can stir the popcorn until all corn is popped. Now, tip the popcorn out of the bowl. To do that you have to operate the lever attached to the bowl.
5. You can repeat this procedure as often as you want to. It only takes approximately 2 minutes until the corn pops steadily.
6. Do not let any oil drop on the hot plate as it can result in a fire. WARNING: Do not let any water drip on the plate during the popcorn popping procedure.
7. The device is equipped with a thermostat. If the temperature exceeds the maximum the machine switches off automatically to ensure the required safety.

ATTENTION: The pot has to be emptied and the heating turned off as soon as the frequency (approx. 2-3 seconds) of popping slows down. Only like this, burning of sugar and popcorn as well as damage to the coating can be prevented. It is not always possible for all corn to pop. Remove residues after every production cycle. 4.4. Cleaning and maintenance

4.4.1. General instructions

4.5. Assembling the device

Installation instructions for RCPR-17E:

1) Insert the front and rear pillars into the base. Before installing the left front pillar, connect the male and female ends of the quick connector of the base, and then use M4 self tapping screws to connect it to the base component;
2) Insert the left glass into the corresponding slots on the front left and rear left pillars, insert the right glass into the corresponding slots on the front right and rear right pillars, and insert the rear glass into the corresponding slots on the rear left and rear right pillars, without any order of sequence;
3) Screw the light bulb into the lamp holder, use M4 self tapping screws to tighten the lampshade to the upper component, and use M6X18 screws to tighten the left and right aluminum pot hooks;
4) Place the upper panel component in the slot at the top of the column, and then connect it to the rear column with M6 self tapping screws, and connect it to the front column with M4 self tapping screws;

5) Place the circular magnet below the motor output position of the upper component, then install the mixing shaft. First, insert the pot cover into the mixing shaft and use the magnet to attract it. Then install the material removal rod and mixing shaft decoration. Hang the aluminum pot and insert the circular pin, which is firmly fixed with an open pin. Finally, insert the aluminum pot power cord into the aviation plug, and then install the aviation plug with M4 self tapping screws;
