3.2. Preparation for use
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40^ C and ambient humidity should not exceed 85%. Place the appliance in a way that ensures good air circulation.
Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from any wall of the unit. Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the device on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions. Place the appliance in such a way that the mains plug can be reached at any time. Ensure that the power supply to the appliance corresponds to that specified on the identification plate!
Before the first use, disassemble the pot and wash its interior (Teflon layer) as well as the plate on which the popcorn will be placed. Clean all the popcorn accessories as well.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
Using the screws provided, fix the transparent door wings and their handles. Set the unit in its final location and connect it to the appropriate electrical system (see the parameters table and/or rating plate) and external ventilation.
NOTE: Only a qualified electrician should connect the RCPS-32BE to the electrical connection.
The yellow-green wire is designated to connect the protective conductor.
The three phases (black, brown, blue) can freely be connected to L1, L2 and L3. After connecting to the power supply, briefly switch on the display cabinet's backlight by pressing the switch (8) on the control panel inside the display cabinet. If the light bulb illuminates after the switch is pressed, the unit is connected correctly to the power supply.
Switch off the display cabinet backlight. Then place a container with oil in the lower part of the unit - the cabinet - and install the pumping unit on it and connect it to the corresponding plug.
Tighten the plug in the socket to secure the connection.
Then connect the liquid fat hose to the back of the pump unit, i.e. insert it into the

- After installing the fat container, set the fat melting time with the dial (see image below) on its casing - adjust it to the operating conditions of the unit.
As a rule of thumb, setting it to the 50 minute position is sufficient to melt the coconut oil to be used with the popcorn.

text_image
50 60 40 30 20 10 0 T1012M- Press the power switch to the fat pumping unit on the control panel on the display cabinet (control panel - 3).
- When the fat is melted, press the following switches on the control panel: pot heating, ventilation, and (optionally) site illumination of the display cabinet (control panel - 5, 7, 8).
Leave the pot with the lid open.
- After the appliance has preheated, turn on the fat pumping switch (control panel - 3).
If the temperature on the temperature display on the unit casing (C) reaches the factory setting of 230^ C (this can be changed according to your needs), press the fat pumping button (control panel - 1).
The factory-set dose on the Timer (B) is 12 seconds, i.e. approx. 200-250 grams of oil (can be modified according to personal liking or popcorn color).
Adding oil to the pot will slightly lower its temperature, therefore, after reheating to the set temperature, add approx. 400-450 ml (RCPS-16BE) or 500-600 (RCPS-32BE) of corn kernels, press the stirrer switch (control panel - 6) and quickly close the lid of the pot for approx. 2 minutes and as soon as the popcorn starts to "pop" be sure to turn off the stirrer (control
panel - 2), which will relieve this mechanism. During preparation you can add salt or special sugar (approx. 200-225 ml for the RCPS-16BE or 250-300 ml RCPS-32BE) to the pot along with the corn kernels - depending on your liking.
The recommended oiling time for the RCPS-16BE is 7 seconds, and 9 seconds for the RCPS-32BE.
- To prepare another batch of popcorn while the fat is melting, repeat the above step.
IMPORTANT: Whenever popcorn is not being prepared, turn the pot upside down - this will prevent the oil from penetrating the surface of the pot or burning.

natural_image
Close-up of a metal feeding machine with a bowl and pile of golden granules (no text or symbols visible)The prepared popcorn is ejected from the pot into the bottom of the display cabinet, which has special openings so that the unpopped corn kernels can be separated from the finished popcorn, i.e. collected in the drawer underneath (G).
The popcorn in the display cabinet is maintained at the temperature set on the dial (F).
When the drawer is full of scraps, empty it and install it back in the unit.
