ATTENTION! After reading the manual, before first use, please turn on the machine for 30

minutes making sure that the room is ventilated. The appearance of a small amount of smoke and the smell of paint is a normal occurrence of a new product in the process of heat up. Open the machine and ventilate, also clean using the cleaning agent dedicated for contact with food products. Machine is ready for use.

3.4.1. Operation

  1. In order to switch on the heating range and the light turn on the switch (LIGHT & KEEP WARM).
  2. Set the appropriate operating mode: SALTY POPS or SWEET POPS.
  3. Turn on the switch HEAT & TURN and pre-heat the bowl for 5-6 minutes. Put 50ml oil, 150g corn and appropriate amount of salt or sugar depending on the selected operating mode into the pan.
  4. Please note that during the production of popcorn, the door needs to be closed so that the hot popcorn cannot escape and cause burns.
  5. Stir the popcorn until all corn is popped. Turn off the switch HEAT & TURN. Now, tip the popcorn out of the bowl. To do that you have to operate the lever attached to the bowl.
  6. You can repeat this procedure as often as you want to. It only takes approximately 2 minutes until the corn pops steadily.
  7. Do not let any oil drop on the hot plate as it can result in a fire. WARNING: Do not let any water drip on the plate during the popcorn popping procedure.
  8. The device is equipped with a thermostat. If the temperature exceeds the maximum the machine switches off automatically to ensure the required safety.

ATTENTION: The pot has to be emptied and the heating turned off as soon as the frequency (approx. 2-3 seconds) of popping slows down. Only like this, burning of sugar and popcorn as well as damage to the coating can be prevented. It is not always possible for all corn to pop. Remove residues after every production cycle. We cannot assume liability for damages to the pot's coating due to improper use.

Royal Catering RCPW-16E-2F - Operation - 1

ATTENTION!

Before use, ensure that the rotating metal rod does not come into direct contact with the Teflon bottom of the pot.

Do not use the "SALTY POPS" function to prepare sweet popcorn, as the temperature of the "SALTY POPS" function is higher than that of the "SWEET POPS" function, which may cause the sweet popcorn to burn.
