How to clean the Predator Z321QU screen?

Turn off the screen and unplug the power cable. Spray a solvent-free cleaning solution onto a soft lint-free cloth, then gently wipe the screen. Never use abrasive products or liquids directly on the panel.

What connection modes are available?

The monitor has HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, as well as a USB 3.0 hub with 4 ports. Use the HDMI or DisplayPort cable for video signal, and the USB cable for peripherals or fast charging.

How to adjust the screen height?

The stand allows a height adjustment of 120 mm. To adjust, apply even pressure on the frame to move it up or down. Tilt (from -5° to +25°) and swivel (from +/-25°) can be adjusted manually.

What to do if the screen stays black or does not detect a signal?

Check that the video cable (HDMI or DP) is properly connected on both ends. Make sure the monitor is turned on (blue LED). Try with another source or another cable. If the problem persists, consult the troubleshooting section of the manual.

How to enable G-SYNC technology?

G-SYNC works only via DisplayPort. You need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST or higher (for 60 Hz) or GTX 960 or higher (for 144 Hz). Enable G-SYNC in the NVIDIA Control Panel after connecting the monitor via DP.

What resolutions and refresh rates are supported?

Maximum resolution: 2560 x 1440 pixels. Refresh rates: up to 165 Hz via DisplayPort and 60 Hz via HDMI. Other standard resolutions are also supported (1080p, etc.).

What is the power consumption of the monitor?

In On mode, consumption is 45 W (typical). In Standby, it drops to 0.5 W, and in Off mode to 0.45 W. Estimated annual consumption is 73 kWh (based on 4 hours of use per day).

2. Turn off the LCD monitor and unplug the power cord. Spray a non-solvent cleaning solution onto a rag and clean the screen gently.
3. Do not place the LCD monitor near a window. Exposing the monitor to rain, moisture or sunlight can severely damage it.
4. Do not apply pressure to the LCD screen. Excessive pressure may cause permanent damage to the display.
5. Do not remove the cover or attempt to service this unit yourself. An authorized technician should perform servicing of any nature.
6. Store the LCD monitor in a room with a temperature of -20° to 60° C (-4° to 140° F). Storing the LCD monitor outside this range may result in permanent damage.
7. Immediately unplug your monitor and call an authorized technician if any of the following circumstances occur:

Monitor-to-PC signal cable is frayed or damaged. Liquid spills onto the LCD monitor or the monitor is exposed to rain. The LCD monitor or case is damaged.

1. In order to prevent damage to the LCD panel, do not place the monitor face down on a surface.

Connecting your monitor to a computer

1. Turn off your computer and unplug its power cord.
2. Connect the signal cable to the HDMI (optional) and/or DP (optional) input socket on the monitor, and to the HDMI (optional) and/or DP (optional) output socket on the computer's graphics card. Then tighten the thumbscrews on the signal cable connector.
3. Connect the USB Cable (Optional)

Connect the USB 3.0 cable to the port for fast charging.

Safety instructions

Read the instruction manual carefully.

1. For cleaning the LCD screen of the monitor:
2. Unplug the monitor from the power outlet. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen without scratching it.
3. Do not place the monitor near a window. Exposure of the monitor to direct sunlight may cause serious damage.
4. Do not press on the screen. Excessive pressure may cause irreversible damage to the screen.
5. Do not open the casing and do not attempt to service or repair it yourself. All service must be performed only by qualified technicians.
6. The monitor should be stored in a room with a temperature from -20° to 60°C. Storing it under conditions outside these limits may cause irreversible damage.
7. Immediately unplug the cables and contact a qualified technician if you notice any of the following symptoms: The power cable from the monitor to the computer is damaged or frayed. The monitor is not functioning properly.
8. Damage to the monitor or its casing.
9. To prevent damage to the LCD panel, do not place the monitor with the screen facing down on any surface.

Connecting the monitor to the computer

1. Turn off the computer and unplug the power cable.
2. Connect the HDMI cable (optional) and/or DP cable (optional) to the monitor input and to the corresponding HDMI (optional) and/or DP (optional) output on the graphics card of the computer. Then tighten the screws on the connector of the signal cable.
3. Connecting a USB cable (optional) Connect the USB 3.0 cable to the fast charging port. Connect the USB 3.0 cable to the port.
4. Connect the power cable to the monitor and to the power port on the back of the monitor.
5. Connect the power adapter and power cable to the monitor and to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
