Otherwise, cold air from the refrigerator may leak. To remove the gasket Open the door and remove the gasket from the door. To replace the gasket Attach a new gasket to the refrigerator door. Make sure there is no gap between the newgasket and the door. To remove the drawer Pull out the drawer as far as it goes. To reattach the drawers Reattaching the drawers follows the reverse order of their respective removal steps. Hinge replacement To replace the hinges, you must remove the doors rst. CAUTION

• When removing the doors, take extreme caution because the doors are heavy.

• Before replacing the hinges, put a soft pad such as cardboard on the oor to prevent scratches on the door when you place the doors down.

• As the hinges must be handled carefully and replaced by two or more persons, we recommend you to call for professional technical service.

• If you remove the hinge without holding the door, the door may fall and cause injury.

• Ensure that the shaft is rmly tightened on the hinge.

• Check that the hinge is rmly attached to the cabinet.

• Make sure the wire connectors are connected properly.

• Be careful not to damage the wires when fastening the top cover. WARNING

• Tilting/laying the refrigerator requires a minimum of 2 people.

1. With the fridge door closed, loosen and

remove two screws on the top of the door. (RB37 Glass door models only)

2. Open the fridge door, and then pull up to

3. Lift up the wire cover (1) and turn it to

the front by 90 degrees to remove. Then, remove the space cover (2).

• Open the fridge door, and slightly lift up the left side of the wire cover (1) to remove. Then, remove the space cover (2) then the dongle PBA connector (3). NOTE Keep the space cover in a safe place. It is necessary when you return the door to the initial position (before reversing the door).

5. Pull out the left side of the hinge cover

(5) to remove, and then slightly lift up the bottom to pull out. CAUTION When removing the hinge cover, use caution not to damage the connectors and wires on or around the fridge door. NOTE Keep the hinge cover in a safe place. It is necessary when you return the door to the initial position (before reversing the door).

6. Disconnect the connectors on or around

the fridge door. Loosen the screws from the top hinge (6) to remove. CAUTION To prevent the fridge door from falling, make sure to hold the fridge door tight while removing the top hinge.

7. When the top hinge is removed, lift up to

remove the fridge door. Keep the door in a safe place. CAUTION The door is heavy. To prevent damage or injury, use caution while removing the door. Middle hinge

1. Open the freezer door, and remove the

middle hinge (7) by loosening the screws.

2. Gently lift up to remove the freezer door.

3. Lay down the refrigerator with care. Then,

remove the screws from the levelling leg (10) and the bottom hinge (11).

4. Reassemble in the opposite order of

disassembly after replacing the Top hinge, Middle hinge, and/or Bottom hinge. CAUTION

• Make sure the wire connectors are connected properly.
