3.2. Preparing for use
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40° C and the relative humidity must not exceed 85%, protect the unit from rain or excessive moisture. Do not cover the appliance during operation or charging! Keep the device away from all hot surfaces and fire. Always use the device on a stable, dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual functions. When charging the battery, the device should be positioned in such a way that the mains plug can be reached at any time. Make sure that the energy supply of the device corresponds to the data given on the rating plate!
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
The appliance is supplied almost completely assembled for use, however before the first use the suction rake (G) need to be attached to its lifting and vacuum mechanism that connect it with the rest of the machine by screwing it with the holder. Also adjust the suction rake (G) using existing screw handles for wheels assembly attachment on it when it creates too much or less resistance during operation.
Prior first start-up it is recommended that the appliance is connected to a charger for possible recharging. To do this, first connect the cable with the plug to the corresponding socket on the machine (K), and then connect the plug from the charger to the socket of mains. The display on the control panel shows the current battery voltage (fully charged >24V; please charge it immediately when display shows ≤21V).
IMPORTANT: the machine can only be charged when switched off - main switch (T) key in the "OFF" position. Do not charge the machine with fully charged or almost fully charged battery – it must be used at least 30 minutes before recharging. Do not charge the machine over 10 hours long!
While charging the sewage tank must be emptied and the battery compartment cover (D) opened prior a good ventilation.
The battery charger has a simple charge status indicator light:
- Red or green light flashing – waiting/preparing mode
• Red light flashing - <80% charged
• Yellow light flashing - >80% charged - Green light flashing – almost 100% charged
- Green light always on – charging completed
3.3. Device use
- Fill fresh, running water into the clean water tank (E) – observe its level on the fill gauge (I) – and appropriate detergent (if needed) that does not foam. IMPORTANT: clean water temperature cannot exceed 50° C.
- Lower the brush and suction rake module (H and G).
- Put the main switch key (T) on the ON or ON+water spraying position
- Start the brushing and vacuuming mechanism but putting corresponding switches into the ON position (Q and R).
- Choose the machine driving direction with the lever (P).
- Adjust machine driving speed with the dial (S).
- Choose one of the 2 drive buttons (L or M) – for either manual or automatic drive.
• After cleaning first turn off brush and the vacuum function (Q and R). - Lift up suction and rake and brush module with the corresponding levers (F and J).
- Dispose sewage tank when it is full or when finishing work by removing the sewage outlet pipe (H) for its holder and removing its cap.
TIPS FOR OPERATING THE MACHINE:
- Make sure that the machine's battery is enough charged before each use. Even if you use the machine infrequently or do not use it for a long period (more than 15 days), connect the machine to the charger once in a while (e.g. once a month).
- Avoid often start and stop work cycles of the machine – it shortens the life of its drive motor.
- Low driving speed at begin using or with inexperienced operators recommended.
• In case of heavy dusting, the use of a water spraying is recommended. - After each use always discharge the sewage from the tank – do not store it in the machine!
- When using with detergent that creates foam, add a defoamer to the sewage tank necessarily to prevent the machine from sucking sewage foam bubbles into the vacuum system motor, which could damage it.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or replacement of accessories, or if the device is not being used.
- Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
d) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
e) Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
f) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
g) The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
h) Do not leave the battery in the device if it will not be used for a longer period of time.
i) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they may damage the surface material of the appliance.
k) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or other chemical substances because it may damage the device.
I) After each use always discharge the sewage – do not store it in the machine! If the machine will not be used for a long time, empty the clean water tank too.
SAFE REMOVAL OF BATTERIES AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
A 12V 100Ah batteries are installed in the unit (under the battery compartment cover/sewage tank).
Used batteries should be removed from the unit following the same procedure as for installation:
- The unit should be switched off and the charger disconnected.
• [Only if filled] Empty the sewage tank. - Lift the battery compartment cover.
- Disconnect the clamps from the batteries terminals.
- Remove the battery by lifting it.
Recycle batteries with the appropriate organization or company.
TROUBLESHOOTING

a) Please check if the red button is stuck in.
b) If it is, press it to make it pop out.
c) Restart the key switch and operate the machine as usual.
