How do I pair the earbuds with my phone?

Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They sync with each other automatically and enter pairing mode. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select "Jam Live Free" from the list. A tone confirms the connection.

Can I use only one earbud?

Yes, this is mono mode. Take out one earbud from the case or press the button for 3 seconds to turn it on. It automatically enters pairing mode. Pair it with your device as usual.

How do I charge the earbuds and the case?

Place the earbuds in the charging case. The red indicator shows charging, and turns off when fully charged. For the case, plug the micro USB cable into the port on the right side. The case's red solid light indicates charging, and turns off when done.

What if the earbuds do not connect to each other or to the phone?

Turn off Bluetooth on your device. Turn off the earbuds by pressing the button for 5 seconds. Then, press and hold the button on both earbuds for 6–8 seconds until the blue light flashes three times. They reset to pairing mode. Turn Bluetooth back on and select "Jam Live Free".

How do I control music?

Press the play/pause button once to play or pause. Double-click quickly to skip to the next track. These controls work on either earbud.

How do I manage phone calls?

To answer a call, press the button once. To reject, press and hold for 2 seconds. To hang up, press once. To answer a second incoming call, press once; to reject, press and hold for 2 seconds.

How do I activate the voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant)?

Press the play/pause button three times quickly on either earbud. Your phone's assistant will activate.

What is the battery life of the earbuds and case?

The earbuds offer about 6 hours of playback per charge. The portable charging case can recharge them up to 8 times, providing a total battery life of 54 hours.

How do I clean the earbuds?

Use a dry cloth to clean the earbuds and case. Never immerse them in water or other liquids. Ensure the charging contacts are clean.

What is in the box?

The box contains: the two earbuds, the portable charging case, a micro USB cable, three pairs of eartips (S, M, L), a welcome card, and a legal card.

To charge your earbuds, place them into the portable case. The red LEDs show that they are charging. If the red LEDs do not appear when placed in the case, adjust the earbuds to make sure they are in line with the charging contacts. When fully charged, the LEDs will shut off. It will take approximately 2 hours to charge.

CHARGING YOUR PORTABLE CASE

Plug the small end of the micro USB cable into the micro USB port, located on the right side of the case. The LED on the case will show solid red when charging. When the portable case is fully charged, the three LED lights will remain on. Once the USB cord is unplugged, the lights will turn off.

CONNECT BOTH EARBUDS

Your earbuds will automatically turn on when taken out of the portable charging case. If you need to turn them on manually, you can longpress the "play/pause" for 3 seconds on both earbuds.

STEP 2 - CONNECTING THE EARBUDS TO EACH OTHER

When you take the earbuds out of their case, they will automatically sync to each other. The master earbud (left) LED will flash blue and red alternatively, while the slave earbud (right) LED will slow flash blue. Your earbuds are now in pairing mode and searching for a Bluetooth® device to connect to.

If your earbuds don't sync to each other automatically, long-press the "play/pause" button on both earbuds at the same time. This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue once they are connected. Once the earbuds connected, the master earbud (left) LED will flash blue and red alternatively, while the slave earbud (right) LED will slow flash blue. Your earbuds are now in pairing mode and searching for a Bluetooth® Device to connect to.

STEP 3 - CONNECTING TO A DEVICE Enable Bluetooth® on your device. From the Bluetooth® menu, select "Jam Live Free" When the device and Live Free are connected, you will hear a tone and the LED's will slow flash blue. This means pairing is complete.

CONNECT 1 EARBUD

Connect the left earbud for mono sound. This is a great option if you want to hear your surroundings as well as your music.

STEP 1 - TURNING ON THE EARBUD

Your earbud will automatically turn on when taken out of the portable charging case. If you need to turn it on manually, you can long-press the "play/ pause" button for 3 seconds on the earbud.

STEP2-PAIRINGMODE

Once the left earbud is taken out of the case or manually turned on, it should enter into pairing mode. The LED will flash red and blue. This will indicate your earbud is in pairing mode with your device. If it does not enter pairing mode automatically, press and hold the "play/pause" button on the earbud for 2 seconds and the LED will flash red and blue.

STEP3-CONNECTING TO A DEVICE

Enable Bluetooth® on your device. From the Bluetooth® menu, select "JAM Live Free." When the device and JAM Live Free are connected, you will hear a tone and the LED's will slow flash blue. This means pairing is complete.

To turn off your earbuds, place the earbuds back in your case, or press and hold the "play/pause" button on the earbuds for 5 seconds.

USING YOUR PORTABLE CHARGING CASE

With a full charge, your portable case can recharge your earbuds up to 8 times, giving you up to 54 hours total of listening time.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Turn off Bluetooth® on your device.
2. Take earbuds out of your case.
3. Press and hold "play/pause" button for 5 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off.
4. Long press the "play/pause" button once on both earbuds for 6-8s. You will see the blue LED flash three times and then be powered on automatically.

The Warranty

Jam sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship under normal use and service. In the unlikely event that your Jam product proves to be faulty within 1 year from the date of purchase due to workmanship or materials only, we will replace it at our own expense, subject to the terms and conditions of this guarantee. The warranty period is limited to 3 months from the date of purchase for products used commercially/professionally.

Terms and Conditions:

In addition to the rights and remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law, Consumer Guarantees Act of New Zealand or any other applicable law and without excluding such rights and remedies warranty against defects:

1. The Goods are designed to withstand the rigors of normal household use and are manufactured to the highest standards using the highest quality components. Whilst unlikely, if, during the first 12 months (3 months commercial use) from their date of purchase from the Supplier (Warranty Period), the Goods prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials and none of your statutory rights or remedies apply, we will replace the Goods, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
2. We do not have to replace the Goods under this Additional Warranty if the Goods have been damaged due to misuse or

Mini-castile sunt acum in modul imperechere si cauta un dispositiv Bluetooth® la care sa se conecteze.

Daca mini-castile nu se sincronizeaza intre ele automat, apasati lung butonul de redare/pauza al ambelor mini-casti in acelaasi temp.
