How to pair my smartphone with the FM transmitter?

Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled. Plug the transmitter into a 12V socket in the vehicle. In the Bluetooth settings, search for the device BT21H and connect. If a password is requested, enter 0000.

What should I do if I don't hear sound from the car speakers?

Check that the transmitter and car radio are set to the same FM frequency. Use the manual search function: press and hold the (5) button for about 2 seconds until the frequency flashes, then adjust it with the previous/next buttons. Also ensure your smartphone volume is high enough.

Can I charge my phone while broadcasting?

Yes, the USB port 1 (marked with the symbol) supports charging up to 3 A with Quick Charge 3.0. Plug in your phone and it will charge while audio is playing. Be careful not to exceed a total current of 3000 mA.

How to use a USB stick or MicroSD card?

Insert a USB stick (MP3 format, max 32 GB) into USB port 2 (does not charge). For a MicroSD card, insert it into the designated slot. Playback starts automatically. Navigation is done via the previous/next buttons.

Bluetooth connection drops frequently, what to do?

Check that the distance between the transmitter and your smartphone is less than 10 meters and that no metal obstacles interfere with the signal. Remove the device BT21H from your phone's Bluetooth list and re-pair.

How to make a hands-free call?

On an incoming call, press the function button (4) to answer. To hang up, press again. Double press this button to redial the last number. The microphone is built-in.

Why does the transmitter turn off by itself?

The auto stand-by function turns off the device after about 50 to 60 seconds without a music signal or any button press. To reactivate, play music or press any button.

What audio formats are supported by the USB stick?

Only the MP3 format is supported. Other formats (WAV, FLAC, etc.) will not be read. Make sure your files are in MP3 and that the stick or card does not exceed 32 GB.

Does the transmitter work on all cars?

It works on any vehicle with a 12 V socket (cigarette lighter) and an FM radio. In some vehicles, the ignition must be on for the socket to be powered. Consult your car's manual if needed.

How to clean the FM transmitter?

Use a soft dry cloth. Never use liquid or abrasive products. Before any cleaning, unplug the transmitter from the 12 V socket. Also unplug it during prolonged periods of non-use.

5.Operation

5.1 Bluetooth® pairing

• Checkwhetheryourmobiledevice(MP3player, mobilephone,etc.) isBluetooth®-capable.
• Ifnot,youcanonlyusetheFMtransmitterfor playbackbymeansofaUSBstickoramicro-SD card.

• Notethatthemaximumrangefor Bluetooth® is10metreswithoutobstaclessuchaswalls, people,etc.

• Ensureyour Bluetooth® -enableddeviceisswitched onandthatBluetoothisactivated.

• PlugtheFMtransmitterintoacarsocketthatis closetothecarradio
• Ensure that the FM transmitter is within the Bluetooth® range of max. 10 metres.
• Openthe Bluetooth® settingsonyourdeviceand waituntilthelistoffound Bluetooth® devices showsBT21H.
• SelectBT21HandwaituntiltheFMtransmitteris showingasconnectedinyourdevice's Bluetooth® settings. Thedisplaynowshowsatransmission frequency.

5.5Chargingfunction

Withsomevehicles, it can happen that power continues to be supplied even though the ignition has been switched off. You should therefore disconnect the product from the line connection when not in us to protect your carb battery from being drained.
