How to install drivers for Trust GXT 363 headset?

Insert the provided CD-ROM or download the drivers from the Trust website. Launch Setup.exe, accept the license, click Install. Plug in the headset when prompted, then restart the computer to complete the installation.

How to activate 7.1 surround sound?

Open the headset configuration software. First enable the 7.1 Virtual Speaker Shifter, then enable Xear Surround Max (this function requires Speaker Shifter to be enabled). In your game or media player, set the audio output to 5.1 to enjoy 7.1 surround.

Why is there no sound?

Check that the headset is not in mute mode (press the mute button on the remote). Make sure the headset is set as the default audio device in Windows sound settings. Also try connecting the headset to a different USB port.

How to adjust the equalizer?

In the configuration software, activate the equalizer by clicking on the selection window. Choose a preset mode according to the music genre or manually adjust the frequency sliders. You can save your custom settings for later use.
