3.2. Installation of the unit

1) Carefully open the packaging. Remove the machine from its packaging and check that all parts have been delivered.
2) Slide the locking lever on the back of the control handle arm and pull the control handle to adjust the tilt angle of the handle arm.

3) Install the dirty water tank on the arm of the control handle.
4) Connect the pipes hooked to the control arm to the connectors on the cover of the dirty water tank.
5) Make sure the brush is properly installed.

• Before installing/removing the brush, turn off the machine and make sure that the brush drive has stopped rotating.

a) Turn the control handle upright and lay the machine down on the floor. Then align the brush with the three-blade plate and turn the brush counterclockwise. The assembly is complete.

3.3. Preparation for operation

Preparation before starting the machine

Pour water into the cleaning solution tank

• Open the clean water tank lid, then pour water or diluted neutral detergent into it.
  • The water temperature must not exceed 50° C.

Note

• To avoid shortening the service life of the machine, detergents added to the solution tank should be low-foaming and low-volatile neutral detergents with a pH of 5-9.
• If detergents are used, a skimmer should be added to the dirty water tank to prevent dirt foam from entering the engine and damaging it. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage to the suction motor caused by the lack of an anti-foaming agent.

Charging the battery

• Charge the battery before the first use and before and after a prolonged period of non-use.
• It is recommended to charge the battery twice a month.
• Charge the battery with the power adapter included with the device.
• Do not cover the power supply while charging (the power supply may get hot).

Directions for use

• If there is debris or a large amount of sand on the surface to be cleaned, remove it before cleaning with this device.
• This equipment is designed for cleaning smooth and hard substrates. If there are cracks or other large gaps in the floor, it may not be possible for the device to absorb water.

3.4. Working with the device

1) Remove larger dirt and dust from surfaces to be cleaned. Before starting work, make sure there is no soil, stones, pieces of paper, or other debris on the surface to be cleaned, this will improve work efficiency.
2) Press the power button on the back of the machine on the battery housing.
3) Apply the access card to the control panel. The machine will start up.
4) Check the battery power level indicator, if the power is insufficient, charge the battery.
5) Start the water absorption engine.
6) If needed, using the valve lever just above the brush guard, adjust the flow of clean water/detergent according to how dirty the floor is (see figure below).

7) Start the brush engine.
8) Begin cleaning the floor.

Wiper adjustment

3) By adjusting the wiper wheel, you can lower the wiper (see figure below).

4) Check the wear of the wiper edge. If the wear is significant, the wiper can be mounted in reverse so that now it is the opposite edge that is used.

1) Wipe the outside of the device with a dry and damp cloth.
2) Empty and rinse the dirty water tank.
3) Park the device in a flat, dry place, protected from the elements and direct sunlight.
4) Before long-term storage, completely dry the device and cover it with a material that will protect the device from dust. It is recommended to charge the battery regularly.

3.5. Cleaning and maintenance

a) Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use. Wait until the rotating parts stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c) After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is reused.
d) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
e) Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
f) Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
g) Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
