Guaranteed quality:

Every iSi Whipper and Siphon is thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. iSi offers a two-year warranty for materials and machining, as long as faults are not determined to be the result of improper use. The warranty is effective from the date on the purchase receipt.

The warranty is only valid when original whipper parts from iSi are used, as given in the list of product components. The perfect function of your Whipper/Siphon can only be guaranteed if you exclusively use iSi chargers with it. No warranty or liability claim will be upheld for faults, damage, or consequential damage particularly determined to be the result of non-compliance and/or ignorance of the user instructions and the safety information therein.

Limited warranty, Limitations and Warning: iSi products are thoroughly tested before they leave the factory, and iSi warrants for a period of two years that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and, if used only with other iSi products, will function as intended. iSi's liability in the event of a product's failure to meet this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product or, at iSi's option or if iSi is unable to deliver a replacement product, to refund the purchase price. In no event, however, shall iSi be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Any implied warranties are limited to the terms of the express warranties, including the two-year duration.iSi siphons and chargers are designed and engi neered to function together as a system and involve gas under pressure. All iSi products and parts bear the iSi logo; iSi recommends that only iSi parts and products be used with iSi products, including that only iSi chargers be used with iSi Whippers/Siphons and that iSi chargers be used only in iSi Whippers/Siphons. Failure to follow this recommendation or any failure to follow the instructions for use and care of the products invalidates this warranty and all implied warranties in their entirety as to any consequences of such failure.

In addition, failure to follow this recommend-

⚠ dation or any of the instructions for use and care constitutes misuse of iSi products and could result in malfunction of the system and possible personal injury and/or property
⚠️ damage. In the event of any personal injury, you should promptly seek appropriate medical attention.

Safety instructions.

The iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso works under pressure. Failure to follow the safety instructions or improper handling and storage of iSi products can cause the system to malfunction and result in personal injury and/or property damage.

— The iSi device is only approved for use in accordance with the device specifications and for the purposes specified in the instructions for use.
— Please read the instructions for use carefully to avoid operating errors and keep them in a safe place.
— Please observe the safety instructions for iSi soda chargers on the charger packaging.
— Keep the iSi device and iSi soda chargers out of the reach of children.
— Never use force to open the device.
— Only operate the device when it has been filled up to the maximum capacity.
— Never use the iSi device beyond the minimum and maximum operating temperature. (min 1°C/34°F, max 20°C/68°F).
— Never store the iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling wand and bottle in the freezer and never heat above 50°C. Temperatures for storage min. 1°C/34°F max. 50°C/122°F.
— Do not use with any liquids containing milk or oil.
--- Never combine third-party products with iSi parts.
--- For safety reasons, never pressurize the device with a charger from a different manufacturer. Only use original iSi chargers.

--- Never screw in the iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling wand at an angle.

— Never lean your body over the device when screwing in the wand.

— Never unscrew the iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling wand while sparkling.

— Make sure the iSi Twist'n Sparkle sparkling wand is always closed before and while it is being screwed on!

— Never use more chargers than specified and never overfill the device. This will ensure that the specified maximum operating pressure is not exceeded.

— Pressure can build up in a closed bottle. Therefore, always open the sealed sparkling bottle slowly so that the pressure can escape in a controlled manner. When opening, always point the neck of the bottle away from you.

— Do not drop this product, whether under pressure or not. The device is a pressure vessel. If the device is dropped or damaged (e.g., cracked or dented), do not use it again because it poses a risk of injury. Please have the device checked by the iSi service center.

— Do not dismantle any parts other than as directed by the instructions.

— Do not make any alterations to the iSi device. This will invalidate the warranty and lead to exclusion of liability.

— The iSi device is not dishwasher safe.

--- Clean by hand only using lukewarm water and standard household hand dishwashing liquid. Impermissible cleaning in a dishwasher can result in damage to the bottle and the sparkling wand - this may impair device safety.

— Replace the iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling bottle if the printed expiration date has been reached or the bottle is scratched, deformed, discolored, or visibly damaged.

NOTE: iSi recommends adding the ingredients to the drink while it is still cold, as this will give you a particularly sparkling drink. You may want to chill the drink even more before you start sparkling.

NOTE: Clean the soda bottles, caps and the sparkling wand regularly.

NOTE: Always send in your complete iSi Twist'n Sparkle sparkling system (including the sparkling bottle) for repair.

User manual

NOTE: Please note the illustrations in the instructions for use.

By adding cold water and storing it cool, you get a particularly sparkling soda water. Store the filled Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso in the refrigerator.

Preparation

NOTE: Before using the iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso for the very first time, wash it out with warm water (max. 50°C) and a standard detergent.

Filling

1. Fill the bottle with pre-cooled drink ingredients up to the respective fill level mark.

NOTE: For water, fill to the upper fill line (950 ml, marked as “pure water”). For juices and drink creations, fill to the lower fill line (720 ml, marked as “other drinks”).

NOTE: Do not overfill!

NOTE: Various ingredients, fruit pulp and unfiltered drinks can cause excessive foaming.

1. Open the sparkling wand all the way, insert the iSi soda charger as shown, and close the sparkling wand.

NOTE: The charger can only be inserted or removed when the sparkling wand is unscrewed.

1. Place the filled sparkling bottle in a stable position. Screw the sparkling wand into the sparkling bottle until you hear the gas flowing in.

NOTE: Screw in the sparkling wand hand-tight.

⚠️ Never screw in the sparkling wand at an angle.

Do not lean your body over the sparkling system when screwing in the wand.

Do not unscrew the sparkling want once gas starts flowing into the sparkling bottle.

The sparkling system is now pressurized!

1. Wait 1-2 minutes until the you can no longer hear the hissing in the system.

Opening the device too early can cause the ⚠️ wand and bottle to separate abruptly, which can cause injuries.

1. Once the air has been fully expelled (no more hissing), slowly unscrew the sparkling wand and remove it from the bottle.

Always unscrew the sparkling wand carefully. ⚠️ If foam forms or the bottle overflows, close the bottle again and let the device stand for about 10 minutes until the foam collapses.

Only sparkle the drink once! Use only one original iSi soda charger per preparation.

NOTE: Foaming is caused by the system for all drinks. Unscrewing slowly reduces foaming.

1. Open the sparkling wand. To make it easier to remove the charger, pull the tube in the wand housing as far as it will go. Remove the empty iSi soda charger and dispose of it.

NOTE: It is recommended that you clean the sparkling wand immediately after use.

NOTE: The drink can be consumed immediately after preparation or stored in the refrigerator in the closed bottle.

Cleaning.

NOTE: When cleaning, make sure that the correct dosage of cleaning solution or combined disinfecting and cleaning solution is used. The exposure time and the selected temperature are decisive for the cleaning result.

1. Unscrew the sparkling wand from the sparkling bottle.
2. Separate the cap from the sparkling bottle.
3. Rinse product components by hand with warm (max. 50°C) drinking water and a commercially available cleaning agent.

NOTE: Do not clean the sparkling wand or bottle in the dishwasher.

NOTE: Do not boil product ingredients.

NOTE: Never use scouring agents or abrasive sponges or brushes.

Storage.

If the iSi device is not refilled immediately, allow the components to air-dry in a clean place and store the disassembled iSi device out of direct sunlight. Never store the device with the wand or cap unscrewed.

If your iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling system has not been used for a long time, rinse it with warm water before use.

Troubleshooting.

Charger is difficult or impossible to remove from the sparkling wand.

1. An original iSi soda charger was not used.
   — Only use original iSi soda chargers.
2. The sparkling wand was not fully opened.
   --- When removing the iSi soda charger, always open the sparkling wand all the way (see "Use"). To make it easier to remove the charger, pull the tube out of the wand casing as far as it will go.

Charger is difficult or impossible to insert into the sparkling wand.

1. Used charger is not suitable
   --- Only use original iSi soda chargers.

2. The sparkling wand was not fully opened.

— When inserting the iSi soda charger, always open the sparkling wand all the way (see “Use”).

The iSi soda charger is not pierced.

1. Used charger is not suitable
   --- Only use original iSi soda chargers.

2. The charger was inserted backwards

— Insert charger in the correct position.

1. Piercing unit has been damaged

--- Send the complete iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling system to the service center.

— Only use original iSi soda chargers.

When sparkling, liquid escapes between the sparkling bottle and the sparkling wand.

1. The sparkling bottle was overfilled.
   — Observe the maximum filling quantities (see "Use").

2. The sparkling system was held at an angle during operation.

— Always place the sparkling bottle upright on a stable surface during use.

1. Too many chargers were used.

--- You only need 1 original iSi soda charger to prepare a drink.

1. The sparkling wand was unscrewed too early.

— Before unscrewing the sparkling wand, wait for the hissing to stop (automatic ventilation can take 1-2 minutes, see "Use").

1. Too much pulp or other solid ingredients in the drink

— Avoid pulp or other solid ingredients in your drink preparation to prevent excessive frothing.

The drink is not sparkling or is not sparkling enough.

1. No iSi soda charger inserted

--- Insert original iSi soda charger into the sparkling wand.

1. An empty iSi soda charger was used.

--- Remove the empty iSi soda charger from the sparkling wand. Insert a full soda charger.

1. Drink preparation is not cold enough

— The colder the drink, the more sparkling the result.

— If necessary, pre-cool drink ingredients in the refrigerator.

1. The iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling system has been used too often within a short period of time.

— Unscrew the sparkling wand, remove the iSi soda charger from the sparkling wand and warm it under warm water for about 30 seconds. The iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling system is ready for use again.

Service.

Do not make any modifications to the iSi

⚠ Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparkling system. Otherwise, all warranty and liability claims will be void.

--- Always send in your complete iSi Twist'n Sparkle Virtuoso sparklingsystem (including the sparkling bottle) for repair.
