1. General description

The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with strict technical guidelines, using state-of-the-art technologies and components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance with the most stringent quality standards.

To increase the product life of the device and to ensure trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user manual and regularly perform maintenance tasks. The technical data and specifications in this user manual are up to date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes associated with quality improvement. The device is designed to reduce noise emission risks to a minimum, taking into account technological progress and noise reduction opportunities.

2. Usage safety

ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury or even death.

The terms "device" or "product" are used in the warnings and instructions to refer to the:

2.1. Electrical safety

a) Please keep this manual available for future reference. If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual must be passed on with it.

b) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in a place not available to children.
c) Keep the device away from children and animals.
d) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which can significantly impair the ability to operate the device.
e) The device is not designed to be handled by persons (including children) with limited mental and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or they have received instruction on how to operate the device.
f) When working with the device, use common sense and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while using the device may lead to serious injuries.
g) Use personal protective equipment as required for working with the device, specified in section 1 (Legend). The use of correct and approved personal protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
h) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the device, keep your balance and remain stable at all times. This will ensure better control over the device in unexpected situations.
i) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before each use check for general damage and especially check for cracked parts or elements and for any other conditions which may impact the safe operation of the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device for repair before use.
j) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
k) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime from accumulating.
I) Only use air to supply the device, do not use any other gases.
m) Do not cover the air intake and outlet.
n) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may not be carried out by children without supervision by an adult person.
o) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of the device in order to change its parameters or construction.
p) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
q) Do not overload the device.
r) Exceeding the maximum permissible user weight can damage the product.
s) Follow the instructions to assemble the product.
t) Do not use a damaged product.
u) Do not alter any product parts or accessories.
v) Be aware of the possibility of unforeseen dangers when using the product.
w) Use the board together with another experienced user. Inform other users about your planned route and the time of use of the board.

x) Before using the boat, check the weather forecast for the conditions in the aquatic environment (winds can push the user towards open water, water currents may make it difficult to mount the board, etc.).
y) Do not use the product if the conditions in the aquatic environment exceed the user's skills (high waves, strong water currents, etc.).
z) It is forbidden to use the board during a storm and on unknown body of water.
aa) Do not exceed the maximum allowable pressure when pumping up the boat – this may damage the product.
bb) Always read the local regulations and the risks associated with using the product.

ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device and its protective features, and despite the use of additional elements protecting the operator, there is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the device. Stay alert and use common sense when using the device.

3. Use guidelines

The product is a light, inflatable vessel suitable be propelled also by an outboard engine.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the device.

3.1. Device description

3.2. Preparing and using

Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. Remember that the air pressure in the chambers does not exceed the recommended range. Do not use compressed air for pumping, e.g. an air compressor. The air valves are factory set to the open position.

3.2 1 ASSEMBLING THE PRODUCT

NOTE: search for assembly an appropriate place with enough space for the whole product.

a) Unzip the pouch and take the folded product with accessories out and unfold it on a flat ground with the hull down:

b) Before inflating, press the spring base in the centre of the valve downwards and turn it 90 degrees at the same time to the right or left:

c) Insert the foot pump hose into pump hole which inflates and the other side of the hose into the product air valve and turn it close:

d) Before inserting the floor, inflate air chambers of the boat evenly to 50-60%:

e) Insert the floor panels into the boat in the correct order beginning from the keel to the transom (follow the panel numeration) and spread them out flat, than connect together with rails:

f) Hook the seats to the rails on the inner of the side boards:

g) Inflate the floor completely and close the valve with the cover. Finally, inflate the product completely. Make sure to inflate both chambers evenly.

h) Assembly the metal oars by sliding one part into another until the spring pin in one part latches into the hole (You hear a "click") in the other one:

i) If necessary, attach the oars with the oar holders by loosening the knob on the bolts at the top of each side and inserting the protruding thread through

the holes in the oars (in place of the black bushings). Secure them on the by reattaching the nuts on the side boards:

j) Optionally, mount a suitable outboard engine on the transom - follow the instructions in the engine manual.
k) IMPORTANT: before launching the product in water, make sure that it is completely airtight, i.e. it has not been damaged in transport and its air valves are tightly closed. To do this we recommend using a water solution with dissolved soap or washing liquid. Spray or pour this solution over key parts of the inflatable boat such as seams, air valves, etc. and watch for air bubbles forming on their surface. If there are any, locate the source and eliminate it, e.g. in the case of air valves tighten them with the supplied spanner:

3.2.2 Drainage of accumulated water

It is normal for an inflatable boat to collect some water when it is used or stored outdoors. Before launching it on the water, you can get rid of that water through the drain plug located at the back at the bottom of the transom.

On the outside of the transom, unscrew the plug and wait for water to flow through it. Then screw it back on tightly.

3.2.3 Air deflation

Before deflating air from the chambers, remove the seat(s) and bottom panels. Unscrew the air protective plugs and release the air valves just by pressing the air valves - the air should be released gradually in each chamber, otherwise the bulkhead may be damaged. You can also use a pump to deflate the air from chambers faster - connect one end of the pump hose to its air inlet and pump the air out of the chambers.

3.3. Cleaning and maintenance

a) The device should be deflated when not in use.
b) Use only non-corrosive agents for surface cleaning. Only mild cleaning agents such as soap and water may be used to clean the product.
c) Store the device in a cool and dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
d) Regularly inspect the device for serviceability and any damage.
e) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) for cleaning as these may damage the surface of the device material.
g) If the surface of the inflatable boat is contaminated with any operating fluids from the engine, the contaminated places should be immediately and thoroughly cleaned.
h) Store in cool and shaded places, free of moisture. Before storing, the product should be washed, then thoroughly rinsed (especially when used in

salt water) and finally completely dried. It should also be vacuumed of sand and other residual dirt, and the chambers should be deflated.

3.3.1 Repairing leaks in inflatable boat sheathing

IMPORTANT: due to temperature fluctuations, the air pressure in the chambers of the inflatable boat can fluctuate, making it sometimes appear soft, as if air has escaped. This is normal and for a proper diagnosis the sheathing should first be checked for leaks.

Water with diluted soap or washing-up liquid can be used to detect leaks in the boat sheathing. First, inflate all chambers and make sure each air valve is tightened securely (use the provided spanner). Then, spray or pour the prepared solution on the given place in the sheathing and observe if there are any air bubbles on it. If You notice any, then:

• Repair of minor leaks (holes up to 3 mm) - deflate the air from the boat, clean and degrease the area, then pour a drop of glue so that it covers the entire hole. Wait at least 12 hours and then check the repaired area for leaks before using the product.
• Repair of major leaks (bigger than the needle hole) - thoroughly clean the area around the leak. Cut a fitted piece of patch so that it extends about 1.3 cm above the outline of the hole. Apply glue to the underside and around the area to be repaired so that it should be completely covered with glue. Wait 2-4 minutes for the adhesive to set. Apply the patch to the area being repaired, press it tightly and evenly. Wait at least 12 hours for the glue to dry. After drying, apply glue to the corners of the patch and wait at least 4 hours until it dries. Check the tightness of the repaired area once more before using the product.
