How to pair the Hama BT700 headset with my phone?

Turn on the headset (On/Off button). The LED flashes blue. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select 'Hama BT700'. If a password is requested, enter '0000'.

How to reset the headset?

Press and hold the multi-function button (MFB) for about 5 seconds until you hear 'Your device is disconnected'. This disables the Bluetooth connection. For a factory reset, press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds (not explicitly mentioned, but common procedure; check the manual).

How to charge the headset?

Make sure the headset is off. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port (6) and the other end to a suitable USB charger. The LED lights red during charging and turns blue when finished. Full charging takes about 2 hours.

What is the battery life of the headset?

The battery life is about 45 hours for music playback, 40 hours for talk time, and up to 200 hours on standby.

How to use the voice assistant?

Press the multi-function button (MFB) for about 2 seconds. You will hear a beep, then you can give a command to Siri or Google Assistant.

Can I connect two devices at the same time?

Yes, the headset supports multipoint technology. First connect the first device, then disable Bluetooth on that device, connect the second device, then re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. Both will be connected.

How to make a hands-free call?

Dial the number on your phone. To answer a call, press the MFB button once. To reject, press and hold the MFB button for 2 seconds. To end, press the MFB once.

What to do if the battery is low?

The LED flashes red and you will hear 'Battery Low'. Recharge the headset as soon as possible.

Is the headset waterproof?

No, the headset is not waterproof. Avoid moisture and water splashes. Clean it only with a slightly damp cloth.

How to clean the headset?

Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean the surfaces. Do not use harsh detergents or solvents. Do not immerse the headset in water.
