What to do if the power LED is off?

Check that the power adapter is properly connected to a working wall outlet and to the back of the switch. If the LED remains off, try another outlet or contact technical support.

What to do if a connected device is not detected?

Start by checking if the corresponding port LED blinks. If it is off, try a different LAN cable. Also ensure that the device is powered on and its network settings are correct.

How to connect the switch to my network?

Plug the power adapter into the switch and a wall outlet. Use an Ethernet cable to connect your router or modem to one of the switch ports. Then connect your devices (computers, consoles, etc.) to the other ports.

What is the maximum supported speed?

Ports 1 to 5 support up to 1000 Mbps (1 Gb/s) and ports 6 and 7 support up to 2.5 Gb/s. Actual speed depends on your cables and devices.

Is the switch compatible with my cables?

Yes, it is compatible with standard Ethernet cables Cat5e or higher. For 2.5 Gb/s speeds, use at least Cat5e, preferably Cat6.

How to install the switch correctly?

Place the switch on a flat, stable surface away from heat sources and moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation. Connect the power and network cables following the order indicated in the manual.

What do the LED indicators mean?

The power LED is green when the device is powered on. For each port, a solid LED indicates an established link (color depends on speed: green for 1 Gb/s, orange for 10/100 Mb/s, blue for 2.5 Gb/s). Blinking indicates network activity.

How to recycle this product?

Do not dispose of the switch with household waste. Take it to a WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) collection point in accordance with local regulations.

Can I use this switch with a different power supply?

Only use the provided adapter (12V, 0.5A) or an identical one. Using an unsuitable power supply may damage the switch and void the warranty.

What to do in case of overheating?

Immediately unplug the switch and let it cool down. Check that the ventilation openings are not blocked and that the device is not exposed to a heat source. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Step 1

Plug the power adapter into a free wall socket, then plug the other end of the power adapter cable into the power port of the switch. The power LED will light up, confirming that the device is powered up successfully.
