INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE

This appliance should only be used for domestic cleaning, as described in this user guide. Please ensure that this guide is fully understood before operating the appliance.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CLEANER

H-PURE 700 STEAM combines vacuum and steam cleaning for extremely hygienic cleaning results both on hard floor and carpet. According to the cleaning needs, it can be used either in vacuum or steam mode, and even combining both functions at the same time. The product is fully equipped with accessories to be used with the portable steam handheld to clean and hygienize stubborn dirt and a combination of tools to vacuum above floor surfaces.

ASSEMBLING YOUR CLEANER

Remove all components from the packaging.

  1. Insert the nozzle into the main body until you hear the click. [1]
  2. Insert the handle into the main body until you hear the click. [2]
  3. Attach the microfibre mop to the mop holder and place it underneath the main nozzle of the cleaner. [3]

USING YOUR CLEANER

All modes can be used separately or you can vacuum and steam clean simultaneously.

VACUUM MODE:

Plug the cleaner into the mains power and press the main on/off button on the steam handheld. [6]
1. Press the floor type selector pedal to select the ideal cleaning mode for the floor type. [7]
Hard Floor cleaning - Press the pedal on the nozzle on Hard Floor Mode.
In this position, brushes and wiper blade are lowered to protect hard floors.
Standard Carpet & Rugs Cleaning - Press the pedal on the nozzle on Carpet Mode. In this position, brushes and wiper blade are raised to allow a perfect ease of movement on carpet surface. Suction regulator on nozzle can be used to adjust suction power on the nozzle according to various carpet. [8]
2. Press the Steam/Vacuum selector pedal on the nozzle to select Vacuum Mode. [9]
3. Select the VACUUM mode button onto the handle. [10]
4. Recline to unlock the cleaner by placing a foot on the nozzle and lowering the main body to use. [11]
NOTE: Please switch VACUUM button off If there is water on floor.

STEAM MODE:

Plug the cleaner into the mains power and press the main on/off button on the steam handheld. [6]

Fill the water tank by releasing it through the tank release button, open the lid and fill in tap water. Close the lid and put the water tank back on the cleaner. [4,5]

This operation must always be carried out with the power cable disconnected from the mains and the cleaner has fully cooled down.

NOTE: Do not add any chemicals, detergents or perfumes.

After a few seconds the steam ready light (BLUE) will stop blinking indicating the cleaner is ready for use.

  1. Press the Steam/Vacuum selector pedal on the nozzle to select Steam Mode. [12]
  2. Press the steam regulator buttons on the handle to select steam intensity. [13]:

Low Steam Intensity: Use on delicate floors such as sealed wooden floors and laminate floors and on rugs or carpet.

Medium Steam Intensity: Use on tiles and vinyl floors.

High Steam Intensity: Use on marble and stone floors and to remove any stubbom dirt. NOTE: These recommendations should be respected in order to avoid damage to floors. We recommend that you check the user guide and any warnings from the floor manufacturers. Test steam mop In a small area before mopping a larger one.

  1. Press the floor type selector pedal to select Hard Floors or Standard Carpet and Rugs. [7]
  2. Recline to unlock the cleaner by placing a foot on the nozzle and lowering the main body to use. [11]
  3. To start steaming, press the steam trigger on the handle. [14]
  4. Release the steam trigger button on handle to stop the steam function.

VACUUM & STEAM MODE

The combination of steam and vacuum mode allows a perfect and hygienic cleaning in one-go.

Follow the steps described in the section STEAM MODE and switch the VACUUM button onto the handle to activate the suction.

USING THE PORTABLE STEAM HANDHELD

The portable steam handheld can be used to hygienize different surfaces: kitchen work surfaces, oven grills, bathrooms, taps, grouting, windows and mirrors, upholstery (sofas, armchairs, mattresses, cushions, car interiors), and to refresh clothes and curtains. You can choose from a variety of accessories depending on what tasks you are performing.

  1. Release the portable steam handheld by pressing the Push & Go and lift upwards the handheld unit button on product main body. [15]
  2. Fill the water tank by releasing it through the tank release button, open the lid and fill in tap water. Close the lid and put the water tank back on the cleaner. [4,5] This operation must always be carried out with the power cable disconnected from the mains and the cleaner has fully cooled down.
  3. Fit the Refresh Conical Pipe accessory or the Steam Hose to the steam outlet. [16] Rotate the conical pipe or the steam hose clockwise aligning the graphic marks until securely locked in position.
  4. Plug the cleaner into the mains power and press the main on/off button on the steam handheld. [6] After a few seconds the steam ready light (BLUE) will stop blinking indicating the cleaner is ready for use.
  5. Select the desired steam intensity, LOW or HIGH, according to the surface to clean.[17]
  6. Press the trigger underside of the portable steam handheld handle to release the steam. [18]

PORTABLE STEAM HANDHELD ACCESSORIES

NOTE: All accessories can only be attached to the Refresh Conical pipe (Y) and cannot be connected directly to the product or the hose.

The refresh conical pipe allows you to a longer steaming time. It is advised for delicate surfaces and for longer cleaning sessions. The following accessories can be connected directly to it:

Comb Nozzle: Ideal for removal of limescale and grime. [19]

Copper Round Brush: Ideal for removal of baked on grease from ovens' racks. [20]

Shovel Plate: Ideal for removal of stubborn stains. [21]

Curved Nozzle: Ideal for cleaning hard to reach areas such as taps etc. [22]

Small Round Brush: Ideal for use on stubborn grease and grime. [23]

Multi-Purpose Nozzle: this is used along with the Large scraper, Textile pad and Refresh tool.

  1. Refresh Tool: Insert the multi- purpose tool into refresh tool, Ideal for use on garments and textiles. [24]
  2. Large Scaper: Insert the multi-purpose nozzle into the large scraper, which is ideal for use on windows and mirrors for smear clean free finish. [25]
  3. Textile Pad: Fit the textile pad over the multi- purpose nozzle, Ideal for cleaning fabric and soft furnishings. [26]

IMPORTANT: As the accessories become very hot during use, you must be very careful when removing them or replacing them. Either use an oven glove to handle them or wait until they cooled down. Always ensure that the product is disconnected from the mains power before changing the accessories.

USING THE VACUUMING ACCESSORY MODE

The product is provided with convenient accessories to vacuum high and difficult to reach areas [28]:

  1. Unwind power cord from cord storage hooks and plug it into power supply. Clip power cord in the cord clip at the back of the handle.
  2. Open vacuum hose connection cover at the back of the product [27], Insert the extension hose and rotate it until it is blocked in position.
  3. Switch the cleaner on by pressing the On/Off button on handheld. [6]
  4. Switch the Vacuum on by pressing the Vacuum on/off button located on the main handle. [10]
  5. Attach the rigid long tube to the end of the hose to enhance the reach of your cleaning. [28]
  6. Attach the 3in1 accessory to the rigid long tube or directly to hose to clean. [28]

CLEANER MAINTENANCE

REPLACEMENT OF THE ANTI-CALC FILTER

The product is provided with a water filter containing special resins capable for stopping the calc and extending the life of your product.

Periodically check your water filter. When the GREEN GRAINS inside the filter TURN BLUE, change your water filter.

If the filter is not changed at the correct time, deposits may accumulate on the heater, causing damage.

  1. Unplug the cleaner from power supply.
  2. Remove the clean water tank from cleaner. [4]
  3. Release the filter by pulling it away from the clean water tank. [29]
  4. Replace with a new filter, place it onto the clean water tank and rotate to lock.
  5. Re-fit the clean water tank to the cleaner. [4]

EMPTY THE WATER TANK

  1. Unplug the cleaner from the mains power and ensure the unit has cooled.
  2. Release the clean water tank by sliding the water tank release button downwards and remove tank from cleaner. [4]
  3. Open the cap of clean water tank.
  4. Empty any excess water from the tank. [30]
  5. Close the cap and re-fit the clean water tank to the cleaner.

EMPTY THE DUST BIN AND FILTERS MAINTENANCE

When the dust reaches the max level indicator on the container, empty the dust bin.
IMPORTANT: To maintain optimum performance, do not allow the dust to exceed the max level.

  1. Turn off the cleaner with the main switch and unplug the power cable.
  2. Press the bin release button and remove the bin assembly from the cleaner. [31]
  3. Remove the pre-motor filter assembly and the vortex finder from bin assembly. [32]
  4. Empty the dust from the bin. [33]
  5. Refit the vortex finder and pre-motor filter assembly to bin assembly.
  6. Refit the dust container lid to bin assembly and refit it to the cleaner main body.

WARNING: Do not use the appliance without the dust container complete with filter.

To maintain optimum cleaning Performance, regularly remove the filters and tap against the side of the bin to release dust. The filters should be washed every 5 dust bin empties or when the filter has excessive dust level.

IMPORTANT: All bagless cleaners require regular filter cleaning. Failure to clean your filters may result in air blockage, overheating and product failure. This may invalidate your guarantee.

IMPORTANT: Regularly check and maintain the filters.

IMPORTANT: Always ensure the filter pack is fully dry before use.

CLEAN THE STEAM OUTLET ON THE MOP HOLDER

Unplug the cleaner from the mains power and ensure the unit has cooled.

  1. Remove the mop holder from the nozzle and detach the microfiber mop. [3]
  2. Clean any debris from steam outlet on the mop holder.

REMOVING AND PREVENTING BLOCKAGES

Unplug the cleaner from the mains power and ensure the unit has cooled.

Use the Descalining tool regularly to remove any build up of limestone in the steam outlet of the following parts [34]:

REMOVING AND CLEANING THE MICROFIBRE MOPS

The product is provided with 2 reusable microfibre mops;

White mop: Medium density, it is ideal for everyday use on delicate surfaces (wooden and laminate floors).

Blue and white striped mop: High density, it is particularly indicated for high traffic areas and to remove stubborn dirt.

Unplug the cleaner from the mains power and ensure the unit has cooled.

Remove the microfibre mop from the nozzle or the small textile pad from multi-purpose nozzle.

Wash the microfibre mops and the textile pad by hand or in the washing machine with a mild detergent at MAX temperature 300C.

CLEANER STORAGE

Once finished your cleaning session, unplug the power plug and wrap cord around the cord storage hooks on the rear.

You can disassemble the main handle by pressing the handle release button and store it on the nozzle by lifting the pin integrated onto the side of the main handle and inserting it into the slot on the main body side. [35,36]

This will allow a more compact and convenient cleaner storage.

Please always store your cleaner on the plastic storage tray (included in the pack) in order to protect your floors from the heat and humidity.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

The cleaner does not work:

Please check the power plug is connected.

Please check the fuse in the power plug.

Please check the power cord is not damaged.

The steam function does not work:

If the blue lamp on the main handle or on the portable steam handheld is blinking, the steam is not ready.

The water tank may not be fitted correctly.

The water tank is empty or with short amount of water inside.

The nozzle may be blocked by limescale. You can use the De-scale tool to clean the nozzle.

The vacuum function can not be used:

The portable steam handled may not be fitted correctly.
