Manual operation.
Adjust the speed as you prefer.

Beginners
This is the type of operation best suited to beginners. In your first sessions, it lets you adjust to the vibrating of the appliance. This level gently improves muscle tone and activates circulation of the blood. It helps prepare the muscles for a more intensive work-out.

termediary
For persons who are already familiar with the use of the appliance. This level is an additional step to a more intensive work-out. It provides deep muscle tone, activates circulation of the blood and improves mobility.

Advanced
For experienced users. This is the most intensive and most complete programme.
It increases the "reflex" effect of contracting and stretching the muscles. Rapidly helps muscular development. Eliminates sensations of external tension, improving the general physical condition.

Burn fat.
This level combines the main functions of all the others. It also acts to burn fat, helping you refine your silhouette and firm your skin.
Recommendations on utilization and the duration of sessions
Generally speaking, we recommend doing 10 minutes of exercise once or twice a day. When you have chosen your exercise, we recommend repeating it 3 times. It is preferable to do 2 x 3 minutes and to rest for a time equivalent to the work out.
For example, after a 2 minute work out, rest for 2 minutes before beginning to exercise again. Try to work out for a total of 10 minutes per session.
To improve your results, we recommend increasing the intensity of the vibrations, as soon as you get used to them, rather than the duration.
Note: Power Full is a vibrating fitness appliance; the more you increase the intensity, the louder the noise caused by the vibrations. We recommend installing your equipment in a quiet place where you can do your work-out without disturbing your household.
Regulation on waste disposal
Since 15 November 2006, Electric and Electronic Waste (EEW) must be sorted selectively and turned in for recycling. Every citizen must separate this EEW in compliance with the legislation in force. (decree n° 2005-829 of 20 July 2005).

The symbol on this page indicates that electric and electronic appliances are collected selectively.
Electric and electronic appliances can contain substances with negative effects on the environment and health. When these appliances are worn out, they must not be discarded with household waste, but must imperatively be sorted for waste recovery at waste recycling centres or with associations for solidarity and a social economy. Sorting waste reduces the potential damage to the environment and human health due to dangerous substances that may be included in components of electric or electronic appliances. Take part actively. Do not discard these appliances with your household waste!
