2. Safety of use
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or even death.
CAUTION!
The term "unit" or "product" in the warnings and in the description of the instructions refers to the Handpush Brush Cutter.
2.1. Safety in the workplace

a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor lighting can lead to accidents. Be foresighted, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using the unit.
b) Do not use the unit in explosion hazardous areas.
c) If you have any doubts as to whether the unit is working properly or if it is damaged, contact the manufacturer's service department.
d) Only the manufacturer's service department can repair the unit. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
e) In case of open flames or fire, use only dry powder or snow (CO2) fire extinguishers to extinguish the live equipment.
f) Use the appliance in a well-ventilated area.
g) Running unit can generate dust and splitter, protect bystanders against an y harm.
h) Check the condition of the safety stickers regularly. Replace them if they are illegible.
i) Keep these instructions for use for future reference. If the unit is to be passed on to a third party, the operating instructions must also be handed over together with the unit.
j) Keep the packaging and small assembly parts out of the reach of children.

2.2. Personal safety
a) D do not operate this unit if you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that could impair your ability to operate the unit.

d) Use caution and common sense when operating this appliance. A moment's inattention during operation may result in serious personal injury.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required when operating the unit as specified in Section 1 of the explanation of symbols.
The use of appropriate, approved personal protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) To prevent accidental start-up, make sure the switch is in the off position before connecting to a power source.
g) Do not overestimate your capabilities. Maintain body balance and equilibrium at all times during operation. This allows for better control of the machine in unexpected situations.
h) Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
i) Eye, ear, and respiratory protection is recommended.
j) The unit is not a toy. Children should be watched to ensure that they do not play with the unit.
k) Do not place your hands or any objects inside the running appliance!
2.3. Safe use of the unit
a) D do not use the unit if the ON/OFF switch does not function properly (does not turn on and off). Units that cannot be controlled by the switch are unsafe, cannot operate, and must be repaired.
b) Keep unused equipment out of the reach of children and out of the reach of anyone unfamiliar with the unit or this instruction manual. These units is dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
c) Keep the unit in good working condition. Check before each use for general damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any other condition that may affect the safe operation of the unit). If damaged, have the unit repaired before use.
d) Keep the unit out of the reach of children.

r) Before starting work, make sure there are no bystanders, animals, or objects in the vicinity that could become obstructions during operation.
s) Before operating, make sure the unit has been properly assembled and is undamaged.
Do not use a unit that has visible signs of use.
t) Some screws may loosen as a result of the vibration generated by the machine during operation. Check their condition and tighten them before each use.
u) The machine is not designed to cut material other than brush.
v) To start work in another location, first turn off the unit and then move it to its destination paying special attention to the blade.
w) Do not make any adjustments while the engine is still running.
x) If the machine encounters an obstacle during operation, switch it off immediately.
y) If the blade becomes jammed, do not straighten it by hand!
z) Take regular breaks during operation. Prolonged exposure to noise and exhaust fumes can damage your health.
aa) It is advisable to use the machine only when it is needed and to switch it off during breaks to reduce the risk of damage to hearing or respiratory tract.
bb) Do not use the unit on wet areas, which would prevent the wheels from moving.
cc) Do not run while operating the unit.
dd) Use extreme caution when changing the direction of operation.
ee) It is not recommended to operate the unit on very steep roadsides. Doing so may cause you to lose control of the unit.
WARNING FOR WORKING WITH FLAMMABLE MATERIAL:
- The unit's engine is designed to operate on mixed fuel: gasoline (unleaded or leaded) + two-stroke oil at a ratio of 40:1.
Mixing gasoline and oils other than those recommended may damage gaskets, hoses and tanks.
- Do not store fuel supplies near sources of fire and heat (such as a boiler, oven), electrical discharges, welding sparks that may ignite the fuel. Smoking is prohibited near fuel tanks.
- Before refueling, make sure the engine is turned off and cooled down and then are no fire sources near the refueling area.
- Try not to spill fuel. If this happens, thoroughly wipe spilled fuel off the ground with a dry rag.
- When you have finished refueling, carefully close the cap on the tank.
- To start the machine after refueling, move it at least 3 meters away from the refueling point.
- Empty the fuel tank when transporting the unit.
Although the product has been designed to be safe, with adequate safeguards, and despite the additional safety features provided to the user, there is still a slight risk of accident or injury when handling the unit. You are advised to use caution and common sense when using this product.
3. Rules of use
The unit is designed for commercial use.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.

3.2. Preparation for operation
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions. The user should wear protective clothing when using the equipment, primarily long pants and safety shoes.
3.3. Installation of the unit

- Place the roller in the slot in the base.
- Connect the roller to the motor.
- Tighten with 4 screws.
- Remove the two securing screws from the lever and use them to connect the lever to the base.
- Connect the handle to the lever.
- Screw on the safety bar.
- Screw on the cover.
NYLON HEAD ASSEMBLY
- Hold the lower flange with a screwdriver, then use a socket wrench to loosen the nut by turning it clockwise.
Remove the upper flange.
- Still holding the flange, place the nylon head on the shaft and tighten by turning counterclockwise.
BLADE INSTALLATION:
- While holding the lower flange, loosen the nut and remove the upper flange.
- Place the blade, disc, and top flange on the mandrel, then tighten the nut by turning counterclockwise.
3.4. Working with the unit
3.4.1. BEFORE STARTING:

- Assume a stable position on a level surface without any obstacles. Do not use the unit while standing on a ladder, for example.
- Always hold the unit firmly with both hands using your whole palm.
- Do not work with the unit with your arms stretched out in front of you or held above shoulder height.
- It is recommended that there be people within a safe distance (more than 15m ) who are aware of your presence.
This will ensure that assistance can be obtained if necessary.
- While operating the unit, you may hit material that will cause the unit, and the user, to recoil. Therefore, it is important to hold the equipment firmly and securely in your hands. This will minimize the risk of losing control of the unit.
- Working at the highest speed is recommended. It allows you to complete tasks quickly and efficiently and deal with obstacles such as unforeseen materials.
- Before turning on the machine, check that the switch works properly, the connectors and spark plug are firmly installed.
After turning on the engine, wait for a while before starting work to make sure that no malfunction has occurred.
- For safe use, wash the handle before each use so that the unit will not slip out of your hands under the residue.
- Make sure that there are no animals or bystanders or unwanted objects near the work area.
- Keep feet away from the blade when starting the engine!
3.4.2. USING THE UNIT:
- Press the manual fuel pump several times.
- Turn the switch to the ON position (unit on).
- Move the suction lever to the closed (off) position.
- 1 - closed position
-2 - open position
- Rapidly pull the starter rope.
- Wait a moment, then move the suction lever to the open (on) position.
- Adjust engine speed with the accelerator handle.
CAUTION: The blade will take a few more seconds to stop after the engine is turned off.
3.5. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
b) Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
c) Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
d) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may damage the surface of the material from which the unit is made.
e) Make sure the motor is off and cooled down before performing maintenance.
f) Use only non-flammable products for cleaning.
g) If operating in a dusty environment, the machine should be maintained more frequently than specified in the table below.
h) If you do not have the ability, knowledge, and tools to perform maintenance, have the machine serviced.

3.5.2. SPARK PLUG CLEANING:
- After the engine has cooled, remove the spark plug using a socket wrench.
- Clean the spark plug with a wire brush.
- Use a feeler gauge to set the spark gap to between 0.6 and 0.7 mm .
- Reinstall the spark plug by hand.
- Tighten with a socket wrench.
3.5.3. CLEANING THE AIR FILTER:
- Remove the cover and sponge from the filter.
- Replace the cover to prevent unwanted objects from falling into the tank.
- Clean the air filter in warm soapy water.
- Rinse.
- Allow the filter to dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: Do not start the engine without the filter installed.
3.5.4. STORAGE:
Old fuel is one of the main causes of engine starting problems, so empty the fuel tank if the unit will not be used for an extended period of time.
Store the unit indoors and protect it from rust.
3.6. Troubleshooting
