3.2. Preparing for use
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The ambient temperature must not exceed 45^ and the relative humidity should not exceed 85% . Do not obstruct the air outlet of the device. Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. The device should always be used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. The valve that disables the compressed air supply should be immediately accessible from the area where the device is being used. Make sure that the pressure of supplying the device does not exceed the recommended range.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
The product is being delivered almost ready to use, only the pump lever needs to be attached to the pump assembly (by screwing it in) and the pressure hose in (if not attached).
3.3. Device use

a) Pressure gauge
b) Pressure resistant hose
c) Release valve 1 (on hose assembly)
d) Test pipe - closed system
e) Release valve 2 - air vent (on hose assembly)
- Connect the pump pressure hose to a system - make sure the connection is tight.
- Fill the pump's reservoir with water or other fluid (depending on the system You are going to test).
- Fully close the release valve 2.
- Fully open the release valve 1.
- Build pressure in the system by moving the pump lever up and down full strokes.
- Bleed the system form the air and after that put the necessary pressure in the tested system.
- Fully close the release valve 1 and open the valve 2.
- [MSW-PUM-001A only] Mark with the red needle exact the built pressure in the system and let it sit that way.
- [MSW-PUM-021A only] Note the position of the gauge needle.
- Observe after a proper period the position of the (black) needle - if it hasn't move, the system is tight. If it dropped, check for leaks.
- After test fully open both release valves to release the pressure form the system.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Release the pressure and empty the reservoir before cleaning. Unplug the pressure hose form the system before cleaning it.
