INSTRUCTION:

Emergency Tyre Replacement Steps

STEP 1: Prepare the Vehicle

1. Activate the hazard lights to alert other drivers.
2. Park the vehicle on a level surface, ensuring it is no more than a 6-degree incline.
3. Put the transmission into 1. Gear (manual transmission) or into "Park" (automatic transmission).
4. Engage the parking brake.
5. Use tyre stoppers or other anti-skid materials to stabilize the vehicle, ensuring the safety of everyone involved.
6. Loose the nuts/bolts in the wheel that has to be removed - do not fully unscrew them now!

STEP 2: Connect to 12V Power Supply

• Cigarette Lighter Connection:
o Connect one end of the cigarette lighter power line to the vehicle's cigarette lighter.
o Plug the other end into the remote-control socket of the device.
o Attention: Ensure the rated current of the cigarette lighter fuse is less than 12A as shown in Fig.1.
• Vehicle Battery Direct Connection (recommended):
o If the cigarette lighter fuse current is greater than 12A, connect the 12V cigarette lighter to the vehicle battery:
o Connect the red wire to the positive "+" terminal.
o Connect the black wire to the negative "-" terminal.
o Attach the other end to the remote control handle socket as shown in Fig.2.

STEP 3: Position the Car Jack

• Identify the appropriate car jack support points on your vehicle (see vehicle owner's manual or call the manufacturer authorised service centre).
• Choose the suitable support point and screw it into the designated round hole in the device.

STEP 4: Align the Jack

• Refer to the vehicle's owner's manual for instructions on aligning the jack.
• Ensure the top of the jack is properly aligned with the vehicle's designated support points, usually marked on the vehicle's underside.

STEP 5: Lift the Vehicle

Press the "^" (up) button on the remote control to lift the vehicle until the tyre is off the ground.

NOTE: do not move or sit in the car while lifting!

STEP 6: Lower the Vehicle

After completing the repair or tire change, press the "V" (down) button on the remote control to lower the vehicle gently back to the ground as shown in Fig.4

Tighten securely previously screwed in the lug nuts or wheel bolts (in cross-pattern) when the vehicle stands on the ground on its own on all wheels.

FUSE REPLACE

Replacing a Blown Cigarette Lighter Fuse

If the cigarette lighter plug fuse burns due to overload, follow these steps to replace it:

Step 1: Remove the Front Metal Part

- Unscrew the front metal part of the cigarette lighter in an anti-clockwise direction.

Step 2: Replace the Fuse

• Carefully remove the blown fuse.
• Replace it with a new fuse that has the same specifications as the original.

Step 3: Reassemble

- Screw the front metal part of the cigarette lighter back on in a clockwise direction to secure it in place.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE REASON	POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Electric car jack cannot lift.	Inspect the fuse in the cigarette lighter plug to see if it is not blown.	Replace it with a new fuse that matches the original specifications if necessary.
	Ensure that the cigarette lighter is providing current output.	Reconnect the interface.

	Check the battery voltage.	Charge or replace the battery.
	Check the battery clip connection.	Reconnect with correct power supply.
