APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than 40^ and the relative humidity should be less than 85% . Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is being used. There should be at least 10cm distance between each side of the device and the wall or other objects. The device should always be used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that you always have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to the technical details on the product label.
Disassemble the device and all its components and clean them before the first use.
3.3. Device use
- Unpack the whole appliance.
- Make sure that no packing material has been left in the compressor chamber.
- Remove all documents and other accessories from the inside of the appliance.
- Secure the device by placing wheel chocks against its wheels and/or engaging the device locks to prevent wheels from spinning.
- Install all additional components of the appliance.
- Clean and dry the interior.
- Close the cover / door of the appliance.
- Connect the appliance plug to the socket.
- Set the optimal refrigeration power.
- Wait for the device to attain the required temperature.
- Insert frozen products into the freezer.
- If you need to freeze fresh food, it is necessary to follow the instructions for freezing fresh food contained in this document.
Do not store any glass bottles with liquids, because they increase their volume during freezing and may be damaged. Never store explosive substances in the freezer.
The appliance is equipped with a lock which enables to protect the freezer against opening (key in the set).
FREEZING OF FRESH FOOD
- Place the packaged fresh food in the freezer, paying attention so that it will not come in direct contact with already frozen products because they may defrost and shorten their shelf-life. It is recommended that fresh food will be placed near the wall or bottom of the freezer, in these places it is the coldest.
- Increase refrigeration power for 4-6 hours.
- After 24 hours it is necessary to change the location of the frozen food so that it will be possible to freeze other products
- Set the cooling power which will be appropriate for filling of the freezer.
SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE
- Close the appliance door.
- Connect the appliance plug to the power supply. The appliance will start normal operation and the power light will switch on but the cooling will start only after setting a cooling power other than 0. (Setting cooling power to 0 stops the cooling process, but it does not turn off the appliance).
If the device is disconnected from its power source, the power source was cut off or if it was switched off, wait 3-5 min before turning on again. Otherwise the device will fail to start. In the event of a power cut, wait at least 5 minutes before reconnecting the device in order to prevent damaging the compressor or other elements.
DEFROSTING
Under normal conditions of use (3-4 openings per day), the freezer should be defrosted once or twice a year (in case of more frequent opening the freezer should be defrosted more often).
The appliance must be defrosted especially when the thickness of the ice layer on its walls will be about 5-7 mm. Ice layers on the internal walls of the appliance reduce its efficiency. Layers of ice can be scraped with a plastic scraper. Do not use metal things to scrap ice from the appliance.
Warning! Never use electrical appliances to defrost freezers (e.g. hair dryer) or open flames (e.g. candles). The plastic parts of the interior can melt and the emanate vapours can inflame through sparks or a flame.
In order to defrost it is necessary to proceed as follows:
- Make sure the appliance plug is removed from the socket.
- It is recommended to use a plastic bowl or other sealed container to collect leaking water in the course of defrosting.
- Make sure that the hands are dry in the course of performing subsequent activities in order to avoid damages caused by a negative temperature (use of gloves is recommended).
- Remove the frozen products and make sure that the water melting from them will not cause any danger or damages. It is recommended to place them in a sealed container.
- It is recommended to scrape the thickest layers of ice.
- If necessary, defrosting can be accelerated by inserting a dish with warm water dish (not boiling on hot!) into the freezer.
- Wait until the ice from the inside of the freezer is melted, in the course of defrosting it is possible to remove the water from the inside of the freezer with a sponge.
- Before using the appliance again, clean the inside of the appliance.
- Close the cover / door and connect the appliance to the power supply.
- Set the optimal refrigeration power.
- Insert products to be frozen into the freezer.
- After 4-6 hours set the refrigeration power appropriately to the freezer load.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Always unplug the device before cleaning or putting it away.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the device.

g) Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
h) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
i) The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
j) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
k) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they may damage the surface material of the appliance.
I) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or other chemical substances because it may damage the device.
