GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
- Before using the device, read the instruction manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by using the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
- The device is for domestic use only. Do not use for other purposes, incompatible with its purpose.
- Connect the device only to a grounded outlet 220-240V \~ 50-60Hz.
In order to increase the safety of use, multiple electrical appliances should not be plugged into a single circuit at the same time.

To provide additional protection, it is advisable to install in an electrical circuit, a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of not more than 30 mA. In this regard, consult a specialist electrician.

Do not immerse the cord, plug or entire unit in water or other liquid. Do not expose the unit to weather conditions (rain, sun, etc.) or use in high humidity conditions (bathrooms, humid motor homes).

Periodically check the condition of the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a specialized repair facility to avoid danger.

Do not use the device with a damaged power cord or if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way or is not working properly. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may gush out of it.

NOTE: The kettle may only be used with the supplied stand.
- NOTE: Before lifting the kettle from the stand, make sure that the kettle is turned off.
- This equipment is designed to boil clean water for domestic and similar use, such as: staff kitchen areas in stores, offices and other working environments, farm rooms, by customers in hotels, motels and other residential environments of this type, in sleeping and breakfast rooms.
- Always take special care when boiling water in a kettle. Do not touch the kettle housing or lid. Do not open the lid of the kettle while it is boiling or immediately after the water boils, the escaping steam may cause burns.
- Carry the kettle only by holding the handle.
- Do not fill the kettle above the MAX or below the MIN level, as this may cause burns or damage to the kettle.
- Do not turn on the kettle without water, as this may cause damage to the kettle.
- Do not use the kettle without a filter or with the lid open, as the circuit breaker will not work then.
- Periodically, the kettle should be decalcified using means designed for this purpose. Using a kettle with a calcified heater will damage it and void the warranty.
- To wash the housing of the kettle, do not use aggressive detergents that can damage the kettle or remove the markings on it.
- The device is not designed to operate with external timers or a separate remote control system.
- Do not wash the base of the kettle directly in water, only wipe with a dry cloth.
- Children from 3 to under 8 years of age may turn the appliance on and off only when it is in its normal operating position, is supervised or has been instructed on safe use and understands the resulting risks. Children between the ages of 3 and under 8 must not connect, operate, clean or maintain the appliance themselves.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Fill the kettle three times with water to the maximum level boil and pour out. To remove any factory odor (looks at the point: basic operation)
*Holding down the button (10) for 3 seconds, the sound of the kettle will be turned off, the display will show a crossed-out speaker icon (3).
*To change the temperature from °F to °C, hold the button (7) for 3 seconds.
BASIC OPERATION - Boil water between 40 °C and 100 °C
- Set the base (D) on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface.
- Fill the kettle with water so that the water level is between the maximum and minimum levels on the water level indicator in the center of the kettle.
- Remember to close the kettle with the lid (A) after filling, otherwise the kettle will not turn off automatically when the water boils.
- Plug the power cord into a 220-240V\~50/60Hz grounded power outlet.
- Place the kettle on the base (D).
- Press the button on the knob (1), the light on the knob will flash, the LCD display (4) will show the current water temperature (12), the "SET" indicator (13) will show the set temperature, and the cooking indicator (6) will light up. By default, the kettle is set to 100^ C.
- By turning the knob (11) to the left or right, it is possible to set the temperature from 40^ to 100^ in 5^ increments.
- After setting the desired temperature, press the button on the knob (1) the lamp on the knob will stop flashing, the indicator (6) will start flashing and then the heater will start heating water, the LCD display (4) will show the current water temperature (12). The water temperature will rise to the previously set temperature, the "SET" indicator (13).
- When the preset water temperature is reached, the kettle will automatically turn off, you will hear a "di-di" sound twice, (possibility to only sound by holding the button (10) for 3 seconds) The light in the dial (1) will start flashing. The LCD display (12) will indicate the set temperature, then after 5 minutes the kettle will turn off automatically. The kettle will be turned on again by pressing the button on the knob (1).
- If you want to turn off the kettle before the water has finished boiling, lift it from the base (D) or press the button on the knob (1).
- The kettle can be turned on again approximately 2 minutes after the last use.
ADVANCED OPERATION: HEATING WATER FOR COFFEE FOR TEMPERATURE:
91^ or 93^ or 96^
To set the kettle to heat water to 91^ C or 93^ C or 96^ C, press the button (10) "MODE", the indicator (2) will light up. By turning the knob (11) to the left or right, it is possible to set the temperature in one of the possible options: 91^ C or 93^ C or 96^ C.
After setting the desired temperature, press the button on the knob (1) the lamp on the knob will stop flashing, the
indicator (6) will start flashing and then the heater will start heating the water, the LCD display (4) will show the current water temperature (12). The water temperature will rise to the previously set "SET" temperature (13).
When the preset water temperature is reached, the kettle will automatically turn off, you will hear "di-di" sound twice, (possibility to only sound by holding the button (10) for 3 s.)
The LCD display (12) will indicate the set temperature, then after 5 minutes the kettle will automatically turn off. The kettle will be switched on again by pressing the button on the knob (1).
If you want to turn off the kettle before the water has finished boiling, lift it from the base (D) or press the button on the knob (1).
The kettle can be turned on again approximately 2 minutes after the last use.
TEMPERATURE HOLD FUNCTION
After setting the appropriate temperature (see section: basic / advanced operation), press the button (7) "keep warm" the "HOLD" lamp on the button will light up, and the LCD display (4) will show the clock (8), to set the time, turn the knob (11) to the left or right, the time can be set from 10 minutes to 2 hours, in 10-minute increments.
After setting the time, press the button on the dial (1) to turn on the kettle.
When the kettle reaches the set temperature, it will enter the temperature holding mode, the LCD display (4) will light up the indicator (5) and the timer will start counting down the early set time. The kettle will cyclically heat water, up to the preset temperature for the predetermined time.
To interrupt the temperature hold function, remove the kettle from the base (D) or press the button (7) the lamp will turn off.
SAFETY FEATURES
The appliance is equipped with an automatic overheat fuse, the fuse will activate when used with insufficient water. Always make sure that the amount of water in the appliance is above the minimum level. If the fuse activates, turn off the kettle by pressing the button (1) for 3 seconds, then remove the plug from the power socket and let the kettle cool down for 5-10 minutes. Then fill the kettle with water and turn on the device, which will operate normally.
Turning on an empty kettle or one filled with insufficient water will automatically turn off the device. In this case, wait several minutes, and then pour the appropriate amount of water and turn the kettle on again.
Do not leave the kettle on unattended.
The kettle is an electrical appliance not designed to hold water or any other liquids. After boiling the water, pour it immediately into another vessel. Water after boiling in the kettle must not remain in it for more than 10 minutes.
Before each use, fill the kettle with fresh water above the minimum level and below the maximum level.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Limescale deposited inside the kettle should be removed regularly. This activity is not subject to warranty service. Failure to decalcify regularly will lead to damage to the kettle and void the warranty. To decalcify, use specially designed preparations for this purpose in accordance with the instructions for use of the decalcifying agent. After decalcification, rinse the kettle very thoroughly three times.
