Be sure the polarity of the batteries is set properly. Always replace all the batteries at the same time. Close the cover. Troubleshooting Carry out the following checks if the scale is not working properly:

• Make sure that the scale is not damaged.

• Make sure that all display settings are set properly. LCD screen displays: “LO” Install new batteries. “Err” of “OL” Maximum weight has been exceeded. “Err 2%” Indicates the error margin in the body fat percentage. Maintenance: Clean the scale with a lightly moistened cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives. Warranty: Any changes and/or modications to the product will void the warranty.
