Delivery scope OVERVIEW This Powerbank can be used to power devices having an operang voltage of 5V direct current (cell phones, MP3 players, etc.), as well as devices supporng the Power Delivery Standard (PD) or the Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ technology standard and for wireless charging devices which are Qi-enabled. Please check the operang instrucons or ask the manufacturer whether your device supports the Qi standard. Intended use

1. Funcon key (ON/OFF)

By briey pressing, the current baery status is displayed through the LED lights and the wireless charging funcon of the Powerbank is acvated. If there is no device connected to the Powerbank, or the connected device signals to the power bank that it is enrely charged, the power bank will automacally switch to the standby mode aer a me interval of approximately 40 seconds. 3. Commissioning / Charging the Powerbank / Charging connected devices

a) Charging the Powerbank Please connect the supplied cable USB-C to the port USB-C (USB-C Out/In) of the Powerbank; then connect the other end of the USB cable to a power supply USB-C or to a port USB-C on your computer. The charging process and current charging status will be indicated by the LED status lights. If the Powerbank is enrely charged, the LED status lights remain illuminated. The required charging me of the Powerbank depends on the selected charging source and the output power.

The individual LEDs display the remaining energy of the Powerbank:

Any other use or use beyond what is specied is deemed as not intended use and can lead to damages and injuries. This product is not intended for commercial use or for medical and spe- cial applicaons, where the failure of the product can cause injuries, mortalies or considerable material damages. Claims of any type for damages resulng from use other than for the intended purpose or non-observance of the safety instrucons are excluded.EN - Page 4 of 8 b) Charging devices with the Powerbank Wireless charging: Acvate the wireless charging funcon by pressing the On/O buon on the Powerbank. Now place your Qi-capable device centrally across the wireless charging area. The charging process starts automacally. If this is not the case, please check whether the Powerbank is adequately charged. For this purpose, at least one of the status LEDs must be permanently lit. a foreign body is located between the devices. your device is Qi-capable. where the correct posion for wireless charging is located on your device. You may possibly have to place it in another posion. The acvated wireless charging process will be displayed by an orange LED. The posioned device will be charged with a maximum of 10 was. The amount of wa which are actually transferred depends on the charged device. If another device is charged through a cable, the maximum power will be reduced to 5 was. In order to end the charging process, you just have to remove your device from the Power- bank. The ambient temperature level inuences the charging speed, since the charging control of most mobile devices reduces the power consumpon when reaching higher temperatures. Wired charging: This Powerbank is equipped with two USB-A ports (USB-A 1 Out/USB-A 2 Out) and a port USB-C (USB-C Out/In). The two USB-A ports support the Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 standard (normal out- put: 5V-3A max.; Output QC: 5V-3A, 9V-2A, 12V-1.5A = max. 18 Wa). The connecon USB-C supports the Power Delivery (PD) standard (normal output: 5V-3A max.; PD output: 5V-3A, 9V-2A, 12V-1.5A = max. 18 Wa) as well a the above-described QC standard. You can charge several devices at the same me with the Powerbank as well, for example a tablet on the out port USB-A 1 and a smartphone on the Out/in port of USB-C or without wire through the Qi area. In this case, please note that neither the QC nor the PD standard are available, but a maximum of 5V with a total of maximum 15 was (maximum 5 was wireless) can be reached. To charge your device, just connect the supplied cable to the connecon USB-C (USB-C Out/ In) of the Powerbank and the other end to the connecon USB-C of the device to be charged. Normal charging: Use a standard USB power supply or a port with USB on a computer to charge the Powerbank via the USB-C Out/In port (maximum 5V-3A = maximum 15 was). Fast charging: To charge the Powerbank with a maximum power (18 was), please use a power supply unit sup- porng the Power Delivery Standard (PD). The fast charging is indicated by an LED as well which now lights up blue. If the LED does not change from white to blue, your power supply unit or the cable used are incompable with the PD standard and the Powerbank will be charged normally.EN - Page 5 of 8 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Dangers for children and persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities: Children oen underesmate dangers or do not recognise them at all. This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with restricted sensory, physical or mental abilies or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or received instrucons from the person on how to use the device and they have under- stood the resultant dangers. Unsupervised children should not have access to the device. Make sure that children do not play with the device. In alternave, connect your own cable to the port USB-A (USB-A 1 Out/USB-A 2 Out) or the port USB-C (USB-C Out/In) of the power bank and the other end to the device to be charged, according to the cable type. The charging process starts automacally and the devices inde- pendently determine the respecve charging current. If the charging process does not start automacally, please acvate the funconal key. The fast charging is indicated by an LED as well which now lights up blue. If the LED does not change from white to blue, your connected device or the cable used are incompable with the PD standard and the power bank will be charged normally. If a device is charged with the Powerbank and the capacity of the Powerbank is almost ex- hausted, this is signalled by blinking of the last status LED. Please re-charge the Powerbank. Please note that while charging a device with a Powerbank, about 30% of the total capacity is used up just through the charging process. This is due, for example, through the loss of power from circuit warmth and voltage conversion. The Powerbank has to be used regularly for opmum performance. If this is not the case, charge the Powerbank fully at least every three months. Make sure that the warmth created through the charging process can be emied from the device (ideally place the Powerbank on a rm and heat-resistant base while in use). If you have a pacemaker or another technical implant, please consult your doctor or the manu- facturer of the implant, before using the Powerbank. Do not use the device in extremely cold, hot, humid or dusty areas. Do not subject it to direct sunlight. Protect the product from open re. There is danger of explosion! Protect the device in every operang state against impact and falling. This device is sensive to electrostac discharge. Therefore protect the device against every pos- sible electrostac discharge. To avoid malfuncons, do not connect the USB output ports of the device with USB ports of com- puters or other devices. They are only intended for charging devices. Do not disassemble to device into its component parts and do not try to repair it yourself. It does not contain any parts requiring maintenance and the guarantee expires in this case. Do not insert any items, which are not intended for its use, into the openings of the product. This could lead to an electrical short-circuit and a resultant re. Do not operate this device with wet hands. GeneralPlease do not use water or chemical soluons to clean the device. Please use only a dry cloth for this purpose. Do not try to repair the device yourself. The guarantee expires in this case. Do not use the device when it shows visible damage or has become moist. The device develops warmth when in use, this is normal. Do not cover the device when this is in use. WARNING! Hot surface! Holding the device for longer periods when in use can result in the surface becoming hot, causing skin injuries. When using the device, avoid holding it for too long, especially in areas which become very hot. Do not carry the device directly on your body. The device can be touched for longer periods aer it has cooled down. OPERATING CONDITIONS Operate the device at 0 to 35 degrees Celsius and a maximum humidity of 85% (for a short me). If you do not use your device for a longer period, store it at between -10 and 45 degrees Celsius at max. 90 % relave humidity (for a short me) and charge this every three months to maintain full capacity. If, despite our strict IHQ quality guidelines, you discover any deciencies in your Intenso product, then in addion to your legal guarantee rights, Intenso Internaonal GmbH (guarantor) grants you a voluntarily, two-year guarantee for this product in accordance with the following condions: Intenso Internaonal GmbH guarantees that the product is free of material and manufacturing defects if the product is used in accordance with the operang manual. In a guarantee claim, Intenso Internaonal GmbH shall replace the product. Intenso Internaonal GmbH does not commit to any services that go above and beyond this, for example compensaon for damages or expenses. The guarantee does not constute liability on the part of Intenso Internaonal GmbH for the loss of data. The guarantee applies for two years aer purchase by the end consumer and buyer (guarantee period). The sales receipt must be kept and a copy submied to determine the guarantee period. The guarantee services are available to you in the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) as well as in Switzerland (territorial scope). Guarantee claims are excluded in the following cases: failure to observe the operang manual wear of parts that wear out over the course of me, such as baeries for example misuse or improper handling, installaon or use vibraons or electrostac discharge of the product, the eects of heat or moisture on the product that are outside the product specicaons damage, scratches or wear unauthorised changes, opening the housing, intervenons or repairs damage from other devices, force majeure or transport For smooth processing in a guarantee claim (complaint), we ask you to observe the following points:

2. Aer a review and release, you will receive the corresponding Intenso return document within

three workdays (by e-mail or fax). This document is valid for 14 days and authorises you to send the product back. We do not grant any entlements by accepng the product. They only come about aer compleon of a nal assessment of the complaint.

3. If the product subject to complaint is no longer in our product range, we will oer you a comparable

arcle as a replacement product. If you are not in agreement with the replacement product, then we ask you to process the complaint via the sales outlet from where you originally purchased the product.

4. Important: Pack the product including the copy of the sales receipt and all the accessories in a

way that is safe to transport. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the package. The package must have sucient postage. Intenso Internaonal GmbH only accepts return shipments that comply with all these condions.

5. A return shipment of foreign arcles that were sent in by mistake is not possible.

6. The processing me for complaints can be up to four weeks.
