How do I charge my phone with the EPTN920 station?

Insert your mobile device into the wireless charging station, then press the Power button. Charging starts automatically. To stop, press and hold the button.

What does the flashing blue LED mean?

A blue flashing indicates a charging error. Disconnect the mobile device from the station, then reconnect it. If the problem persists, check compatibility or contact after-sales service.

What should I do if the station is not charging?

Make sure the station is properly connected to a certified USB charger. Check that the mobile device is correctly positioned. If the wireless charging indicator is off, press the Power button.

Can I use a non-Samsung charger?

It is strongly recommended to use Samsung certified chargers and cables. Using non-certified accessories may damage the station and void the warranty.

Is it normal for the station to heat up?

Yes, slight warmth is normal during charging. If the station becomes very hot, the charger may stop charging for safety reasons. Unplug and let it cool down.

How do I check the battery level of the station?

Press the Battery Level button. The LEDs light up according to the remaining charge (4 LEDs = 75-100%, 1 LED = 5-25%).

Which devices are compatible with the EPTN920 station?

The station is designed for mobile devices compatible with wireless charging, such as the Galaxy S6 edge+. Check your device's compatibility before use.

Can the station charge while the phone is connected?

If you connect a wired charger to the mobile device during wireless charging, the wireless charging function will be disabled. Use only one method at a time.

What if the station is exposed to extreme temperatures?

If the station is exposed to very hot or cold temperatures, all four LEDs may flash. Unplug the charger and wait for the station to return to normal temperature before using again.

Charging the wireless charger pack

Use the charger to charge the battery before using it for the first time.

Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the battery to explode or damage the wireless charger pack.

1 Connect the wireless charger pack to a charger.

Connecting the charger improperly may cause serious damage to the wireless charger pack. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

2 After fully charging, disconnect the wireless charger pack from the charger.

• To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a power switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in use to avoid wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket and easily accessible while charging.
• The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

Battery charging tips and precautions

• Chargers are sold separately.
• The charger can simultaneously charge the wireless charger pack and a mobile device when both are connected, but charging may take longer.
• While charging, the wireless charger pack may heat up. This is normal and should not affect the wireless charger pack's lifespan or performance. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the charger may stop charging.
• If the wireless charger pack is not charging properly, take the wireless charger pack and the charger to a Samsung Service Centre.

Checking the battery status

While the wireless charger pack is charging, the battery indicator will flash according to the charging status.

If the wireless charger pack is exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures or an error occurs, the four indicator lights will blink. Disconnect the charger from the wireless charger pack, and then reconnect them.

Checking the remaining battery power

Check the remaining battery power by pressing the Battery level button.

The battery indicator will activate according to the remaining battery power.

Charging your mobile device

1 Insert your mobile device into the wireless charger pack.

2 Press the wireless charger pack's Power button.

Wireless charging will start.

To deactivate wireless charging, press and hold the Power button. To activate wireless charging again, press the Power button.

3 When the mobile device is fully charged, disconnect it from the wireless charger pack.

• The wireless charger pack and mobile device may vibrate while charging due to high power frequency.
• Do not place any objects between the mobile device and the wireless charger pack. Doing so may prevent the mobile device from charging properly.
• If you use the wireless charger pack in areas with weak network signals, your mobile device may lose network reception.
• If you connect a charger to the mobile device during wireless charging, the wireless charging feature will be unavailable.
• While the mobile device is charging, you cannot use some mobile device features, such as Near Field Communication (NFC), Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST), and Heart rate measurement (HRM).

Checking the wireless charging status

You can check the mobile device's charging status via the wireless charging indicator.

• If the mobile device is not charging after being connected to the wireless charger pack, turn off the mobile device and then turn it on again.
• The wireless charger pack is an auxiliary external battery. It may not fully charge some mobile devices.
• If the wireless charger pack and the mobile device is exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures or an error occurs, the wireless charging indicator will flash in blue. Disconnect the mobile device from the wireless charger pack, and then reconnect them.

Charging the wireless charger battery pack

Before using the device for the first time, you must charge the battery using the charging device.

Use only charging devices and cables approved by Samsung. Using incompatible charging devices or cables may cause the battery to explode or damage the wireless charger battery pack.

1 Connect the wireless charger battery pack to the charging device.

Incorrect connection of the charging device may cause serious damage to the wireless charger battery pack. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from incorrect use of the device and accessories.

2 When charging is complete, disconnect the wireless charger battery pack from the charging device.

To save energy, unplug the power adapter when it is not in use. The power adapter is not equipped with a power switch, so it must be unplugged from the electrical outlet to interrupt the charging process and save energy. When using the power adapter, it should be firmly attached to the electrical outlet and be easily accessible.

Tips for charging the battery safely

Charging devices are included in the delivery. With the wireless charger, you can charge the external battery and the mobile device simultaneously when they are connected, but the charging process may take longer. During wireless charging, the external battery may heat up. This is normal and does not affect its performance or lifespan. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the wireless charger may stop working.

2 Press the power button on the wireless external battery.

If the charger is connected to the mobile device during wireless charging, the wireless charging function is unavailable. Charging the wireless charger

Before using the device, charge the battery using the charger.

Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables. Using unapproved chargers or cables may cause the battery to explode or damage the wireless charger.

1 Connect the wireless charger to the charger.

Improper connection of the charger may cause serious damage to the wireless charger. The warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by improper use.

2 When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the charger from the wireless charger.

To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. If the charger has no power indicator, unplug it from the electrical outlet when not in use to save energy. During charging, the charger should be close to the socket and easily accessible.

Charging precautions and safety measures

The charger is not included in the package. You can use the charger to charge the wireless charger and mobile devices simultaneously, but the charging process may take longer. During charging, the wireless charger may heat up. This is normal and does not affect its performance or lifespan. If the battery heats up more than usual, stop charging with the charger. If the wireless charger is not charging properly, take it and the charger to a Samsung Service Center.

Charging the wireless charger pack

Use the charger to charge the battery before using it for the first time.

Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the battery to explode or damage the wireless charger pack.

1 Connect the wireless charger pack to a charger.

Connecting the charger improperly may cause serious damage to the wireless charger pack. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

2 After fully charging, disconnect the wireless charger pack from the charger.

To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a power switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in use to avoid wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket and easily accessible while charging.

Battery charging tips and precautions

• Chargers are sold separately.
• The charger can simultaneously charge the wireless charger pack and a mobile device when both are connected, but charging may take longer.
• While charging, the wireless charger pack may heat up. This is normal and should not affect the wireless charger pack's lifespan or performance. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the charger may stop charging.
• If the wireless charger pack is not charging properly, take the wireless charger pack and the charger to a Samsung Service Center.

Checking the battery status

While the wireless charger pack is charging, the battery indicator will flash according to the charging status.

If the wireless charger pack is exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures or an error occurs, the four indicator lights will blink. Disconnect the charger from the wireless charger pack, and then reconnect them.

Checking the remaining battery power

Check the remaining battery power by pressing the Battery level button.

The battery indicator will activate according to the remaining battery power.

Using the wireless charger pack

Charging your mobile device

1 Insert your mobile device into the wireless charger pack.

2 Press the wireless charger pack's Power button.

Wireless charging will start.

To deactivate wireless charging, press and hold the Power button. To activate wireless charging again, press the Power button.

3 When the mobile device is fully charged, disconnect it from the wireless charger pack.

• The wireless charger pack and mobile device may vibrate while charging due to high power frequency.
• Do not place any objects between the mobile device and the wireless charger pack. Doing so may prevent the mobile device from charging properly.
• If you use the wireless charger pack in areas with weak network signals, your mobile device may lose network reception.
• If you connect a charger to the mobile device during wireless charging, the wireless charging feature will be unavailable.
• While the mobile device is charging, you cannot use some mobile device features, such as Near Field Communication (NFC), Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST), and Heart rate measurement (HRM).

Checking the wireless charging status

You can check the mobile device's charging status via the wireless charging indicator.

Flashing blue When not charging properly due to a general error
Off	When the wireless charger pack is off or when the mobile device is disconnected from the wireless charger pack

• If the mobile device is not charging after being connected to the wireless charger pack, turn off the mobile device and then turn it on again.
• The wireless charger pack is an auxiliary external battery. It may not fully charge some mobile devices.
• If the wireless charger pack and the mobile device are exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures, or if an error occurs, the wireless charging indicator will flash blue. Disconnect the mobile device from the wireless charger pack, and then reconnect them.
