- Press UP or DOWN to set TIME (Figure 9), DISTANCE (Figure 10), CALORIES (Figure 11), PULSE (Figure 12), and press ENTER to switch the value setting.

10 RECOVERY
After exercising for a period, keep holding on hand grip and press RECOVERY. All function disassembly will stop except: TIME starts counting down from 06:00 to 09:00 (Figure 2). Screen will display your heart rate recovery status with the FI, FI, etc. to FI. FI is best. FI is poor. FI is poor (Figure 2B). User may keep exercising to Improve the heart rate recovery status. Press this RECOVERY button again to return the heart display.
