Make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged. Open the tank cap, use the measuring cup to pour demineralized water up to the max level. Do not exceed the indicated capacity.
What type of water is recommended for the steam cleaner?
It is recommended to use demineralized or distilled water to avoid scaling. Tap water can be used but increases the frequency of descaling.
How to use the continuous steam function?
Once the appliance is hot (about 30 seconds), press the trigger to produce steam. For continuous flow, lock the trigger in continuous position. Release to stop.
Can I clean windows with the steam cleaner?
Yes, use the fine nozzle and the included squeegee. Apply steam to the window, then scrape off excess water with the squeegee. Wipe with a microfiber cloth.
How to descale the appliance?
Mix a solution of white vinegar and water (1:3) or use a compatible descaling agent. Fill the tank, let it sit for 15 minutes, then run the steam to rinse. Repeat if necessary.
What to do if steam is weak or nonexistent?
Check the water level in the tank. If the tank is full, the appliance may be scaled. Perform descaling. Make sure the nozzle is not clogged.
Can the steam cleaner be used on wooden floors?
It is not recommended on untreated parquet. On treated or laminated wood, use steam sparingly and wipe off excess moisture immediately. Test first on an inconspicuous area.
How to clean the accessories after use?
Detach the accessories while still warm and wash them with clean water and mild detergent. Dry them completely before storing. Do not put them in the dishwasher.
The appliance turns off by itself during use: normal?

Decalcification:

Water container:

Depending on the hardness of the water in your home, the appliance should be descaled in the water container. To do this, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to the full water container and shake the appliance to distribute the solution throughout the water container. Set the device aside for several hours and empty the water container. Then rinse the entire container with clean water and leave the device to dry with the water container open.

Steam generating system:

If you notice a drop in steam generation or no steam generation, you need to remove the scale from the steam generation system. For this purpose:

  1. In a measuring cup, create a solution consisting of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 tap water.
  2. Pour the solution into the water container and close the water container.
  3. Put the device in a place resistant to acid, temperature, and water. For example: sink, shower tray, bathtub. A microfiber pad is not needed to perform descaling.
  4. Connect the device to electricity.
  5. Turn on the device. The device will start producing steam.
  6. Wait until the container empties.
  7. If the device still does not produce the previous amount of steam, repeat the operation until the desired effect is achieved.
  8. After successful descaling, rinse the container with clean water.
  9. Fill the container with clean water and turn on the device until the steam generation empties the container.
  10. The device is fully descaled.

NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE THE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED DURING THE DESCALING PROCESS.
