Congratulations on the purchase of your new AIR FRYER, hereafter referred to only as "the product".

You have chosen a high-quality product. The instruction manual forms an integral part of this product. It contains important information on operation, safety, use and disposal. Prior to use of the product, familiarise yourself with the product and all operation and safety notes. For this purpose, carefully read the following operation instructions and safety notes.

Only use the product as described and for the applications stated. Keep this manual in a safe place. If you hand the product on to third parties, all documentation must be passed on as well.

Intended use

This product is intended for preparing foods that require a high cooking temperature and would otherwise require deep-frying. The product is intended only for preparing foods.

The product is designed solely for domestic use. It is not intended for commercial use.

Use the product in moderate climates only.

Any other use not mentioned in these instructions may cause damage to the product or create a serious risk of injury.

The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages caused by improper use.

⚠️ DANGER OF DEATH AND ACCIDENTS FOR TODDLERS AND CHILDREN!

■ Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material. The packaging material represents a danger of suffocation. Children frequently underestimate the dangers. Keep children away from the product and packaging material at all times.

This product may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the safe use of the product and have understood the hazards involved.

■ User cleaning and maintenance may not be carried out by children unless they are over 8 years of age and under supervision.

■The product and the mains cord must be kept out of reach of children below 8 years of age.
■ Children shall not play with the product.
■ Children are not aware of the dangers associated with handling electrical products. Never leave children unsupervised with the product.

  • Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
  • Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Do not hold the product under running water.
    ■ Never use a damaged product. Disconnect the product from the mains supply and consult your retailer if the product is damaged.
  • Do not set up the product next to a sink or in moist areas.
    Before connecting the product to the mains supply, check that the voltage and current rating corresponds with the mains supply details shown on the product's rating label.

■ Connect the product only to an earthed socket-outlet. Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!

  • Keep children and pets away from the product while it is in operation or cooling down. The accessible parts are hot.
    ■ Never touch the inside of the product while it is operating or still hot.
  • Do not use the product with boiling liquids or hot grease.
    ■ During operation hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
    ■ Hot steam may rise when you open the product.
    ■ Always operate the product on an even, stable, clean, heatresistant and dry surface.
    ■ Leave the product to cool before using it in a different location.

⚠ WARNING! FIRE HAZARD!

  • Do not place the product in the vicinity of inflammable materials (e.g. curtains, tablecloths).
    ■ To prevent overheating, do not cover the product during operation.

If you notice any smoke or unusual noises, immediately disconnect the product from the mains supply. Have the product checked by a specialist before continued use.
In the event of a fire, first pull the plug from the mains outlet or disconnect the product from the mains supply before taking appropriate firefighting measures.
- Do not cover the product's air vents. Make sure the product has sufficient ventilation. Do not place the product in a cabinet.
- Do not place anything on top of the product.
■ Leave at least 10 cm of space in all directions around the product to ensure sufficient ventilation.
- Do not set up the product directly beneath a socket-outlet.
- Do not fill the bowl directly with oil.
- Keep all ingredients in the pan to prevent any contact from heating elements.
■ Never leave the product unattended while it is in use.

  • Do not set up the product on hotplates (gas, electric, coal, etc.).
    ■ The product shall not be exposed to any dripping or splashing water.
    ■ Disconnect the product from the mains outlet during periods of disuse and before cleaning.

Before first use

● Unpacking the product and basic cleaning

  1. Take the product out of the packaging and remove all packaging materials and plastic wrappings.
  2. Check to make sure that all listed parts are included (see "Scope of delivery").
  3. Check whether the product and all parts are in good condition, if any damage or defect is detected, do not use the product, but follow the procedure described in chapter "Warranty".
  4. Before first use, operate the product with an empty pan 5 (without any food) for approx. 10 to 15 minutes at 200 °C, to ensure any production residues burn off. Ensure sufficient ventilation.
  5. Clean all parts of the product as described in chapter "Cleaning".

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!

- Be careful when pouring out the cooked food, hot liquid may have gathered in the bowl that could pour out unintentionally.

NOTICE! RISK OF DAMAGE!

  • Never touch the pan with sharp objects. This could damage the coating.
  • Never touch the pan and the grid with sharp objects. This could damage the coating.
    Do not place more than 400 g of food and cookware (e.g. baking tin) into the pan. This could damage the product.
    Do not pour any liquids (e.g. oil or water) into the pan. This could impair the product's functionality.

i INFO:

- You can remove the 5 at any time, even during cooking. - The heating element and fan switch off when the pan is removed. - When the pan is reinserted, the product returns automatically to the previous operating mode.

Large amounts of food usually need a longer cooking time than small amounts of food.
Refer to the "Cooking table" section (available online) which food needs to be shaken/turned during the cooking process.
For even cooking results, shake/turn the food after approx. one third and two thirds of the total cooking time. Shake for 5 to 10 seconds each time.
For better cooking results, you may shake/turn the food 3 times during the cooking time. If you find it difficult to shake/turn, use an aid (e.g. spoon).
No action is needed from users to shift the product between 50 and 60 Hz. The product adapts itself for both 50 and 60 Hz.
Do not overfill the product. Do not fill the pan above the MAX fill line. This is important so that neither the food nor an inserted container (e.g. a baking tin) comes in direct contact with the heating element.
The green light intermittently goes on and off during cooking to indicate that the set temperature is being maintained.

For better cooking results, preheat the product for 3 min at the desired temperature before cooking.

Before each use check the product for any visible damage.

  1. Connect the product to a suitable mains outlet.

  2. Place the grid 11 horizontally and without pressure into the pan 5. Then insert the pan into the cooking chamber 7.

  3. Rotate the temperature control knob 1 to select the desired temperature.

  4. Rotate the timer knob 2 to select the time for cooking. The operating indicator 4 lights up red. The product is in operation and heating up to the set temperature.

  5. Once the cooking chamber 7 reaches the set temperature, the cooking indicator 3 lights up green.

  6. Remove the pan 5 from the product by carefully holding back the upper part of the housing with one hand and pulling out the pan by its handle 6 with the other hand.

  7. Fill the pan with the food. Do not fill above the MAX fill line 10 (on the inside of the pan).

  8. Insert the pan back into the cooking chamber.

  9. After 1/3 and 2/3 of the set cooking time remove the pan from the cooking chamber by its handle and carefully shake/turn the food. Then insert the pan back into the product.

  10. Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove the pan from the product by its handle and remove the cooked food from the pan by pouring it out or by using suitable kitchen utensils (e.g. kitchen tongs, wooden spatula).

- Cancel the cooking process

☐ Rotate the timer knob 2 to the OFF position. The heating element and fan switch off.
☐ When removing the pan 5 from the cooking chamber 7, the heating element and fan go off as well.

- Cooking table

■ To avoid a prolonged cooking time, the ingredients should not be too thick.
The height of the baking tin or the oven dish must not exceed the MAX fill line 10 inside the pan 5.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the product to 180 °C.
  2. Place the sausages in the pan 5. Cook for 8 minutes at 180 °C. Remove the sausages from the pan.
  3. Place the cooked sausages inside the hot dog buns.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese onto the sausages and hot dog buns.
  5. Place the hot dog into the pan again. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  6. When cooking is completed, place the hot dog on a dish.

☐ Optional: Serve with ketchup and mustard.

Spicy chicken

Preparation

  1. Preheat the product to 200 °C.
  2. In a bowl, crush the garlic and mix with sugar, olive oil, chilli powder, and mustard.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Rub the marinade over the drumsticks and leave for 20 minutes.

  5. Place the drumsticks in the pan 5 and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Adjust heat to 140 °C and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. When cooking is completed, put the drumsticks on dish to serve.

● Mushroom, onion and cheese pie

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups mushrooms, cleaned
1 red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons cheese, crumbled
1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice a red onion into 5 mm thin slices. Clean mushrooms; then cut into 5 mm thin slices.
  2. In a sauté bowl with olive oil, sweat onions and mushrooms under a medium flame until tender. Remove from heat and place on a dry kitchen towel to cool.
  3. Preheat the product to 180 °C.
  4. In a mixing bowl crack 3 eggs. Whisk thoroughly and vigorously. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. In a heat-resistant baking dish, coat the inside and bottom with a light coating of bowl spray.
  6. Pour eggs into the baking dish, then the onion and mushroom mixture and then the cheese.
  7. Place the baking dish in the pan 5 and cook in the product for 20 minutes.

☐ 5 to 8 minutes before the cooking is done, add more cheese on the top of the pie, if desired.

  1. The pie is done when you can stick a knife into the middle, and the knife comes out clean.

Bell pepper ring

Ingredients

30 g flour

1 egg

10 ml water

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

30 g dry bread crumbs

1 bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the product to 200 °C.

  2. Put the flour in a small bowl.

  3. Whisk the egg with water in another small bowl.

  4. Mix the vegetable oil, salt, pepper, paprika and the dry bread crumbs in another bowl until the ingredients become well mixed.

  5. Cut off the bell pepper head and remove the seeds.

  6. Slice the bell pepper into 4 pieces and remove the bottom.

  7. Toss the sliced bell pepper with flour.

  8. Dip the bell pepper in the whisked egg.

  9. Dip the bell pepper in the crumb mixture until the bell pepper is fully covered.

  10. Place the bell pepper in the pan 5. Cook each side for 5 minutes.

● Baked egg with bacon and spinach

- Required: 4 muffin cups

Ingredients

2 slices bacon

Vegetable oil

4 eggs

4 tablespoons milk

20 g spinach

Shredded cheddar cheese (depending on how rich a flavour you like)

Salt and pepper (depending on how rich a flavour you like)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the product to 200 °C.

  2. Place the bacon into the pan 5. Cook each side for 2 minutes.

  3. Take out the bacon, cut it into pieces and set aside.

  4. Grease the muffin cups with oil.

  5. Crack 1 egg into each muffin cup. Do not whisk the eggs.

  6. Add milk, spinach and bacon into each muffin cup.

  7. Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper into each muffin cup.

  8. Place the muffin cups in the pan. Cook for 8 minutes at 160 °C.

Spring chicken

Ingredients

400 g spring chicken

2 teaspoons olive oil

20 g butter

20 g honey

Pepper and salt (depending on how rich a flavour you like)

Preparation

  1. Rub the spring chicken with olive oil, pepper and salt. Marinate for 1 hour.

  2. Preheat the product to 200 °C.

  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the honey.

  4. Rub the spring chicken with the butter and honey mixture.

  5. Place the spring chicken into the pan 5. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 °C.

  6. Flip the spring chicken. Cook for another 15 minutes.

- Jacket potato

Ingredients

1 potato (200-300 g)

20 g onion

40 g bacon

1 teaspoon olive oil

10 g cheese

10 g mayonnaise

Pepper and salt (depending on how rich a flavour you like)

Preparation

  1. Clean the potato using a brush.
  2. Rub the potato with olive oil.
  3. Cut the bacon and the onion into small pieces.
  4. Wrap the potato in aluminium foil to avoid overcooking.
  5. Place the potato in the pan 5. Cook for 50 minutes at 200 °C.
  6. Stick a fork into the potato. The potato is ready, if the fork can be stuck in and pulled out easily.
  7. Take out the potato and cut it half way through. Do not cut in half.
  8. Season with pepper and salt.
  9. Put the bacon, onion and cheese into the potato.
  10. Place the potato in the pan. Cook for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  11. Serve the potato with the mayonnaise.

Small cake

- Required: 4 small cupcake papers

Ingredients

85 g salted butter

85 g caster sugar

2 eggs

120 g white wheat flour

3 g baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the butter and sugar until the mixture is soft and pale in colour.
  2. Beat the egg with the mixture.
  3. Add flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the cupcake papers.
  5. Preheat the product to 160 °C.
  6. Place the cupcake papers with the mixture in the pan 5.
    Cook for 15 minutes.

Dinner roll

Ingredients

230 g bread flour

1 egg

25 g sugar

3 g yeast

100 ml milk

10 g cream

15 g butter

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg and mix with flour, sugar and yeast.
  2. Add milk and cream to the dough. Knead for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Set aside for about 1 hour (until the size has doubled).
  4. Cut the dough into 7 pieces. Knead for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Place the 7 pieces in the pan 5. Wait for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 160 °C.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it on the dinner rolls. Bake for another 2 minutes.

Fish fillet

Ingredients

300 g fish fillet

1 lemon

2 garlic cloves

1 shallot

20 g butter

Pepper and salt (depending on how rich a flavour you like)

Preparation

  1. Season the fish with pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the lemon in half. Slice half of the lemon and put it under the fish fillet.
  3. Crush 1 garlic clove, slice the shallot and put them on the fish fillet.
  4. Place the fish fillet in the pan 5. Cook for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Melt the butter and add 1 garlic clove.
  6. Pour the garlic butter onto the fish fillet.
  7. Squeeze the other half of the lemon over the fish fillet.

● Troubleshooting
