⚠️ Place the air fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface. If the surface is sensitive, place a heat-resistant board under the air fryer.
There is a risk of burns! The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be very high when the device is operating. Hot steam continues to escape from the ventilation slots (7, 8) during operation. Hot steam may also escape when you open the air fryer. To remove the food, just touch the handle (6) and do not touch the pan (4), basket (3) or the inside of the air fryer.
The accessible surfaces of the air fryer can become very hot. Use pot holders or oven gloves to prevent burns. There is a risk of injury.
The food to be fried may be placed only in the basket (3). The basket (3) may be filled up to the "MAX" marking at most.
⚠️ Fire hazard! The pan (4) and the basket (3) must never be filled with oil.
To cook food in the air fryer, proceed as follows:
- Remove the pan (4) and the basket (3) by lifting them from the air fryer by the handle (6).
- Place the food in the basket (3).
-
Insert the pan (4) and basket (3) into the air fryer.
-
Insert the mains plug into a socket that is always easily accessible. A beep sounds twice.
- Press "On/standby" (13) to switch on the air fryer. Each touch operation is confirmed by a beep.
- The temperature (9) is at 180°C. Set the desired temperature (9) in steps of 5°C by pressing "Increase temperature" (11) or "Reduce temperature" (12). To start the progress of numbers, you can keep the button "Increase temperature" (11) or "Reduce temperature" (12) pressed.
- The timer (17) is set for 15 minutes. Set the desired time by pressing "Reduce minutes" (19) or "Increase minutes" (20). To start the quick progress of numbers, you can keep the button "Reduce minutes" (19) or "Increase minutes" (20) pressed.
- Press "Start/pause" (16) to start the heating process. The timer (17) indicates the remaining minutes. The symbols fan (14) and heating (15) are displayed in animated form in operating mode. If the set temperature (9) has been reached, the heating (15) symbol lights up continuously. You can pause the heating process by pressing "Start/pause" (16) and restart it by pressing the button again.
- The air fryer switches off automatically upon expiry of the time indicated by the timer (17) and a beep sounds several times.

Some food should be shaken halfway through the cooking time to ensure that it is cooked evenly. To do so, lift the pan (4) and basket (3) by the handle (6) from the air fryer and shake the food. Then reinsert the pan (4) and basket (3) into the air fryer. The air fryer switches itself off automatically when you remove the pan (4) and basket (3). Once the pan (4) and basket (3) are correctly reinserted, the air fryer switches itself on again automatically until the timer (17) expires.

If you are cooking food that should be shaken halfway through the cooking time, you can also set the timer (17) to half the cooking time. Thus a beep sounds when you need to shake the
food. After shaking the food, set the timer (17) to the remaining cooking time to complete the full cooking time.

You can also preheat the air fryer without food.

If the food is not fully cooked after the specified cooking time, reinsert the pan (4) and basket (3) correctly into the air fryer. Then set the timer (17) to a few extra minutes.

Place the food in a bowl or on a plate if you have already detached the pan (4) from the basket (3). Otherwise, the excess oil that has collected in the pan (4) will be poured over the food.

Mix the strips of pepper in the dish with the onion, Herbes de Provence and some salt and pepper.
Add a 12 tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture.
Cut the pork tenderloin into four pieces and rub with salt, pepper and mustard. Brush the pieces lightly with olive oil and place them upright on the pepper mixture in the dish.
Place the dish in the basket (3), and insert the pan (4) and basket (3) into the air fryer. Set the timer (17) to 15 minutes and fry the meat and vegetables. Turn the meat halfway through the cooking time and stir the strips of pepper. This is delicious with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad.
