▲ 1 . WARNINGS:

  1. Power Supply Check: Ensure that the power supply for the concrete vibrator matches the rated power supply indicated on the vibrator. Also, confirm that the power socket is compatible with the vibrator's plug.
  2. Extension Cable Use: If an extension cable is required, ensure the cable's cross-sectional area is not smaller than 1.5mm^2 . The extension cable must have an earth connection. The socket on the extension cable must match the vibrator's plug. Ensure the extension cable is undamaged.
  3. Heat Warning: Do NOT touch the vibrating head or the heat radiation part of the converter immediately after the vibrator stops running, as they may cause burns.
  4. Running Time: Never operate the vibrator for more than 3 minutes when the vibrating head is not submerged in cement mud.
  5. Cable and Hose Safety: If the power cable or hose is severely damaged, stop using the vibrator immediately. Have it repaired by a qualified professional before using it again.
  6. Handling the Vibrator: Never move, lift, or pull the vibrator by yanking its power cable or RCD plug.
  7. No Modifications: Do NOT modify the vibrator, such as replacing the RCD plug with another type of plug.

  8. Power Disconnection: Do NOT disconnect the power supply while the vibrating head is submerged in cement mud.

2. Trial Run:

  • Lift the vibrating head by the hose to prevent it from touching any objects or the ground.
  • Perform a trial run by pressing the ON/OFF switch on the converter. The vibrating head will start at a lower frequency and reach its highest frequency within about 5 seconds.
  • After the trial run, switch off the vibrator using the ON/OFF switch on the converter.

3. During Operation:

  • After the trial run, the vibrator is ready for use. Slowly and gently submerge the vibrating head into the cement mud during operation.
  • After completing the job, slowly pull the vibrating head out of the cement mud.

4. Post-Operation:
