USER MANUAL Route Kinderkraft

  • Never leave the child unattended.
  • Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
  • To avoid injury ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
  • Do not let the child play with this product.
  • Always use the restraint system.
  • Check that the pram body or seat unit or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.
  • This product is not suitable for running or skating.
  • Age and weight usage: from 0 months up to 22 kg or up to 4 years. Whichever comes first.
  • We recommend using lowest reclined position for newborn babies.
  • This product may only be used by one child at the same time
  • The parking device shall be engaged when placing and removing the children
  • The maximum basket load is 2 kg.
  • The maximum load carried in the cup holder must never exceed 0,5 kg
  • The maximum load on the pockets for small items on the back of the canopy is 0.5 kg
  • Any load attached to the handle and/or on the back of the backrest and/or on the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.
  • Use only parts and accessories supplied or recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use other parts or accessories.
  • Lift the front suspension when going up a curb or step.
  • Do not place the product near open flame or other heat sources.
  • Do not use with an additional platform.

I STROLLER COMPONENTS

1. Frame (1) with seat (2) and safety belts (3)

Position the frame on the flat surface with a handle facing upwards (FIG. A). To unfold the frame, detach the lock on the right side of the stroller and lift the frame until you can hear a locking sound. A properly unfolded frame is presented in (FIG. B)

III. HOW TO INSTALL/DETACH WHEELS

Insert rear wheels in the hole in the rear axle until it completely locks (FIG. C). To detach rear wheels, (FIG. D) push the lock key on both sides of the lower part of the frame (FIG. D.I) and simultaneously take wheels out of holes(FIG. D.II).19 Insert front wheels in the front axle (FIG. E) until you can hear a locking sound. To detach front wheels, press the quick release key located below the footrest above each wheel (FIG. F). The stroller has swivel front wheels which can be locked so that they go straight forward. To lock the straight-ahead wheel, move the ring above the wheel (FIG. G). NOTE! Before you start using the stroller, make sure all wheels have been properly installed.

IV. HOW TO INSTALL THE SUNSHADE

NOTE ! Install the sunshade before you start using the stroller. Installing the sunshade, slip fasteners into guides on both sides of the frame until they lock (FIG. H). Next fasten Ve lcros on both sides of the sunshade. A properly installed sunshade is presented in (FIG. I). To unfold another layer of the sunshade, unzip and pull the sunshade (FIG. J). The sunshade must be detached in accordance with the aforesaid steps in a reversed order.

V. HOW TO INSTALL/DETACH THE PROTECTING BOW, RAIN COVER, THE CUP HOLDER AND MOSQUITO NET

Insert the protecting bow in relevant holes on both sides of the frame (FIG. K). To detach it, press keys on both sides and remove the bow. To install the mosquito net, take it out below the footrest (FIG. L), next put it on the stroller and secure with cuffs on both sides of the frame (FIG. M). The rain cover can be secured just like a mosquito net. Fit the cup holder to the shank on the right hand side of the stroller.

VI. HOW TO USE THE BRAKE

The stroller is equipped with a foot parking brake located on the rear axle. Press the lower part of the brake, the brake is active when you can hear a locking sound. To unlock it, press the upper part of the brake (FIG. N).

VII. HOW TO ADJUST THE BACKREST AND FOOTREST AND PARENT’S HANDLE

The seat backrest can be smoothly adjusted from the lying to sitting position with the use of a buckle (FIG. O). The footrest has 3 adjustment levels. Press keys on both sides in orderىtoىchangeىpositionىofىtheىfootrest.ىTheىparent’sىhandleىhasى4ى adjustment levels (FIG. P).

Seat belts need to be adjusted each time to ensure proper protection of the baby. The belts of this stroller are adapted to newborn babies. Always use the fastening system. Shoulder belts can be installed at one of three heights. Press the button to open the buckle (Fig.R). To secure your child, slide the hip and shoulder straps into the centre buckle until they engage (Fig.S). (For cleaning) Take shoulder, hip and crotch belts out of holes. To remove the seat belts , insert the shoulder straps and hip straps through the holes in the seat backrest and pull up the crotch strap.

IX. HOW TO DETACH THE SEAT COVER

Detach the sunshade, safety belts and protecting bow. To remove the seat cover, undo snap fasteners on the stroller frame, take it out of hooks and detach the belt on both sides of the frame. Next detach Velcros and zips below the seat and footrest, and take inserts out. Before you take the upper backrest and seat stiffener out, detach the belt under the seat. The seat must be installed in accordance with the above-stated steps in a reversed order.

XI. CARE AND MAINTENANCE The buyer is responsible for proper installation of all functional elements as well as for

carrying out all required maintenance and adjustments in order to keep the buggy in good technical condition. The buggy must be periodically checked for potential problems. Significant measures to be applied to ensure the child's safety and prevent shortening of the product life have been presented below:

  • ىCheckىifىallىsafetyىdevicesىworkىproperly,ىparticularlyىtheىmainىandىadditionalىfasteners that should move freely at any time. If the wheels squeak, apply a thin layer of silicone. Do not use oil or grease based products as they attract dirt, which makes buggy movement difficult. Please stop using the stroller if you have doubts about its proper use or suspect any danger.

Do not wash. Clean the product gently with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.

1. All Kinderkraft products are covered by a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts from the date the product is

handed over to the Buyer.

2. The warranty is only valid in the member states of the European Union, excluding overseas territories (as currently

defined,ىincludingىinىparticular:ىAzores,ىMadeira,ىCanaryىIslands,ىFrenchىOverseasىDepartments,ىÅlandىIslands,ىAthos,ى Ceuta,ى Melilla,ى Helgoland,ى Büsingenى amى Hochrhein,ى Campione d'Italia and Livigno) and the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding the British Overseas Territories (e.g. Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands).

3. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to countries not listed above. The conditions of the additional warranty

may be determined by the Seller.

4. In some countries, it is possible to extend the warranty to a limited period of 120 months (10 years).The complete

5. The warranty is valid only in the territory indicated in paragraph 2.

6. Claims must be made by completing the form available at WWW.RMA.KINDERKRAFT.COM

7. The warranty does not cover:

A. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents and cracks in plastic, unless the failure is due to a material or manufacturing defect; B. Damage resulting from misuse or poor maintenance - including but not limited to: mechanical damage to products caused by misuse or poor maintenance; ○ Refer to the instructions for use and installation of the product contained in the user manual; C. Damage caused by improper assembly, installation or disassembly of products and/or accessories; ○ Refer to the instructions for use and installation of the product contained in the user manual; D. Damage caused by corrosion, mould or rust, resulting from improper maintenance, care and storage; E. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise resulting from the normal passage of time; ○ This includes: tears or punctures in inner tubes; tyre damage; tyre tread damage; fading of fabrics resulting from mechanical use (e.g. on joints and covering of moving parts); F. Damage or erosion caused by sun, perspiration, detergents, storage conditions or frequent washing, etc; G. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, contact with liquid, earthquake or other external causes; H. Products that have been modified to change functionality without 4Kraft's written consent;

I. Products from which the serial number or lot number has been removed or tampered with in any way;

J. Damage caused by the use of third party components or products - including but not limited to: cup holders, umbrellas, reflectors, bells; K. Damage caused by transport or by ground handling service providers.

8. The warranty period for accessories included with the product is 6 months from the date of sale, excluding the faults

9. These warranty conditions are complementary to the Customer's statutory rights with respect to 4KRAFT sp. z o.o. The

warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under warranty for defects in goods sold.
