Frequently Asked Questions - MW08 Sport MASTER DYNAMIC

How to pair the MW08 Sport earphones with my phone?

Take the earphones out of the case, they enter pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select "M&D MW08S" from the list of available devices.

What to do if the earphones do not pair?

Delete any previous connection named "M&D MW08S" from your phone, then try again. Make sure the earphones are disconnected from any other device.

Why is there no sound or is the audio quality poor?

Check that the earphones are properly paired and that the volume on your device is sufficient. Try resetting the earphones (see factory reset procedure).

How to charge the earphones and the case?

Place the earphones in the charging case. The case charges via a USB cable (not provided). The case indicators show the charge level: green (70-100%), amber (30-69%), red (1-29%).

The case charge indicators do not light up, what to do?

Make sure the case is properly plugged in and the cable works. If the problem persists, try a factory reset of the earphones.

How to perform a factory reset?

Follow the procedure in the manual: a series of long presses on the multifunction buttons of the left and right earphones until the LEDs 'breathe' and pairing is restored.

Play/pause does not work when I remove an earphone from my ear?

This function can be disabled in the settings of the M&D Connect app. Check your settings.

The M&D Connect app does not connect to my earphones?

Make sure the earphones are on and paired with your phone. Restart the app and try again. If necessary, reinstall the app.

What precautions should I take to avoid hearing damage?

Do not listen at too high a volume or for too long. Respect exposure levels: normal conversation (60 dB), city traffic (85 dB), MP3 player at full volume (105 dB). Prolonged exposure can cause permanent hearing loss.

Can I use the earphones in the rain or during sports?

The MW08 Sport model is designed for sports use, but the manual does not specify an IP rating. Avoid excessive exposure to water and store them in a dry place.
