What is the maximum charging power?

The maximum power is 10 W, but it depends on your device and the USB charger used. To achieve 10 W, use a Qualcomm-compatible quick charger (5 V/2 A or 9 V/1.67 A).

What do the different LED colors mean?

LED solid blue: charging complete. LED solid red: charging in progress. LED flashing red: error (misalignment, metal object, or compatibility issue). LED off: standby or no power.

Can I use a thick protective case?

Very thick or metal cases can interfere with charging. It is recommended to remove cases thicker than 3 mm or containing magnetic elements to ensure efficient charging.

Does the charger work with a standard mains socket?

Yes, the included mains charger accepts an input voltage of 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz, so it is compatible with standard household sockets. You can also use a USB adapter (5 V/2 A minimum).

What should I do if the LED flashes red?

A red flashing indicates an error. Check that your device is properly centered on the charger, that there is no metal object between them, and that the USB cable is correctly connected. If the problem persists, try a different USB charger.

Can I leave my device on the charger after charging is complete?

Yes, the charger automatically switches to trickle charge mode when the battery is full. You can leave your device safely.

4. Start-up and operation

Warning

• Only operate the product from a socket that has been approved for the device. The socket must be installedclosetotheproductandmustbeeasilyaccessible.
• Disconnect the product from the power supply using the On/Off switch — if this is not available, unplug thepowercordfromthesocket.
• If using a multi-socket power strip, make sure that the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the power strip's maximum throughput rating.
• If you will not be using the product for a prolonged period, disconnect it from mains power.

• To be able to charge your device via the wireless charger, it must be compatible with induction charging technology. Pleaserefertotheoperatinginstructionsofyourdeviceformoreinformation.
• Note that mobile phone cases, covers, etc., and other materials between the wireless charger and the backofyourdevicemayinterferewithorevenpreventthechargingprocess.
