Is my phone compatible with the Hama QIFC15 charger?

Yes, if your device supports the Qi standard. Most recent smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, etc.) are compatible. Check your device's specifications.

What is the maximum charging power?

The charger delivers up to 15 W with a compatible Qualcomm Quick Charge adapter. Without it, power may be limited to 5 W, 7.5 W, or 10 W depending on the device.

What do the LEDs on the charger mean?

Steady red: power or standby. Steady blue: charging. Off: charging complete. Flashing red/blue: error (metal object, overheating, etc.).

Can I use a thick protective case?

It is not recommended to use thick or metal cases, as they may interfere with wireless charging. Remove the case if charging does not work.

How do I clean the Hama QIFC15 charger?

Unplug the charger, then clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or harsh liquids.

Is the charger safe for credit cards or magnetic items?

No. Do not place bank cards, badges, or other magnetic items on the charger, as the magnetic field can damage or erase data.

What should I do if the LED flashes red and blue?

This indicates an error. Check that no metal objects (coins, keys) are between the charger and your phone. Remove any objects and reposition the device.

Can I use the charger with a different USB cable?

Yes, but preferably use a quality USB-C cable to ensure optimal charging. The included cable is suitable.

Does the charger work with a non-Hama power adapter?

4. Start-up and operation

Note

• To be able to charge your device via the wireless charger, it must be compatible with induction charging technology. Please refer to the operating instructions of your device formore information.
• Notethatmobilephonecases,covers,etc.,andothermaterialsbetweenthewireless charger and the back of your device may interfere with or even prevent the charging process.

- Connect the enclosed USB-C cable to the USB-C input (1) on the wireless charger and a suitable USB charger. To do this, consult the operating instructions for the USB charger you are using.

- When the power supply is active, the status LED (2) lights up red.

• OnlyusesuitablechargingdevicesorUSBportstochargetheproduct.
• DonotusedefectivechargersorUSBportsanddonotattempttorepairthem.

- Placeyourdevicewithitsbackontheinductivecharger(B).

- The charging process begins as soon as an effective induction field has been established. The colour of the status LED(2)changestoblue.The current charge status is displayed on your device.

- Ifnoinductionconnectioncanbeestablished,changethepositionofyourdeviceif necessary(B).

- The charging process ends automatically once your device's battery is fully charged. The statusLED(2)goesout.

- Remove your device from the wireless charger and disconnect the wireless charger from the powersupply.

Note

The maximum charging power of up to 15 W is guaranteed with an appropriate Qualcomm quick-charging device. Refertothetechnical specifications of the inductive charger forth this.

5. Careandmaintenance

Only clean this product using a lint-free, slightly damp cloth and do not use any harsh cleaners. Ensure t hatnowaterisabletoentertheproduct.

Note

Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning and during prolonged periods of non-use.
