- Use the product only for the intended purpose.
- Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters, other heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Ensurethereissucient scope for heat dissipation and ventilation.
- Only use the article under moderate climatic conditions.
- Do not use the product in areas in which electronic products arenot permitted.
- Do not use the product in adamp environment and avoid splashing water.
- Do not short-circuit the battery of the opened terminal device. Thereisarisk of explosion.
- Protect the product from dirt, moistureand overheating and use it in dry environments only.

- Always pull directly on the plug when disconnecting the cable, never on the cable itself.

- As with all electrical products, this device should be kept out of the reach of children.

4. Start-up and operation
Note –mains voltage 100 –240V The power supply unit is suitable for mains voltages of 100 –240Vand thereforecan be used worldwide. Please note that acountry-specicadapter may be necessary.
- Ensurethat your notebook requires asupply voltage of 5V /9V/12V /15V /20V(+/- 1Volt).
- Youcan nd this information on the original power supply unit or in your terminal device's operating manual. If necessary,ask the dealer who supplied your terminal device or contact your terminal device manufacturer's support service. Warning
- Do not use the universal notebook power supply unit if you areunable to denitively determine your terminal device's supply voltage.
- Ensurethat the notebook's total power consumption does not exceed the power supply unit's rated output of 65 W.
- Failuretocomply with this may cause damage to the universal notebook power supply unit and the connected terminal device!3 Note the instructions in your device's operating manual. If these do not contain any instructions expressly to the contrary,proceed as follows: Note –Power Delivery
- Plug &GO: no additional softwarerequired, simply plug in and start: Thanks to Power Delivery/Thunderbolt™ 3/Quick Charge, the voltage and power areadjusted automatically.
- Be awarethat, for ecient and optimised charging, your terminal device must support the PD (Power Delivery)/TBT3 (Thunderbolt™ 3)/QC (Quick Charge) function.
- If you have alarge number of PD/TBT3/QC-enabled terminal devices with different rmwareupdates, it may be that the function is not fully supported. Warning
- Only operate the product from asocket that has been approved for the device. The socket must be installed close to the product and must be easily accessible.
- Disconnect the product from the power supply using the On/Off switch –ifthis is not available, unplug the power cordfromthe socket.
- If using amulti-socket power strip, make surethat the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the power strip's maximum throughput rating.
- Connect the power cordtothe power supply unit and your terminal device.
- Then connect the mains plug to aproperly installed socket.
- The terminal device can now be used and switched on / charged. Note Disconnect the product from the mains after use.
5. Care and Maintenance
Note Disconnect the product from the mains beforecleaning.
- Only clean this product with aslightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
- Ensurethat no water is able to enter the product.
