B - Use freeze-dried ferment (it can be purchased in supermarkets, pharmacies or specialist shops). Respect the activation time recommended on the ferment instructions. C - Use the yogurt that you have made yourself. Do not use it more than 5 times. Preparingtheyogurt - Carefully mix a litre of milk with the ferment.
