How to install the Trust GXT 155 mouse?

Insert the provided CD-ROM or download the driver from the Trust website. Launch Setup.exe, install the driver, then connect the mouse to a USB port. Wait for the message 'Your device is ready to use'.

How to program the mouse buttons?

Open the configuration software (from the taskbar). Go to the 'General' tab, click on the button to reprogram, choose the desired function from the list, then click 'Apply'.

How to change DPI resolution?

In the software, click on the 'DPI' tab. Move the slider to adjust the value. You can enable/disable each DPI level by clicking on the corresponding number. Uncheck 'XY Link' to configure X and Y axes separately. Click 'Apply' to confirm.

How to customize LED lighting?

Go to the 'Brightness' tab in the software. Choose a preset color or create a custom color. Adjust brightness and blinking speed. Click 'Apply' to save.

How to create and assign a macro?

In the 'General' tab, click on a button then hover over 'Macro' and choose 'Macro Manager'. Create a new macro by clicking 'New', give it a name. Record the key sequence (keyboard/mouse) with the record button, then stop. Close the manager. To assign it, follow the same programming procedure by selecting the macro from the list. Click 'Apply'.

How to manage mouse profiles?

In the software, select one of the 5 profiles by clicking on it. You can save a custom configuration via 'Save As' or load an existing configuration with 'Load file'. To reset, use 'Reset All' (all profiles) or 'Restore' (active profile). Click 'Apply'.

How to adjust mouse weight?

Turn the mouse over and open the compartment underneath. You can add or remove weights (not included) to change balance and feel.

Mouse not working, what to do?

Check that the driver is correctly installed and that the mouse is plugged into a working USB port. Restart the computer. If the problem persists, reinstall the software or download the latest version from the Trust website.

Where to find the configuration software?

The software is on the CD-ROM provided with the mouse. You can also download it from the Trust website (http://www.trust.com/20411). After installation, it launches from the taskbar.

Side buttons not responding, how to configure them?

In the software, go to the 'General' tab and click on 'Lateral' to display the side buttons. Click on the button to assign, choose a function, then click 'Apply'.

Installation

a - Insert the Trust CD-ROM into your CD drive.

• Click "Run Setup.exe - Published by Trust International BV".
  b - Click "Install driver".
  c - Click 'Finish' when the installation is completed.

a - Connect the mouse to the USB port of the PC.

a - Start the mouse configuration software (located in the taskbar).

1. b - You can now start to configure the mouse. In the manual will be referred to 'Apply' to update the mouse.

The mouse can store 5 different profiles. You can instantly switch between these profiles by assigning the profile switch function to one of the 11 buttons, or use the profile switch at the bottom of the mouse.

To set the X and Y axis separately, Untick the 'LINK XY' box.

Macro Settings

1. Create a macro. (Store a sequence of keys in the software)

2. Go to the 'General' tab.

a - Click on the button witch you want to re-assign.

b - Hover over 'Macro'.

• Click on 'Macro Manager'.

c - Create an new macro by clicking on 'New'.

• Enter the name of the new macro.

• Click on 'OK'.

• Record a macro.

a - Select a created macro.

• Click on the record button to start recording the prefferd keyboard sequence.

• When you're finished creating your macro. Click the stop button.

c - Mouse actions can be added, by using the menu on the right. (after recording)

Close the 'macro manager' when your done creating macros.

Assign a macro.

• To assign a macro follow steps 8 a/b and choose the preferred macro from the function list.

Profile Settings

1. Select a profile

a - Select one of the 5 profiles bij clicking on the preferred profile.
