The stroller/pram can be damaged or destroyed by overloading, improper folding or use of unapproved accessories.
The foot rest is not suitable for transport- ing heavy loads or a second child.
Before using the stroller/pram for the first time: please remove the labels or tags that DO NOT refer to safety instructions or notes.
Never use the foot rest or the safety bar to lift or carry the stroller/pram.
For babies up to an age of 6 month we recommend only to use the backrest in its lowest position.
Always take your child out of the seat unit, before you take it off the chassis. spare parts the warranty will expire with immediate effect.
Any load attached to the handle and/or on the back of the backrest and/or on the sides of the stroller/pram will affect the stability of the product.
This pram is intended for only one child.
The seat or the carry-cot may not be used in the car.
The pushchair seat is designed for a child from birth up to 15 kg.
Carry-cots, prams and sports buggies may be used only for transport and are not a substitute for a cot or a cradle.
Always park the stroller/pram out of the reach of children and do not allow children to play in or with the stroller/pram.
Please never park the stroll- er/pram without first applying the brakes. Make sure that the brakes have locked properly.
The brakes should always be applied when you sit or lift your child in and out of the stroller/pram.
Always avoid parking on slopes.
When using public transport take special care to ensure the stroller/pram stands firmly and safely.
Wheel the stroller/pram slowly and gently up and down steps.
Never place objects on the folding top.
The shopping net can be loaded to a maximum of 5 kg (11 lbs). Please always place heavy objects in the centre of the shopping basket.
When unfolding and folding the chassis make sure that you do not pinch yourself or others.
Make sure that no locks disengage while carrying the stroller/pram over obstacles (e.g. steps).
When adjusting the stroller/pram make sure that your child is clear of moveable parts.12 Swivel wheel Swivel wheel unlocked Swivel wheel locked We recommend that you do not lock the wheels while moving as this will give a more comfortable ride. Adjusting the straight-running stability Activating and releasing the parking brake Activating the parking brake Push the button, the brake lever will turn and be in vertical position. Assure, that the brake is properly engaged. Releasing the parking brake Turn the brake lever in arrow direction until it locks, a green ring becomes visible. Unfolding the chassis Disengage the transport lock (1) and use the swiveling handlebar (2) to unfold the pushchair until it audibly clicks into the depicted position (3).
WARNING: Ensure that all the locking de-
vices are engaged before use. Attaching and removing the wheels Rear wheels: To detach the rear wheel, press the locking (1) and pull the wheel off the axle. To attach push the wheel onto the axle. Check that the wheel is properly locked by pulling! Front wheels: To detach press the locking (2) and pull the steering axle out. To attach, push the axle into place. Check that the wheel is properly locked by pulling!13 Safety bar Handling the hood To attach: Push the connectors of the hood adjustment joints into the sockets of the armrests and fix the press- studs at the back side of the hood cover onto the corresponding complements at the rear side of the backrest. To remove: Open the press-studs at the backside of the hood cover, press the release buttons at the connectors and pull the hood off. Special features of the model variations Models with deceleration brake: You are able to control the deceleration brake using the brake on the handlebar. The braking action can be fine-tuned using the ad- justment screw on the brake lever. Note: The brake should only be used to slow the wheels, not to block them. Maintenance: - The brake pads can wear out during use and the brake needs maintenance. The setting of the brake can be done on the brake lever when the lock nut is loosened and the adjusting bolt is unscrewed. - If the left and right braking effect differs, tilt over the stroller on soft ground and adjust the bolt under the brake housings near the wheels. - The bolt can be screwed and unscrewed by using an 8mm jaw wrench. Unscrewing the bolt increases the braking effect. The setting has to be made so that the braking effect is the same on both wheels. Fixing and Releasing the seat
WARNING: Check that the seat unit attach-
ment devices are correctly engaged before use.14 Adjusting the back rest Pull up on the arrester of the back rest to change its inclination angle (3 seating and prostrate positions + folding position all the way forward). Adjusting the foot rest Parasol Fixation Using the 5-point harness

Height adjustable headrest with integrated shoulder straps height adjustment15 Folding the chassis – Swivel the handlebar (1) into the depicted position. – On both sides of the handlebar (1), pull the lock (2) of the folding mechanism in arrow direction; now the pushchair can be folded. – Push the handlebar (3) downwards, until the trans- port lock (4) engages. Parking the pram/buggy Attention: Under certain circumstances, the wheels may cause discolouration of floor surfaces. Foreign bodies (e.g. little stones) in the wheels must be removed to prevent any potential damage to floor surfaces. Extreme heat, in particular direct contact with hot surfaces (e.g. in the car in summer) can lead to permanent deformations on hollow cavity tyres. Related complaints or claims for compensation will not be recognized. Rain Cover In rainy weather fit the rain cover over the entire stroller/pram before it starts to rain. Caution: The rain cover is not a toy! Never leave your child unsupervised. For the best possible ventilation of the stroller/pram we recommend using the rain cover only for the duration of the rain shower. Do not use raincover on a pushchair, carrycot, or carseat not fitted with a hood. Fixing and Releasing the pram body
WARNING: Check that the pram body at-
tachment devices are correctly engaged before use. Height adjustable, collapsible handlebar Press and hold the adjust- ment buttons on both sides and adjust the height of the handlebar to the desired position. Reversing the handlebar ATTENTION: Danger of injury! Make sure that nothing (the child!) gets caught in the mechanism while swiveling the handlebar.16 Remove and attach the Seat cover
Additional Commercial Guarantee for the purchase of new teutonia strollers & accessories
1. In compliance with the applicable legislation, all consumers purchasing new teutonia strollers or accesso-
ries (hereinafter referred to as product) benefit from the applicable statutory warranty.
2. In addition, the Newell Rubbermaid Group (hereinafter referred to as “teutonia”) has the pleasure to grant
to such clients an additional 3 year „Go Carefree“ commercial guarantee. teutonia warrants that the pro- duct purchased is free from defects in material and workmanship. These provisions apply to all products purchased within the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and Russia.
3. Details on the defects that are covered and not covered under the commercial guarantee can be viewed
under the table in section 11.
4. The total commercial guarantee term starts in the same time as the statutory warranty term: i.e., with
delivery of the product by a dealer. The starting date is indicated by the dealer in the check form (see in- struction manual) or in the absence of such check form, this will be the date indicated on the receipt. With delivery of the product, the consumer shall immediately check the product for defects and report these to the dealer without any delay.
5. In order to benefit from the commercial guarantee, a proof of purchase with original purchase date and
when available a fully completed and signed check form (see instruction manual) is required. teutonia does not grant any warranty if the product has been purchased as second-hand product or from an unauthorized reseller/dealer.
6. If a defect covered by this additional commercial guarantee (see section 11) occurs, teutonia will decide
whether to repair the defect in the teutonia After Sales department, at an authorized Service Center, at a qualified dealer (remedying) or if the consumer will be provided with a new product (substitute); in any case repairs will be excluded if these will lead to unreasonable costs for teutonia or its qualified dealer. In case of remedying, teutonia will decide at its own discretion if the defective part will be repaired or replaced. teutonia reserves the right to stop the production of a model, a spare part, a color, a fabric or an accessory. In such a case teutonia will provide the consumer with a product, a spare part, a color or fabric of at least equivalent quality as replacement.
7. In relation to the rights referred to in section 6, the following provisions apply:
a. Claims made for products under this commercial guarantee can only be made to the teutonia dealers from which the product was purchased in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and Russia. If the product is shipped in a territory other than the territory of the EEA, Switzerland or Russia, the com- mercial guarantee may not be claimed (in such case the applicable warranty will be the local statutory warranty). b. Replaced items become property of teutonia and its local affiliates. c. For items that have been installed, painted or repaired in the course of remedying the guarantee conditi- ons will continue to apply until the expiry of the original guarantee period. This also applies to a product that has been replaced. Remedying or replacement is not entitling to an extension of the guarantee period. d. If a product becomes unusable due to a defect covered by this commercial guarantee conditions (see
section 11) the consumer needs to contact his/her teutonia dealer immediately. The dealer will then ad-
vise the consumer whether the product can be repaired in the store, need to go to his service workshop or if the product needs to be sent to teutonia for service. e. Further claims are excluded from this commercial guarantee. In particular, compensation such as provi- ding loaner stroller for the duration of the repair or damage compensation claims. f. If teutonia has to provide a new product following a commercial guarantee claim, then teutonia has the right to demand the return of the defective product from the consumer. The return of the defective product and the delivery of a new product can only be made to the dealer from which the original purchase was made.
8. If a repair – claimed in accordance with the above section 6 – fails, especially if the defect has not been
rectified or further repair attempts are unreasonable for teutonia or its qualified dealer, then the consumer can only request the delivery of a product (same or of equivalent value) free of defects from teutonia. Sec- tion 7f applies accordingly.
9. These commercial guarantee conditions do not apply, if the defect was caused by the fact that:
– the product was subjected to abuse or excessive use not in compliance with the instructions manual (e.g. if the total allowed weight was not respected) or – the product was repaired and maintained improperly by the warrantee or a third party who is not a qualified teutonia dealer or – product parts that are not authorized by the manufacturer/brand have been installed or the product has- been altered in a manner that is not approved by teutonia or – no original teutonia accessories have been used or125

– the consumer has not followed the rules on usage, care and treatment of the product (see instruction manual).
10. Normal wear and tear is excluded from the commercial guarantee. Likewise, defects (e.g. rust, scratches,
corrosion) caused by external influences, external environmental factors (e.g. accident, hail, ice, snow, flooding, high humidity) or lack of maintenance and care. See also section 11.
11. The following table provides detailed insights into defects that fall under the “Go Carefree” commercial
guarantee respectively. The table is differentiated by hard goods (e.g. frame, wheels, parking brake, etc.) and soft goods or accessories (e.g. zipper, buttons, belt etc.). Section 9 and 10 shall apply accordingly:
