- TROUBLESHOOTING
| Fault | Possible cause | Solution |
| No water output or reduced spray flow rate | The clean water tank is empty. | Add water to the clean water tank. |
| The clean water tank is not properly installed. | Ensure the clean water tank is correctly fitted in position. | |
| Blockage in the nozzle. | Clean the nozzles. | |
| Reduced or no suction | The dirty water tank is full. | Empty the dirty water tank. |
| The filter at the bottom of the dirty water tank is blocked. | Clean the filter. | |
| The dirty water tank is not properly installed. | Check that there are no obstructions preventing the dirty water tank from sitting completely in its guides. | |
| The water tank lid is not properly installed. | Align the lid correctly with the dirty water tank and lock it with the handle. | |
| Nozzle or hose assembly is blocked. | Clear the obstruction. | |
| Leaks | The water or foam level in the dirty water tank exceeds the “MAX” line. | Do not allow the level to exceed the “MAX” mark. Use little or no cleaning solution to avoid excessive foaming. |
| Leak from the hose assembly nozzle (residual water remains in the duct after switching off). | After stopping vacuuming, keep the appliance running for a few seconds to ensure residual water is drawn into the dirty water tank. |
| No steam output / low steam volume | The clean water tank is empty. | Add water to the clean water tank. |
| Heating has not finished. | Wait for the indicator to change from flashing to steady before steam output. | |
| The wide bristle nozzle sprays water instead of steam. | This is normal; when steam has not been used, some condensation forms in the steam line. Keep the spray activated from the hose assembly for 5–10 seconds and steam will begin to come out. | |
| In steam mode, the indicator and temperature flash simultaneously | The thermostat has been activated. | Switch off the appliance and wait for the temperature to drop. |
