The PRESIDENT JACKSON ASC is a standalone transceiver that operates without computer software. All settings and channel programming are done directly using the physical controls of the unit (rotary knobs, potentiometers, and switches located on the front and rear panels).

There is no programming software compatible with the PRESIDENT JACKSON. This model has 40 channels that can be manually selected via the rotary channel selector located on the front panel. The selection of the 4 modulation modes (AM, FM, USB, LSB) is also done via a physical switch. All fine adjustments (squelch, RF gain, mic gain, clarifier) are accessible via dedicated potentiometers.

The unit operates entirely autonomously once powered with 12 V DC. No USB connection, programming cable, or firmware update is required for normal use. Therefore, the PRESIDENT JACKSON does not require any PC software or computer drivers to function.

Compatible optional accessories: You can add an external speaker (EXT.SP jack on the rear) to enhance listening quality, and use an external SWR meter (such as PRESIDENT TOS-1 or TOS-2) during installation to optimize your antenna setup. These accessories do not require software.
