- Clean all detachable components thoroughly.
- Fill the water tank A ⑪ with fresh water up to the MAX level.
- Open the milk tank lid A 12, fill it with milk to the MAX level, close it securely, and attach it to the right side of the machine. Warning: Make sure the milk tank is properly installed. If not, excessive internal pressure during milk foam preparation may cause the tank to be ejected.
- Before using the machine, rinse it 2–3 times with clean water following the Latte preparation steps, but without adding any coffee powder.

Filling the water tank A11

- To fill the water tank A 11, open the lid C1 and lift the tank out. Fill it with fresh water, making sure not to exceed the MAX mark. Reinstall the tank A11 and ensure it is properly seated. Alternatively, you can fill the tank while it remains installed (see image).

Note: A small amount of water at the bottom of the tank is normal and can be removed with a clean sponge.

Important: Never operate the machine without water. Refill promptly when the level is low.

Adding Milk to the milk tank A15

Preheating and self-check

  • Plug the coffee machine into a power socket. After a one-second buzzer alert, the machine will run a self-check, with the button indicators lighting up sequentially. When the coffee function light starts flashing, the machine is preheating. Once the temperature reaches the set level, the light stays on, indicating that preheating is complete and the machine is ready for use.
  • Warning: If the self-check detects an abnormality, all corresponding indicator lights will flash (see protection details), and the buzzer will sound continuously for 5 seconds. The coffee machine will not operate, and the buttons will be disabled. After 30 seconds of alarm, the machine will automatically switch to standby mode, and all indicator lights will turn off.

Reminder: How to Install and Remove the Milk Tank

  1. After preheating, if the milk tank is not installed, the Espresso button light will stay on, while the Cappuccino and Latte button lights will flash as a reminder. During this time, the Cappuccino and Latte functions are disabled. Once the milk tank is installed, both lights will remain on, and the functions will become active.
  2. After preheating, if the milk tank is removed, the buzzer will sound three times. The Cappuccino and Latte button lights will flash rapidly three times, then switch to slow flashing. At this point, both functions are disabled.

The machine will circulate water through the coffee outlet and milk outlet in repeated cycles. This process runs for 6 cycles and then automatically returns the machine to the preheating state.

  • Use a coffee machine descaling agent. Mix it with water in a 4:1 ratio (4 parts water to 1 part descaler), or follow the instructions on the product label.
  • If you don't have a descaling agent, you can use citric acid instead. Mix 100 parts water to 3 parts citric acid.

Important: After the cleaning process is completed, it is necessary to remove any remaining citric acid or cleaning agent from the machine. Wash the machine with clean water 2-3 times according to the coffee/hot water preparation process: There is no need to add coffee powder when cleaning the coffee machine.

- The coffee machine tracks the number of brewing cycles. When it reaches 300 uses, the Espresso B ^18 , Cappuccino B ^19 , and Latte B ^20 lights will slowly flash in sequence as a reminder to perform descaling.

Note: This reminder does not stop the machine from operating. However, the lights (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, and Double Cup) will continue flashing slowly in sequence until the descaling process is completed
