Frequently Asked Questions - SS-3565 Sogo

How to charge the Sogo SS-3565 shaver?
Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the shaver's charging port, then plug the other end into a 5V/1A adapter (not included). The LED indicator flashes during charging and displays '99' when the battery is full. Full charging time is approximately 1h30.
Can the shaver be used while plugged in?
Yes, the 'plug and use' mode is available when the battery is low. Connect the charger and you can use the shaver immediately.
How to clean the shaver?
After each use, remove the blade head and brush off hair residues with the included brush. Rinse the body, heads and compartment with warm water (preferably). Do not use a towel to dry the heads. Ensure the charging port remains dry.
What to do if the shaver does not turn on?
Check if the travel lock is activated: press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to deactivate it. If that does not solve the issue, recharge the device or contact after-sales service.
How to activate or deactivate the travel lock?
When the shaver is off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The battery percentage flashes to indicate the lock is active. Repeat the operation to unlock it.
Is the shaver waterproof?
Yes, it is IPX7 certified, meaning it can be washed under the tap. However, do not immerse it in water and avoid wetting the charging port.
Why is shaving not optimal?
This may be due to a damaged blade or one clogged with residues. Replace the blade head if necessary, or thoroughly clean the shaver head. Also ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.
How to change the blade head?
Pull the blade head upward to detach it from the body. Reattach a new head by snapping it on correctly. Make sure all blades and foils remain well aligned to avoid noise or malfunction.
What to do in case of skin irritation after shaving?
Mild irritation is normal during first uses. Use the shaver regularly (3 times a week for 3 weeks) to allow the skin to adapt. If the blade is damaged, replace it.
Where to buy spare parts or contact after-sales service?
