Room corners: Placing the subwoofer in a corner amplifies bass but can lead to boomy or muddy sound.

Front of the room: Positioning the subwoofer near the front with the soundbar provides clearer and balanced bass.

Away from walls: Leave a few inches between the subwoofer and the wall to reduce vibrations and distortions.

Avoid enclosed spaces: Do not place the subwoofer in cabinets or enclosed spaces to maintain sound quality.

When correctly set up, you can use your TV remote control to adjust the volume output (+/- and mute) of the soundbar.

  • Connect the HDMI cable (not included) from the unit's HDMI (ARC) socket to the HDMI (ARC) socket on your ARC compliant TV.

TIPS:

Your TV must support the HDMI-CEC and ARC function and this must be set to "ON" or "ACTIVE" in the TV settings menu. The setting method of HDMI-CEC and ARC may differ depending on the TV. For details about ARC function, please refer to your TV manual. Only HDMI cables of version 1.4 or higher can support the ARC function.

Optical

(Refer to 90 on page 3).

  • Connect an OPTICAL cable (not included) to the TV's OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL socket on the unit.

Aux in

(Refer to 70 on page 3).

A:

Use a RCA to 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to connect the TV's or external audio device's audio output sockets to the AUDIO IN socket on the unit.

Initial setup

Using the remote control

The provided remote control allows the device to be controlled from a distance.

  • Due to the remote control interference, the work may be impossible if the remote control device or obstacles interfere. If the remote control is used near other products that generate infrared waves, or if other devices with infrared waves are used near the device, it may not function properly. Conversely, other products may work properly.

Battery Installation

  1. To open the battery compartment, press the button on the cover and slide it off.
  2. Install two AAA batteries, observing the +/- polarity as shown. When replacing batteries, use only the same type of batteries provided.

Wall Mounting

Warnings:

Mounting should only be performed by qualified personnel. Incorrect mounting may lead to serious injury and property damage. If you intend to mount this product yourself, be sure to check for electrical cables and water pipes that may be hidden in the wall. It is also recommended to verify that the wall can safely support the weight of the sound system and the wall brackets.

Additional tools (not included) are required for installation. Do not use excessive force. Follow this manual correctly. Use an electronic device to detect wires to check the type of wall before drilling and mounting.

(Refer to page 3).

1. Drill two parallel holes (5.5-6mm drill bit, depending on the type of drill bit). The distance between the holes must be 440 mm. 2. Carefully insert 1 plug into each hole in the wall. Screw in the included screws, leaving 5 mm distance between the screw head and the wall. 3. Slide the mounting bracket holes over the screw heads, then slide the device down to secure it in place.

Subwoofer placement

(See page 3).

  1. Place the subwoofer on the floor close to your TV (see page 3).

The subwoofer should be placed within 6 meters of the soundbar. This is to ensure a good wireless connection at all times.

Ideal places for the subwoofer include:

Near a wall: Placing the subwoofer near a wall can increase the bass, but may cause booming or distorted sound.

In a corner: Placing the subwoofer close to a corner with the soundbar provides more powerful and balanced bass.

Away from walls: Leave a few centimeters between the subwoofer and the wall to reduce vibrations and distortion.

Avoid enclosed spaces: Do not place the subwoofer in cabinets or enclosed spaces to maintain sound quality.

HDMI ARC

(See page 3).

The ARC (Audio Return Channel) function allows you to play sound from your ARC-compatible TV through the device via an HDMI connection. To use the ARC function, make sure your TV is both HDMI-CEC and ARC compatible and set it up accordingly. When properly configured, you can use the TV's remote control to adjust the sound output (+/- and mute) of the soundbar.

Connect the HDMI cable (not included) from the HDMI (ARC) port on the device to the HDMI (ARC) port on your ARC-compatible TV.

Note:

Your TV must support HDMI-CEC and ARC functions and must be set to "ON" or "ACTIVE" in the TV's settings menu. The setup method for HDMI-CEC and ARC may vary depending on the TV. For details on the ARC function, please refer to the TV's user manual. Only HDMI cables version 1.4 or higher can support the ARC function.

(Refer to page 3).

Connect the OPTICAL cable (not included) to the OPTICAL OUT jack on the TV and the OPTICAL jack on the device.

Aux in (additional audio input)

Page 3).

A:

Use a 3.5 mm audio cable (not included) to connect the audio output on the TV or the audio output on the device to the AUDIO IN jack on the device.

B: Use a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm audio cable (not included) to connect the headphone jack on the TV or the audio output on the device to the AUDIO IN jack on the device.

Note:

When using the headphone output on the TV, you can adjust the sound level directly using the remote control.
